Good products but Gemplers pricing and return policy (cost) is 3-4 times what you can get locally or in other online shops. I purchased a rake sold by Gemplers through Amazon. Look at the name brands they sell then search for other vendors. Unless you want to overpay.

Ordered a dog coat for my moms dog. Ended up being too small for him, our fault really for not sizing up on a close measurement. Tried to return and company sent one out right away, no questions asked and said we could donate the small one to the local humane society or ASPCA. What a great company, thanks gemplers! New one fits perfect.

Gempler's Gopher Hawk is a no- brainer to rid your property of Gophers. Besides being very effective, the traps are harmless to pets, do not use poisons and the results are fun! In 3 months we have caught 13. Being over 80, I am unable to pull the trap set, I wait for help one a week to set them (after I have located the fresh mounds to place the Gopher Hawk trap in their tunnel). It is very rewarding to photograph our catches but I don't know how to post pictures. If anyone has hired an exterminator (as I did for a year) they know that their gassing methods are $$$ & do NOT WORK because the tunnels have so many "escape holes to the surface" that the gas is not contained. Hope this helps others who have lost up to 50 year old fruit trees and landscaping bushes to gopher chewed roots.

I am here in Seattle, Wa and I don't always find what I need here, and have to run around to different places. Here I can get good quality boots to Silky saw blades all in one place at pretty good prices!

I ordered a jacket from this company on a whim. This particular jacket was out of stock at every local shop I searched. I did receive emails stating that my jacket was on back order and after waiting a few weeks I called customer service to cancel my order. I spoke to Tim Steinhauer. Tim was so friendly and eager to assist. It just so happened that my jacket arrived to the shop that day and he called me back to let me know. It was shipped out immediately. I received it 2 days later & I couldn’t be happier with my purchase :)

This was the first time I purchased something from Gemplers. I ordered some boots, got them same week. I made an error when I ordered, called and customer service was great. I even received a free hat that I was able to choose for spending over a certain amount. Great store👍👍

Ordered a 200 dollar tool and made sure that I ordered it on a 2 day shipping. I even called the day I ordered and confirmed stock and time frame on when it would arrive. I was told the tool would be here on Monday and would be here before I went out of town so I could have it. I have just called there customer service department and while she was polite she offered zero help except to tell me I could reorder the 200 dollar tool then make sure I reordered with even better shipping to insure that I had it in time. If this was the case I should have been informed when I called the first time. I would have ordered somewhere who can honor their promises. Hope this gets resolved quickly.

I am in love with a shovel!Your "Root Slayer/ Mini Digger" has changed my gardening life!I am 83 with arthritic knees and poor balance. I love working in my garden, but I can't use a normal shovel to dig planting holes. I purchased a Super Turbocut Telescoping Pole and nowhere in the description does it say the saw is not included. There is even a pole with a saw pictured when looking at the product. This is very misleading. When I called customer service and explained that I would not have purchased this item had I known there was no saw included, the representative said that I would have to pay for return shipping. She was not even able to tell me the correct saw that goes with the pole when I asked. This is a huge inconvenience for me and my business.

Another no good, does not stock and drop shipping company which offers extra high priced 3 day shipping, not from when you order but from when the manufacturer they shuffle the order off to decides to ship it way later.... which ends up to a couple weeks. Snotty CSR shouted over my concerns by her continual restating thats how they do business and to hell with cancelling the order. I just needed to wait because they are Gemplers and thats how they do business. UGH!

Rather rude rep I spoke to regarding my order placed early January. She informed me that some other rep emailed me regarding my order that they had to cancel due to discontinued items... however I never received such correspondence. Sad that she sounded so curt and unaffected by my situation. Wish I knew earlier to get my items somewhere else for an upcoming trip. Ugh.
