This is a great new location, and wow, it's huge! The drive thru is set up for easy unloading with lots of room. The inside has lots of wide isles, and the shelves are stocked full! There are many checkout lanes. This new store is a big upgrade from their old facility.

BY FAR my absolute FAVV Goodwill location. It is newer so of course it has that advantage but it's also very well set up. Fair prices & always a GREAT selection of housewares, purses, clothing, pet supplies, books, etc. If you love thrifting like I do, then I highly recommend this Goodwill. A+

It is a little smaller but I found some pretty great things! Very well organized location. Disclaimer: Not sure if it this goes for all good wills now - but bring your own bags for checkout! They do not give out bags anymore unless you buy them FYI. Still great experience.

I felt that this Goodwill was pretty good. I know another reviewer mentioned that this place had a smell. When I went there the smell was just the normal smell that you get in a Goodwill. This Goodwill felt a bit smaller than the West Bend and Grafton locations. I went to this location to get Blu-Rays and DVDs. They only had a few shelves. Maybe in time they will get a bigger selection.

I was in the Brand New Hartford Goodwill today it is the second day they are open and the store is a mess.. items are crammed on the shelfs, very disorganized. I was looking for a set of dishes but they put the bowls on one rack and the plates on a different rack so you can't find a set. The store alsoThe store also had the store had a strange odor. It was not a pleasant experience I doubt I will be back.

Was there for opening day. Very nice people. Quick checkout. Store maybe 25-30% smaller then Menomonee Falls or West Bend. Clean. As organized as a Goodwill can reasonably be.

a friend purchased me a portable dvd player from this store and after playing a few movies it decided to stop working i’m disappointed now i have to order a brand new one to play my movies this was not worth $7 if you do purchase a dvd or cd player test it first make sure it works as you can see the dvd is in the disc drive but the screen says no disc
