Really nice place, like a boutique. Everything is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe they all volunteer, and the proceeds go to the animal shelter in Hayward. I love coming her. They always have something new, and like I said, it is very clean. Keep up the good work, thank you.

Heard a lady yell at a really old lady because she could not read the sign and opened the door and went inside(Maximum capacity was reached)The people that work there are the rudest. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or what but that is no way to talk to a customer. Volunteer or not don’t be rude so much. I used to go to that place all the time but never again. After all the stories I have heard I’d rather go to the north woods humane society thrift store. They have a much better selection, much better prices, and a way better attitude.

Small thrift store. No bargaining as it is non-profit. However some volunteers there are rude. Me and my fiance lined up, I had to wait outside for 10 minutes because their max capacity was like 5 people, including the 2 workers that were just standing there on their phones. After that we were looking at clothes, meanwhile one lady kept watching us like we were going to steal, which is absurd. One lady also told a mother with a young baby in her carrier that there could be only one. Implying the mother or the baby. She was going to make a mother wait outside for 2 people to walk out. They also were talking bad about customers while we were standing 7 feet away and within ear-reach for sure. If you want better selection and better service I reccomend salvation army thrift store.

Been standing outside for 20 minutes, yelled at for coming inside early even though I had a time frame I needed to go by. they are not even wearing there masks properly. Heard them talk about my pimples and that I had way to much and I felt so insecure to begin with. They were on there phone the entire time. Felt like I was a burden being there. Kept hearing just hurry up just hurry up and “customers right” with a true roll. They wouldn’t even change the sign to the other way just so that nobody comes in. They had the stop limit copasity reached sign the entire day, I looked in the window there was only 2 people in there.

This place is so great, a level above a thrift store. Neat stuff, fair prices and very hard working and nice staff. I read the other reviews and think it's unfair to leave a bad comment from those who don't respect/follow store policy, especially in covid times!!!! 🤔

Very cute thrift shop. Little more expensive than other thrift stores, but the items are newer and in good shape.Due to covid restrictions, only 5 customers are allowed in the store at a time. So some people had to wait outside until others left.

Nice store..clean n neat..only 3star because the woman working in there had absolutely the worst attitude..a smile a thank you or even just a hello goes a long way.
