I often go to Festival Foods for gluten free products. One week I noticed they were carrying a gluten free ready to go pizza crust in the bakery section. After a couple weeks of inquiring about it after not seeing it I was happy to find it back in stock. Love companies that listen to their customers!

Today my husband and I visited Festival in Hartford as we do once a week. Our two year old grandson was along and helped us load the cart and get our groceries. As we were checking out two women from the service desk approached my grandson and me and asked if we would like a little stuffed toy. I said, " Sure!" The ladies said they had been watching my grandson as he shopped with us and told him he had been such a great little shopper. So he was able to pick out a little stuffed toy for free! I was so impressed by this gesture.We have always told others how friendly all the people are at your Festiva,l and today they went above and beyond! My grandson was so happy. My husband and I were very impressed with the kindness of the staff and will be coming back. Thank you for making all of us proud of our grandson and making our day so bright! Keep up the great job!

Just moved to Hartford and decided to go grocery shopping at Festival instead of Walmart for a change. Long story short Assistant manager Jack overheard my 2 kids (age 6 and 11) disappointment when we told them we would not be able to get them the little stuffed animals they each picked out. Jack very discreetly and respectfully approached me on the side and said if it was okay with me he would be happy to allow my kids to take the stuffed animals for free. I raise my kids to always lend a helping hand and give when you can, and to know karma does exist. We have done quite a bit to help others, donating food, toys, clothes even money. This was such a kind gesture and showed my kids it does come back around. Coming from Milwaukee we don't see this all too often. Jack didn't have to stop what he was doing to acknowledge the situation let alone give them the animals. That was probably the nicest thing a "stranger" has done for my children and I cannot thank Jack enough. The gesture may not have seemed like a big deal to him but to my children, myself and my husband it really meant a lot. Jack is a reflection on festival and I can assure you just because of his thoughtfulness we will continue shopping at Festival. Thank you Jack, it is more appreciated than I can say. Thank you Festival for recognizing this amazing human being and for having people like Jack on your staff.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of fresh seafood which we need in this area. The checkout lanes have signs letting you know if there's a bagger or you have to bag your own groceries. They also have self checkouts. You can access Caribou Coffee from inside the store. They also have a patio and a drive thru. There are electric car charging stations in the parking lot. And grocery pick up is on the east side of the building. It's pretty much a one stop shop. Welcome to Hartford!Update...love that the store is open till 10pm. And their staff will go above and beyond for you.

The Festival Foods in Hartford has become our go-to grocery store. It's located in a prime location within Hartford. The store is clean and well-stocked. They have an excellent deli, bakery, meat, and alcohol departments. The staff is friendly, check-out is easy, and this store is rarely overwhelmingly busy. The prices are a bit high, but I guess that is the price you pay for a more pleasant shopping experience.

The onions they have are labeled as sweet onions but they are not. They are just yellow onions that are strong as ever. It's irritating that it's advertised as something they are not! The rest of the store is decent but pricey.

I want to love this store but be careful of expiration dates. Specifically yogurt, eggs and deli meat. On too many occasions have I brought home expired food. Unacceptable

Best place to shop when in Hartford Wisconsin nice clean store polite associates and a big thank you to manage Max for letting us park our RV overnight. Festival food will be my go to store. Thank you for helping us out

Nathan's hot dog for $1 on Saturday. Meet the guy that took for deli. N his brother in the liquor dept. (Same person)little humor. N the bakery lady. I complement her on the beautiful job on the cake decorating. More humor. I like the isle sign YOUR SPOUSE. Great deals.

I ordered a vegetable and a fruit tray for Christmas. The 2 ladies that worked on these trays did an excellent job. They were thorough, professional and awesome. The trays were fresh and abundant. I am so very impressed I strongly recommend this store. Their produce was exemplary. A+. Thank you for a beautiful job

The store is clean and nice, but on multiple occasions, I've purchased expired food from the Hartford location, without noticing it until I was home. That's unacceptable to me. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

The first time I walked into this brand new store, I was completely overwhelmed! The first thing I noticed was that it is very clean and well organized. The second thing was the amazing deli, hot food, sushi/Asian, ready to eat meals, and salad area that has more options than anyone could even know what to do with! Everything looked very fresh and the prices actually weren't too bad in that area. The third thing was that they actually had people handing out samples which was something I haven't seen in forever! All the employees were very nice.Finally, once I was able to wander around for quite a while I realized the prices on the sale items were decent but everything else was kind of high.Overall I'm very impressed and will definitely be back, If not to actually go grocery shopping, definitely to check out some of that grab and go food!

Employees are all very helpful and nice, but the bakery items are a disappointment everytime. Produce is typically amazing. Prices are a bit steep, but everything is expensive now. Overall quality and selection is great, but bakery items, specifically sweets, are 0/5 stars everytime.

I love their deli and bakery set-up. It's still so new so everything is spotlessly clean. They have a really nice selection. I go there for oat milk and certain kinds of turkey meat substitutes.

The guy in the seafood/meat dept, Brian, was one of the friendliest and helpful people I've dealt with in a long time. Drove from West Bend to Hartford just to shop. That store is amazing. The employees there are next level. What a great experience for real.

Mixed feelings so far. I enjoy the selection and the staff is very helpful. I did have to throw out almost a whole loaf of bread from the bakery after a few days as it went moldy and the only good ricotta I needed for my recipe was over a week past expiration. On my last visit I needed meat and took a number, and waited and waited but no one came out from back. I called out a few times and nothing, so I took another number so the bell would ring again and waited another few minutes then finally gave up and left.

I am so glad that there is a Festival Foods closer than Fond du Lac or Sheboygan. I don't do weekly shopping there as it is not as close as the other stores. But, I get there every few weeks. I love the burgundy pepper roasts/steaks. For Easter I got their carrot cake, veggie tray (free dill dip) and fruit tray (free fruit dip) and some other items. So, happy with the quality!
