I have came here countless of times spending so much money on items from here (coats, toys, even a birthday cake for my dog along with other things) but Saturday my mom and I were accused of stealing by the owner who wasn't even at the store but was at home watching the cameras while her husband was working. We were looking for a coat for my dog since the one we purchased last winter from them she outgrew and we were looking around and trying to find the proper size debating between items. But as we were looking her husband kept countless times mentioning they have cameras and stating to us they know who steals and aimed it towards us but not the other two people in the store. During all this his wife kept calling him multiple times about the cameras, He also had his phone volume all the way up so we could hear his wife saying these things. He also kept watching my mom who is Hispanic but not the other two people in the store. Then as the other two in the store checked out we heard him tell them he couldn’t talk cause he was watching for shop lifters which was aimed to us as we were the only ones in the store. After hearing this my mom and I felt uncomfortable and no longer wanted to buy from them and headed for the door and as we were walking near the door he yelled about stealing to us directly and I spoke up and said I don’t have pockets and I unzipped my coat and even my mom did too along with opening her purse for him to see. I then told him I used to shop here regularly and no longer will be and I would make it known how they treat regular customers. After he heard this he kept asking to make it right and stated his wife had a lot going on personally but even so this gives her no right to treat customers like this.

This is a place I will no longer be going too to buy my pet needs, due tue their unprofessional and prejudice manors, my sister and niece were wrongfully accused of shoplifting, and had to constancy my brother in law and prove they did not due such a thing totally uncalled for!

This store is AWESOME love it! Pet friendly and the owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable, It's like walking into a little kids store full of delights and wonderful product, My dog was in her Glory she even picked out her own toy. Pawlicious has collars, sweaters, toys shampoos, to dental products and so much more. A most stop in and check it out you want be disappointed!

Tawny is friendly and helpful! The great selection of treats, toys, clothing, and pet gear is fun and unique. Such a wonderful place to grab a gift for your favorite fur buddy.

First time and last time in this store, no one was in there but the lady behind the counter who couldn't be bothered to say one word to a potential customer so I left.I guess she doesn't need the business..
