Friendly staff, seem knowledgeable. I purchased one of their “special” high perch hummingbird feeders and have tried for weeks to get the birds that visit my yard to use it. The birds I get completely ignore the feeder for my traditional bottle style. When the high perch feeder is the only one out the birds act as though they can’t figure out or even reach nectar in the feeder.Great service and friendly staff, but don’t waste your money on these high perch hummingbird feeders.

Purchased a hummingbird feeder about 2 years ago. The feeder worked great for the past two years. We purchased it for $34 and was advertised as having a lifetime warranty. Brought the broken item in with the original box, and was told they will look into it and will take care of it by replacing the broken part or replacing it. So I call today and was told they don't make that feeder anymore and the best they can do is offer us a 20% a new feeder. Disappointed with their service, consider purchasing elsewhere.

A bit on the expensive side, but always willing to pay a little extra for local thriving businesses. They have a ton of different suets which i love. Tried to make my own, but nope will stick to buying it here. They also have tons of bird houses and feeders. Easy to find; right behind Woodman's. Parking is adequate. Customer service are knowledgeable and friendly!

I’ve shopped at Wild Birds unlimited various stores for 20 years. I’ve shopped at this Janesville store for five years. This morning was an unsettling first. I walked in the front door and had three dogs growl at me they were the clerks dogs. I bought my birdseed and got out as fast as I could. To walk into a store and have three dogs growl at you is a bit beyond the pale. I will never use the store again
