literally so buss, presentation is cute too. i love my ice chai w pumpkin spices and this did not disappoint. however, my sister asked for cold foam after we paid because either she forgot to mention it or the cashier misheard (which is not the issue) but the cashier was really rude to her about a rather simple request. good drinks, rude service

Our party of 7 was delighted by the ambiance of this coffee shop! The shop boasted beautiful baked goods & gluten free options separate from the gluten filled options, which as ceileac I appreciate. Beverages to accommodate a variety of dietary needs: sugar free, caffeine free, dairy free, etc. I'd give them 5 stars for clean, cute, delicious and kind. Even during a busy time the staff worked diligently with peace & kindness, which we don't always get in our big city coffee shops. Upon leaving I spoke with a Hayward local who was enjoying her beverage at the outside seating & she gave a raving review of this wonderful shop & the history in Hayward. This is a must try! I'll have to add it to another of my Google lists, so I visit again!Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free baked goods, dairy free beverages.

Super cute and busy coffee shop with great pastries and coffee options. The French almond croissant was incredible! My daughter had the cinnamon bun coffee and really enjoyed it. I had an iced latte with lavender, vanilla, and honey with less ginger than normal honey and almond milk (name: bee's something) and it was good. I would like to try it hot next time. The employees were so kind and patient as I navigated the menu.

A wonderful local coffee spot. Large menu and high quality coffee. Recently expanded their indoor space and have lots of warm seating to enjoy. Large selection of coffee beans to take home. Bakery and some warm lunch foods like sandwiches. Great place to stop when getting off the trails!

Excellent coffee. Terrific, cozy setting. Easily the best coffee shop around. Authentic to the area.I had the dark chocolate mocha. It was amazing.Nice place to come and work too.

They were really busy when I went in late morning to grab a couple bakery items and a mocha. There were several people ahead of me waiting on drinks at the pickup, so I ran out to the car to drop off the baked goods so my family could start eating. By the time I walked back in less than 2 minutes later, my coffee was waiting for me on the bar. This staff is efficient! I got a muffin and a scone and both were delicious. I could tell they were going to be good by how empty the case was at that time of day. If you want first dibs on the goods, I'd get there early. Will be back next time I'm in town.

While the drinks I got were fine, nothing special but nothing horrible. My problem with this place was the service. It took an extremely long time to get our drinks because the girls working were talking amongst themselves and their friends who didn’t work. They ignored people at the register. They made drinks out of order and were just joking with each other the whole time. At one point a worker used a utensil in a drink that she previously put on another girls arm and that she had touched with her hands. As someone who works at a coffee shop this really annoyed me, I wanted to go back there and do it myself because the wait was horrendous. I definitely will not come back with that type of service.

Tried this coffee shop for the first time while up at our cabin this summer. We decided to stray from our usual coffee shop to support a new local business. We were treated well by the sweet cashier. However, there was a rude worker who actedlike we were a nuisance….we witnessed her being rude to many customers….she brushed a man off when he asked if his drink was decaf, due to a medical condition he was unable to have caffeine….she said “I don’t know if it is decaf, I didn’t make it. “ Wow. Then I witnessed her telling another customer that she didn’t have time to make the drink the way it’s supposed to be made because she didn’t have time. Then when we got up to to get our drinks we had to ask for a straw and when we asked she was short and annoyed and said “we ran out of straws”….how are you supposed to drink a cold coffee drink without a straw? She was unapologetic and rude. Now, I have a teenage daughter and I understand they can be hormonal and temperamental and that the restaurant industry can be frustrating and busy with lots of demands….but I will use this experience to teach my teens that customer service is what keeps a business afloat and that a positive attitude and somemanners make a difference to people who are out having fun while on vacation.

Ordered a southwest chicken wrap and an iced coconut mocha, and both were delicious. The pastries looked amazing too. The coffee shop was rather cute, and the staff was friendly and fast. This was the perfect place to stop on my lunch break, and I would recommend trying it. 😁
