Fantastic Dairy Queen! Is a bummer they dont have an indoor lobby as that can be a bit inconvenient on windy days. That said, food was amazingly fresh, not too greasy, just right. Staff was friendly, although ordering at the window can be a bit challenging when you're tall like me. They were generous on the blizzard size as well. Awesome experience - building is well kept (newly paved it looks like), nice picnic tables, comfortable space. Recommended if not raining or too windy

I work in town on occasion and sometimes stop at the DQ. The only other closest fast food is Mickey D's in ironwood. Some meals are better then others once I received a double cheeseburger without any cheese. Sometimes the food is fresh sometimes it's old. It's always cooked right and the staff are friendly, they just have work on consistency

Slow as always. Food is good. But I swear the only reason this place stays in business is it's the ONLY fast food restaurant in Bessemer. Though "fast" is definitely an exaggeration take 10+minutes to get food when you're the only person there. Better off going to the one in Hurley if you have the option.

Really rude kids that work here. Showed up at 5pm and there were no customers, no line, yet no one would serve us. Walked up to the order window and several employees just looked at us and continued talking to each other. There were no signs posted saying the walk up was closed or to use the drive thru and the employees did not instruct us to use the drive thru. They literally looked out at us, laughed and looked away. We left without ordering since they were so rude. Would not recommend.

I'm sitting here at the drive through at 515 on Sept 4th. There is 2 vehicles in front of me. One of them an elderly man trying to order for him & his wife. He is clearly having a hard time understanding the very impatient rude snippy girl taking his order. She proceeded to get louder & more rude with the man. I get to the speaker & she kept cutting me off with "is that it". I know good emoyees are hard to find but this girl should not be in customer service especially with that attitude. When I got up to the window she was leaning against the counter with this look of anger towards me. Plus my blizzard is soupy not frozen. Boooooooo

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks we have tried to patronize this Dairy Queen and with no avail everytime closed in some capacity. Many employees inside and either closed or walk up window closed. With understanding of staffing issues in no way especially in summer should the walk up window be closed. Much business being turned away. Very disappointed in the Hurley Dairy Queen.

Id love for this place to be a normal DQ. Ive been here about 10 times as i travel by each time hoping it will be better. Please ask them to flip your blizzard. They wont, because it will fall out. Im alone in the vehicle, so im not waiting on any other food. However your blizzard will be a milk shake. It is completely melted before you get it. Finally i had to leave a review. Go to rhinelander, or ashland DQ, it is same soft serve ice cream, but solid, unlike the drink you will get here. Please fix the freezer, the help, or anything that causes it. Or give me a straw instead of the spoon. Freal at kwik trip is making ya look bad.Reading other reviews, expect the copy and paste response. Other people with same experiences. I have never seen such terrible service in my entire life. And when we try and fix the order she kept messing up, over and over and over again, she is rude and argues with us and sends another co-worker out of uniform to argue with us and cut us off, refusing to listen. Then yell at us and give us only half our food so we had to go back and ask for our food, and they continue to argue with us until we point out our food is behind them and they yell at us to not come back.

We ordered 2 of the chicken tenders baskets with drinks and 3 chicken tender kids meals. In our basket meals there were 6 crunchy chicken tenders, lots of hot and fresh fries, along with slices of buttered toast with gravy and Hidden Valley ranch on the side for dipping! I tried a chicken tender in the gravy, and oh-my, it was delicious! We were very pleased with choosing to order at the window at this location!

So I paid for a chili cheese dog at dq lol didn't get it so they want to just let me get a free chili cheese dog that I already paid for ummmm really shouldn't I get a free meal on top of that since I paid for something I didn't get?????? Think I will make the extra mile and go to Bessemer the next time!

The last 3 times I have gone to Dairy Queen - Hurley - have all been the same experience. Drive thru. Line backed up and I wait patiently. Place my order to pleasant and friendly person manning derive through. Get my food. And get my ice cream cone - which has already started the melting process and starting to drip. Grill food warm (not Hot) I kid you not. So, while this is a franchise and consistently universal in product, my advice is NEVER order a cone if there are 2 or more cars in front of you in drive thru.

Stopped on 6/29/20 at about 13:30. Was in line behind a lady and her two kids, waited over 20 minutes and they still didn't get to order so I gave up and left. I wasn't the only one who gave up as a few ppl behind me left 10 minutes before I finally did. Understaffed? I don't know. Wasted my time, though.

Stopped in for a couple blizzard's. Both were good....but like always you get to the bottom third and the goodies never make it to the bottom. Just the way it always is
