Large inviting store. Big produce area with a virety of options including hard to find hot peppers. Huge refridgerator and frozen section of many aisles. Employees very approachable and helpful. Weekly sales and coupons for extra savings. Easy to navigate parking. Fast moving check out. New to Janesville and I will shop here again.

It's an okay place to shop but the options are limited and stuff is more expensive there. They have a deli and a floral/bakery area but stuff gets shifted around all the time so it's hard to find things easily.

The place is great I always has good quality Meats and vegetables prices are really high not a bad atmosphere in there people are friendly helpful did I mention the prices are high but Joe Biden is our president sorry Daniel's Foods about this review but the prices are extremely high but you guys are great

Customers still can't use the other door in the store to come in and leave. The prices are outrageously expensive and not enough selections. There's more" do it yourself" registers than people assisting you ( which is the new normal now🙄)I believe that this store is still open because there isn't another grocery store on the west side. Many people go to Dollar General because Daniel Foods is too pricey. With that said, I believe I can speak for everyone that lives on this side, as do I, that we need another grocery store... another Woodman's would be the answer?Just my opinion😉

Worst experience there. I ride my bike everywhere and always have a back pack with to to carry items that I purchase. Well I dropped my wallet outside so I had to set my items down and go grab it. All along this guy from the deli part started following me outside. Do grabbed my wallet and followed him through the store confronting him about following me outside. Well he ran away from me. Weird I work hard for my money I don't need to steal from no store.. I won't go back

Very nice store, with one caveat. The price of just about everything is a little more expensive here, than typical. The service is second to none, however, and everyone is super friendly and ready to help. The different departments on the walls, are matched by few, if anyone in Janesville. The other bonus to shopping here is the light to moderate traffic in the store. No one is holding a family reunion in aisle 7. And the checkout lines aren't stretched into the aisles.Definitely recommend this store to anyone on the west side needing to do some grocery shopping.

Not really a fan of this store. Their produce is not great (have gotten strawberries or other fruit and vegetables that go bad by the next day). Prices are ridiculous -- but supply and demand I guess. Would rather drive across town and spend the $ on gas than on overpriced items in this store.

Had a horrible experience today with a cashier today. Will leave name out. Been to the store many times with my service dog. We did our shopping, passing many employees in the process. Got to the check out and she told me my dog was not allowed in the store. Taken back, I told her it was a service dog. Showed her my ID I wear around my neck and her ID that is on here leash. She then basically grunted at me and from that point on was rude. I have never ever been approached like this. Got in my car and called the manager. He was very apologetic and said my dog was probably a victim of false identity being as people try to bring any animal in. Told him she was in full uniform, not in a tutu. I further explained the ADA regulation to him and said she had no right under the law to even question my service dog. We had a nice conversation and explained to him this behavior of the employee could cause fines to the store for violating this Regulation and they could be sued in the process. I'm not doing that. Not sure if I'll ever go back. Suggested he have his employees take a course in ADA to ensure they understand this Regulation. Just a sad, horribe and unnecessary experience for me.I really hope he follows through.

Every time we stop here to buy fruit, it's near impossible to find anything still ripe. Blackberries, raspberries, etc always have mold and you have to dig to find any decent ones. Once I chanced buying a watermelon and when we cut it open it was practically liquefied. Prices here in general are not good - I imagine it's because south Janesville is somewhat of a food desert and they realize they can get away with overcharging since most people won't bother driving uptown. I'll stop here if I have to, but do my grocery shopping at eithey Hy-Vee or Woodmans. It's ridiculous, I got my usual food haul here once and it was $110, same food uptown for always around $60.

I don't live near this store, but took a friend and so I shopped also. Had a number of things I can't get at my grocery store, so I plan on going back for these things in the future.

The prices here are noticeably higher than other grocery stores in the city, and the selection is a bit more limited -- but if you need to do a quick grocery run on the south side of Janesville there's not many other options.The bakery is one redeeming quality though; nothing bad to say about that.

When I lived on the West side I would go here all the time, but if you aren't conveniently located there isn't a lot of reason to get over there. The only one I can think of is that their meat department is pretty good, and when they have sales it can be great. Otherwise they have pretty high prices consistently, and it sucks because they are on the side of town which likely has the least money.

Don't need to drive across town. Just go to Sentry. Yep, some prices are higher than the big box stores but they also outdo some of the big box stores in prices on some items. Just find the sales. Ya ain't Savin much more going to big box and you can support a local owner going to Sentry.

Not a bad store. Clean and I can usually find the items I need. The deli has recently raised the prices kind of high and don't run too many sales but I guess it just the way it's gotta be these days. Do wish they had a better bakery and self checkout lanes. You can end up in line for a while depending on time of day.

This is a nice, clean, and convenient, small town style grocery store. It's employees are very kind and helpful.I accidentally left a case of soda under my cart in the parking lot. I called them when I got home to explain what I did because I didn't want it to get wasted and freeze overnight. The lady asked me if I had my receipt and asked for my name and said I could come back at my earliest convenience and they'd make sure I got a case of soda. I was not expecting that nor was that my goal. I just didn't want it to go to waste. "How cool!" I thought. I went in the next day and got a new case of soda. Pretty awesome!

Very friendly staff most of the time and the location is much more convenient than other places groceries are available, but most of their prices are rather high! They do have early bird hours for seniors, but I still prefer to make the trip to go to Woodman's, an employee owned 24hr grocery store. If you only need a couple of fast items, this is the place to go if you're nearby, otherwise, most items are just too expensive.

It's the least crowded store in Janesville. They always have what I need when I go there. Fruit and veggies are usually in good shape in season. They are the only store I go to for chocolate marshmallow swirl ice cream. Fast check out too.
