Auntie Tina is amazing! She does Reiki to help our nervous girl with her grooming appointments! She is kind, loving, patient and fun too! She is simply wonderful, and we love taking our dog to get pampered at All Around Grooming. Very grateful to have her kind soul to take such good care of our pup Havana. Worst customer service I have ever experienced for a company who is in a small town. I had to call multiple times and leave messages to receive a call back. When she did call me back, she didn’t even have a calendar in front of her to make an appointment and suggested I call her on Monday versus her eagerness and willingness to call me. When I called back, she gave me a time slot to pick. We chose a time and confirmed. Great she fixed her terrible customer service. However, when we arrived the business was all dark and closed signs were up. I called her twice with no response and left a voicemail. Never heard back again! Most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever encountered and am glad my pup doesn’t have to deal with her now!

They do a great job with our older Brittany he's very fussy about his nail getting trimmed. They also handled our vizla puppies nails. He is now show ready again.
