Not sure if there was a different groomer then usual but they did a terrible job on my dog. They didn't pick him up as someone should with an older dog. 2 days after my dog began getting weak, then couldn't eat, and died not even 4 days after being groomed.I spent 1,200 on an emergency vet and they couldn't explain how he went from fine to dead in that short of time with NO previous symptoms until after coming here.Your groomer killed my dog 🤬

If you want to go to a groomer who adores your dog as much as you do, this is the place to go! While they were quick, thorough and did an excellent job on the actual grooming, what really struck me was how lovely they treat the canine customers and their humans!

Took my two dogs in for grooming, said traditional cuts for both. One of them had a little trimmed while the other had no trimming. If they had nails trimmed groomer didn’t notice dew claws as they weren’t trimmed. Expensive bath. Disappointed

I have a highly anxious, medium-large sized German Shepherd mix, who can be difficult to work with sometimes. We have had groomers refuse to work with him due to his anxiety and size. I let the staff at Soapy Paws know, and they didn’t even flinch. They took such great care of Riley and it eased my anxiety about taking him to a groomer. Not only that but he is squeaky clean and his coat is shining bright! I will absolutely be coming back and would 10/10 recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a groomer.

Tabitha did an outstanding job on my sassy, energetic puppy. He is not the easiest to cut and she did an amazing job! She was extremely patient and kind to my rambunctious little guy! He looks adorable, is super soft, and smells amazing. They even gave him the cutest tie! I will certainly come again and make the drive! Great shops and places to eat at while you wait!

Tabetha was amazing with my pup. A 7 month old golden doodle that had his first clean, cut, and nail trim. He was really happy when I picked him up and looked amazing. No idea what I wanted done with him but she guided me through it and it turned out PHENOMENAL!!!!!Thank you, I can't wait to bring him back.

Took our pup there for her first grooming since we adopted her in January. She went in super stanky (if it smells, she's all about it!) and came home smelling fresh as a daisy, wagging her entire body, and looking extra cute in her little bandana! Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially considering I have zero interest in wrestling this dog into the bathtub myself 😂 We'll definitely be back!

A fantastic experience. I have a dog with issues, she can be tricky around people and other dogs. The owner was beyond wonderful with her! She has a great way with pets. She is very friendly and made me and my dog feel right at home. My dog looks and smells wonderful and she got all of that shedding hair off! Thank you for a great grooming experience, we will be back!

Just have to say I will be back and often. My dogs last nail trim was traumatizing and since then would go into complete panic mode that would last hours afterwards. Soapy Paws On Main was AWESOME! A little nervousness, and some squirming around, but she made it through with barely a sound. Owner is GREAT!! Nails look GREAT!! Can not say enough about both my experience and my dog!!

I made a same-day appointment for the afternoon and when I arrived I was promptly helped. They went above and beyond to make my dog feel and look great. I had a couple more specific requests and they did them way better than I was expecting. 10/10, had an amazing time

I’m so sorry to do this... We got our dog groomed today and it was not a great experience. When we first walked in she didn’t explain to us what was all included in our service so I guess maybe it is our fault... It only took her about 45 minutes to do a “full groom” on a large dog. His feathering on his chest and backs of legs was trimmed but very choppy as well as his tail, his nails were apparently ground down but are still very jagged, and I had to brush him when I got home to get rid of the excess fur (lots of tangles still so I don’t think she even brushed him...) I’m so disappointed. I think the owner is biting off more than she can chew... she seemed very rushed and didn’t have time to discuss our pet as we thought she should have.The owner did call back and express her apologies and offered a refund.

Wanted my two dogs trim to a quarter inch On the body..didn't happen. Most areas were 3/4 to 1+ inh.She said little dogs are squirmy. VERRY DISAPPOINTING
