100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!!Super big shoutout to, NATE!!!!!! His goal and persistence made it happen. I had gone into the store to get a duplicate key for my SUV, (for the door and start ignition) hoping it wasn’t an impossibility. The dealership was outrageous and some locksmiths, although cheaper, still too much. After a couple of unsuccessful tries, the third time was the charm!!!! Nate didn’t give up and made it, HAPPEN!!!! He leads by example and it showed as I watched ALL of the employees interacting with myself and other customers. EXCELLENT AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you, NATE, Charlie, Chuck, Sherri, Diana, Mike, Amanda, Jackson and anyone else I missed, you guys put my mind at ease!!!! It was a pleasure each visit.Thanks again!!!!

I got a grill and ordered it for pick up. It was my first grill and they not only assembled it for free which should have costed an additional 40 but they also helped me get it to the car! This place is amazing I will always go here.

Excellent service. Small town feel and very helpful. My dog just destroyed part of the frame of my door...the door was no longer locking or closing correctly. I took a part of it in. They helped me find a new threshold and I was able to fix a huge problem quickly. The guy who helped me today said he used to be an engineer. He was intelligent and well-spoken and very kind. I will forever go back to that hardware store now for any issues that come up at the house. Thank you Ace!

These folks are tops! Every associate was genuinely kind and helpful. There were five of them and they were like links in a chain working together for one purpose. Not one single sour face. All were doing their jobs cheerfully. I left there with an extra pep in my step. Great teamwork!💖🌷

Our family and I have been shopping here for home improvement projects and are very impressed with the staff at Harris Ace Hardware. On our first visit, we were told that Tim was the one to go to for what we needed. In addition to the right items, we got an education on how to buy and install for this and future projects. He even talked to our teenage son and answered his questions; making us feel like we were the only people shopping in the store. Anytime I need something, the staff are quick to tell me which aisle and a pretty accurate location (right side, left side middle, etc) without a second thought. I've even seen them handle rude customers with great kindness and respect.

Its clean and organized, and you get greeted on the way in. Expensive on a lot of things but honestly the convenience is worth it. They have to be competing with all these big box stores, can't be easy.

Quite honestly the best customer experience in town when it comes to hardware stores. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. While the prices are somewhat higher than the big-box home improvement stores, the service is enough to bring me here for most of my hardware- and lawn-related needs

I love this place, it's just down the road from home and always has what I'm looking for. Everything from lawn care to fixing a sink or grilling. P.S. they have a cooler full of Gray's bottled soda, and that makes every job easier.

You can find cheaper, but it's hard to find more convenient. Staff is always willing to help and offer suggestions. Most are knowledgeable, and those who are not know who to refer you to.Yes, you can pay half as much at one of the big box stores a few miles away. But I can be in and out of ACE with the part I need in 2 minutes. When the unexpected happens or a project goes sideways, that convenience is well worth the extra pennies.

A huge shout out to your employee who delivered sidewalk salt to our house today. My husband has a broken ankle and I am unable to lift heavy items due to a bad back. Woke up this morning to an ice covered driveway. Although delivering 2 bags of sidewalk salt is not a normal practice, your employee did deliver salt to us this morning. Thank you so much for going out of your way and helping us this morning. There are still wonderful people in this world of ours!!

Dropped off a screen for repair on the 16th and the AsstMgr answered "yes" when I asked if it'd be ready in a week...stopped back 8 days later to pick it up and the same AsstMgr asked, "well, did they call you" and went on to explain some convoluted internal process I didn't need to know about...a young associate at his side added that "they were catching up"...stopped in today after 5 more days and asked the same AsstMgr if he thought 13 days was a reasonable wait time and he said he thought it was...Took my unprepared screen and left...Have had a charge account with HarrisAce for 30+ years but will be purchasing hardware elsewhere in the future, Customer service has become very poor at the MilwSt store.

I hate big box stores and although the prices at Ace maybe a little higher it's worth it for me to have someone ask me if I need help the minute I walk in the door. It's also much easier not to have to walk 3 miles to find anything

Normally I'm not one to say anything but the cashier really rubbed me the wrong way. Ace is currently running a charity donation at check out. Normally I have zero issues with rounding up for a good cause, both my wife and I are in a financial situation where we can help others and don't mind doing so. But today I was in a hurry to get back home to my project and without thinking I hit "no" to the donation, and immediately the words "OF COURSE NOT" rolled out of her mouth. The amount of disrespect those 3 words show is infuriating. The cashier was and older lady, short gray hair. Didn't catch her name.

Ace is becoming our go to hardware store.It's out of the hustle and bustle of all the other stores in town, they allow your dog to shop with you, and they have what we need without having toi overwhelming of a variety.The staff are always friendly and most are rather knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are competitively priced and help you find the best deal for the items you need.

As they say, Ace is the place to go. I do shop at some of the bigger warehouse type stores such as Farm & Fleet, Home Depot, etc, but Ace is my first stop in my own neighborhood when I need a tool, a bit of household upkeep, some batteries, bulbs or know how for basement, bathroom, attic, plumbing, electric or garden. They have everything. Plus the Ace Rewards that show up in the mail keep me shopping, as does the GREAT customer service and convenience.

Went looking for wood screws and ended up getting a lot more stuff they even have a protection device with a flashlight and alarm to scare off any attackers. If you can't find it at Ace you probably don't need it
