Says online and on their doors that they’re open till 9pm yet doors were locked at 7:30 on a Saturday. Employees inside made eye contact with us yet we were ignored. I started questioning if we were invisible or in a dream. Went down the street and gave our money to a cleaner, more safe feeling store. Dollar Tree has lost our business

I love the dollar tree. They save me so much money on things like birthday balloons and gift bags, things of that nature. I also find they get random items so you never know what deal you will find. The lines are almost always SO long is the worse thing about the place.

Store hours show they are open until 9pm. It is 7:30pm on a Saturday and the two cashiers have the door locked and can see us. Maybe there is something I’m missing but seems like they just currently don’t want to work. Waste of a drive I guess.

I'd say this is what I would call ur "basic" dollar tree,it is a decent sized store for being a dollar tree,but 1 thing I would say is if ur not raised or is used to living in the hood,ghetto,down the block type places then u probably shouldn't waist ur time.

I live within 5 minutes and they also have good name brand groceries too. 2 bags of food for $15.55. 5 star rating.

A lot of the shelves were empty, but I still found some REALLY cool stuff we don't have at my stores in Ohio!!Spent over $60!!! The young man at the checkout was so polite and helpful!!!!

This store never has anything on the shelves. The store is dirty. The assistant manager Jodie is rude and unprofessional. I have called to ask if they had certain items and Jodie would answer my question rudely then hang up on me even though I had another question. I will not shop at this store as long as she is there.

If I could give 0 stars I would Assistant Manager Jodie Hart. Was rude and did not do what a manager should when someone asked for their personal information back. She scoffed off someone asking for her tax information back. Not once did she ask us to leave, but when we looked through the trash she came up recording and saying she had asked us to leave which she hadn't until the police came in. She threatened me with a box cutter. After telling us she wasn't in violation of anything. She refused to even look or talk to the employee who had last touched the tax information. Withholding personal information from the person it belongs to is a felon and violation of HIPAA. Until Jodie is no longer working there I will never be using this establishment again.

Can find many things here. It's nice knowing that everything is cheap. My son and I use this store for snacks, party decorations, and random household items. Has seasonal needs and/or decor which is a nice way to celebrate on a budget.

Love this store, go here weekly. Good selection, helpful associates, and of course can't beat the price. I do have one complaint albeit a small one. I have a hard time carrying out all my purchases. Can no longer bring the cart outside. I understand they were being taken so makes sense, however I am buying less so that I can bring it out on my own. If you offer help with this please make it known. Small sign saying you can help carry out would do the trick. And thank you for a good store!!

Past few times I have went here the store has been dirty and very disorganized, bathrooms are disgusting, as of yesterday there wasn’t any soap OR hand sanitizer in the bathrooms, mops were left out for customers to see the black dirty water that was in the bucket. One of the older store employees was rude in the demeanor she talked to people with, store seems to need a new manager to handle things because the manager now doesn’t seem to be keeping the employees in line with the way they organize and clean the store. Do better people, if you don’t like your job then find a different one.

Was shocked to see a sparesly stocked store. Shelves all in disarray or empty. Stuff on floor. Dirty. Front door was sealed shut with plywood cause glass broke out. I heard a rumor later that day when I brought up how it looked that this location is being closed. Dont know if true, but I wont bother going back to this location. Will go to the one on the north side of Janesville.

I have bought the same dove body kit from this location more than 5 times never had a problem. But since I came in 2 minutes before close she wanted to charge me 12$ for something that is a dollar. Keep in mind this is dollar tree, EVERYTHING is a dollar. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed here. Dont waste your time with this place, ill gladly drive to the Beloit location where they know what the meaning of customer service is. Horrible customer service, this place won't last long, both manager and cashier should be fired

Store is always a mess and on top of that yesterday June 29th, 2021 i bought some fabric refresher and when i went to use it today it had MOLD in the bottom of the bottle! I will never shop there again after that. They really need to start checking products. 10/10 would NOT recommend

I dont think you could ask for more, from a dollar store. This location is much larger and has a better selection, than the other Dollar Trees in the area. Staff are friendly and they open additional checkouts, when it gets busy.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! There is garbage everywhere that the employees don't even bother picking up, I've watched them just walk past it without a 2nd thought!! I've found drug baggies as well as USED needles in their parking lot!! This place should be shut down. I couldnt imagine if a CHILD found one of the baggies or dirty needles!!!

When you search Dollar tree and bring up information about what there hours up it says they open at 8. I know the dollar tree on Milton Ave opens at 9 but I didn't know the one on Milwaukee St also opens at 9. They need to fix there search information and correct their hours open. I guess I sit here for :20 and not happy. Janesville WI

I love dollar tree...great for birthday decorations ,and it's the only place I get balloons from without spending a fortune! I get snacks here too..perfect for movie night.
