Was able to get a free key copy thanks to a coupon in the mail, and browse around in the process. The store is pretty well stocked, however the prices always seem to be quite high compared to competitors which keeps me from visiting this store more often.

The gentleman who greeted me as I walked in the door was so friendly and he helped me immediately find what I was looking for rather than walking the entire store to find it. He even helped me to lift the items into my cart as they were very heavy, AND push my cart to the checkout! The cashier was so nice as well. Good experience all around.

After dealing with an annoying problem on my TroyBilt garden tractor for several years it finally suffered a major failure. With it being over 25 years old I thought it had bit the dust. On a whim I called Hahn's Ace Hardware to see if they could try to fix it. Not only did the correctly diagnose the problem and fix it but it was done in under two weeks and at a very reasonable price. They made my summer!

When I stop at Hahn's Ace Hardware I always get great costumer service. Thay are down to earth like a neighbor and listen to your needs. Knowledgeable employees for sure! If they do not have the answer, they certainly will try to figure what is best for you. I had Tom today and he helped me put a crate on my scooter for my dog Bella to ride in. Picking out the perfect hardware to make sure she would be safe. After a wag of a tail we went for a ride.Thank you!

Awful customer service!!!! I will never shop at Hahn again!! I stopped in a did some shopping. I also wanted an LP tank filled. When I went out to get my tank filled I left my other purchases at the register. I had filled that tank at Hahn before. The guy said he couldn't find the current date on my tank. No a big deal. I returned to pay for my other items and while telling the person at the register that I didn't get a fill on my tank the guy heard me talking an spouted ot that I was a liar and started explaining to the other employees that I was lying about the reason he didn't refill it. All I was doing was explaining why I didn't need to pay for an LP refill. Nobody was talking to him and I wasn't complaining I was just explaining why I didn't get a refill after bringing a tank out there. After all.... she was expecting me to return and pay for an LP refill. I called back to talk to the manager but i didn't get the employees name. The manager said sorry but sounded totally uninterested and insincere. I will call corporate tomorrow. I have been shopping at many Hahn locations for years.... i will NEVER RETURN TO HAHN!!!!I will never shop at Hahn again!

Glad this place is here. Has high quality stains and finishes of General Finishes. It's getting hard to find quality items and I'm willing to pay a bit more for quality.

To say that you’re in love with a hardware store seems extreme yet I might be!!! This Ace has the ‘routine hardware store stuff’ … but it’s got a little “somethin’ somethin’” extra. The plants are just a bit more prolific, the prices are just a tad bit lower, the selection of tools & hardware (buy or rent) is just that much more practical! When you walk in this very sweet hardware store, you may find the floors are not clean enough to eat on (!) because you’ll also find busy staff who know the answer to your questions working hard, walking around, making sure things are put away. The store has the same feel as the family owned hardware store I visited with my dad (to pick up a bolt or two) on Saturdays as a child… I love it.

We found a beautiful array of plants and baskets at Hahn's. The employees in the plant department were helpful and very personable. We have a special "begonia corner" where the rose-tinted yellow begonia we chose will be stunning. We are very pleased with our experience.

Really good service. My son and I had been looking for a good push snow blower that would also remove the broken down one, because no tow hitch on our vehicle.Not only did they have the brand my son wanted, they had a good delivery price for the new one ($50-we're far from everywhere!), but it cost less than others (again $50 because we're far from everywhere!) to haul off our decrepit machine. I'll post a photo of 2 before they haul the old one.

One of my go to places. VERY well stocked. Big box stores can make the locals look small but Hahn is loaded up very well. I almost always get what I'm after. Nursery is well stocked too. I found a butterfly bush there that nobody else had. Glad they are here.

One time I was on a train with no destination and I met a gambler. We were both very tired but could not sleep. He told me he played cards for a living and was good at reading people's faces. He asked me for some whiskey and told me I appeared to be out of aces. I told him I just went to Ace and bought the items I needed to succeed at life there, told him to get his own whiskey and let me sleep. Then Kenny Rogers sent a cast and desist letter....

Local hardware store with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices are a little high as there is no competition without traveling outside of town. It's a great stop for nuts and bolts and the like but I would check elsewhere for major items due to the slightly inflated prices.

This place has been great to work with for mower service, especially Brian and Wyatt in service department. Had a hard to diagnose issue that occured after 45-60 mins of mowing. After taking a bunch of time to diagnose over a couple tries, they were able to get parts ordered for quick turn around. Will be going here for any mower needs in the future new or repairs.

Great neighborhood hardware store, very rarely have they not had something I've needed in a pinch, from yardwork supplies to metric fasteners to hand tools. Prices can be higher than other options, but the fact that they're nearby and well stocked makes that ok. I haven't had to consult much with issues so I can't speak for helpfulness of employees.

Decent family run hardware store. Helpful staff and good selection of tools for home and garden. Lots of supply for my home do it yourself projects.Lots of seasonal decor and yard care items. Many unique options for gifting.Easy to find just 1 mile south of Hartford on Hwy 83.Good parking and handicap accessible. Clean store well organized.
