Found this place quite by accident and I'm SO happy I did! They do cute little photo shoots while they wait for me to come pick my dog up. Everybody in the shop is so nice and welcoming and they were the first groomers to actually ask me my opinion on how much to trim my golden retriever down which was a pleasant surprise. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I can't express how very friendly and sweet they are. One of the daughters is so knowledgeable, I foresee her being a veterinarian. The way they took care of my cat and talked with me will not go unnoticed. Definitely trust them with her and highly recommend them for you fur babies. They even give them cute bandanas and a mini photo shoot afterwards ❤

Our silky wire haired dachshund is 7 months old and in need of grooming. After a couple of calls to other groomers (we’ve never used one with our other pups), I noticed the rating and reviews for Gigi’s. We made an appointment and took our boy in today and - wow - what a difference. They took their time with him and did a great job. Their prices are so reasonable too. Thank you for pampering our Wilbur!

My dog needed a groom day of, I contact Gigi’s and they were able to fit me in later that day. Super awesome! I previously had stopped here to get our dogs nails trimmed and we were super pleased with that service so I decided to go here next for a groom. Glad I did! They did a great job! My dog feels and smells so much better and she seems happier even! I would recommend Gigi’s to everyone that needs a groom done! Thank you so much!

Took my dog in who had mats. I knew they were getting bad, however, they made me feel like it was my fault and a bad pet owner. I said I understand if they have to shave the hair even though I don't want it to. They told me it would depend on how well the dog does will determine if they have to go that route. I tried explaining she is easy and a very calm dog. They said well not this time. That was before they even took her from me. After having my dog for an hour they called me to pick her up saying it was too bad and they aren't a good fit. When I picked up my dog she was really distraught and panting. She is a calm sweet dog and never acted like this before. I will not be returning with any of my dogs. Do not recommend.

I recently moved to Hartford and was really afraid that I wouldn’t be able to find a groomer for my 2 cats. I called Gigi’s and was glad that they in fact groomed cats. I just picked up my boys and couldn’t be happier!!! Gigi’s staff is amazing! My boys look fantastic! Thank you Gigi’s for treating Gotti & Gambino so well! I’ll definitely be back!

100% recommend and was a very positive experience! Pooches went from scruffy to clean cut. As an owner who has groomed their dogs many times in the past, Gigi's put me to shame. You can tell they put time and care into the details which is the difference between "OK" grooming to "great" grooming. From face to paws... absolutely amazing job! We will be a repeat customer.

I am so happy I found Gigi's! My cat had some really bad matting, I was afraid they'd have to shave him. In 10 min he was silky smooth, and his claws trimmed! I got to talk with absolutely wonderful girls at the front while the sweetest cat ever curled up on my lap. I absolutely recommend Gigi's!

Luna had her first appointment with Jess, the groomer today! Luna is by nature a very nervous dog. Jess made Luna feel comfortable and put her at ease. Jess even washed Luna’s collar! You talk about going above and beyond! I will definitely recommend Gigi’s to others. The report card that I received when I picked Luna up was an added bonus!

I've been looking for a good groomer for the last couple years. That aren't outrageously priced and know how to work with senior dogs as well as puppies. Gigi's did a fantastic job, and the photoshoot was unexpected and. Gorgeous pictures I can't thank them enough. For the fabulous job they did, I will definitely be Telling all my friends.😍

We had a terrible experience with a groomer prior to coming to GiGi's. Gigis came in to the rescue! He looks amazing, smells so good and most importantly he is happy!! When we got him from the prior groomer he was scared of us and even snipped at us. Not leaving gigis, he was happy and giving kisses! Thank you so much to this place. We are beyond thankful!!

Took both my dogs to get their nails trimmed. We have had issues with another local groomer, putting muzzles on them, yelling at them etc. The groomer here was awesome. Both my dogs were nervous and she was quick. There was no need for muzzles or screaming at them. Will be making regular visits here for both of my dogs needs.

I could not be happier! I experienced groomers who did not want to groom a poodle, or did not know how to groom a poodle. Our poodle, Stella, was not only perfectly groomed, but the care provided by the entire family at Gigi’s was outstanding! One of the girls wrapped Stella in a blanket and took her to my car because it was pouring out! Above and beyond! I highly recommend Gigi’s! A++++++
