Nice place but an older lady grooming in back was grouching at the people in line waiting to take a photo with Santa if you looked through the door. They need to get a little Christmas spirit! Left us feelin bad in what was supposed to be fun.

I drive a half an hr. every 6 weeks to get my dog groomed. I've tried a few other places but Carrie the owner is awesome! I know he's being taken care of when he's there.

Maggie, my angel of a dog, despises nail trimmings. Its the one thing I can’t do myself. Dynamic Pet Palace nail + Dremel is affordable, and Maggie is excited to go into the store each time, never fearful. I couldn’t ask for more for my dog and we’ll continue going back whenever she needs her nails done.

I have been taking pets here for a long time. First for a long haired barn cat that couldn’t groom herself and needed a sedative to be groomed. Then for two black nailed doggos with nail trimming needs. I’ve been embarrassed by our latest dog who is a complete drama queen when she goes to get her nails done. She howls and cries as soon as she is out of our sight, but Carrie and Aubrey and everyone else we’ve gone to there are completely professional with her. We’ve tried other local places, but mostly due to our lack of ability to plan ahead. We love this place.

Dynamic Pet Palace is my go-to for providing the BEST for my dogs. The staff is AWESOME! So knowledgeable, helpful & professional. I have been going to Dynamic for years & highly recommend it! The products & grooming services they provide are excellent. They also offer a variety of training classes that my dogs & I have enjoyed. Aubrey (the trainer) is so positive & encouraging. She really teaches you & your dog how to become a great team. Hartford is lucky to have Dynamic Pet Palace.

Always a good experience. My Lab gets the Full Monty twice a year. The dead hair is gone, groomed, ears cleaned, nails dremel trimed, and anil gland cleaned. And coat smelling wonderful. And not all that expensive. It's worth it.

Awesome!!! Great service, Knowledgeable employees, and great selection of dog products. I brought in my Rottweiler to have his nails trimmed after I could no longer do them myself. He was very difficult on his first visit, but the staff still encouraged me to bring him back telling me it would get a little easier on him every time. Just got done again today, and my Rottie didn't fight it at all. Such a relief to know that even though he was a challenge the first time they still wanted to work with him to make the experience as easy as possible.

I have two little Min Pins that HATE having nail trims but Carrie and her staff are very competent and patient groomers that have made the process almost a breeze. They have a great selection of food, treats toys and pretty much anything needed to care for dogs and cats.

We have taken our dog in for his nails trimmed at the same place for the last two years without any issues. Stupidly decided to try them once and they tried stating that he needs to be muzzled and he tried biting the lady. He has never needed a muzzle or tried hurting anyone at the last place. We will not make this mistake again and go there again.

I took my dog here for a simple nail trim and shortly after taking him the back room the lady returns with him saying that he was freaking out and she won't be able to finish the job. I was never offered a refund for the unfinished work and when I got home I noticed my dog has a horrible limp in the front. I call and they say he was flaling around the table and must've pulled something.. Do not take your dog here. I've never had a problem with him getting his nails trimmed anywhere else before.

Lovely selection of both dry and wet food for both cats and dogs. Helpful staff and rewards program. We were excited about the rawhide free chew toys. They also carry natural treats, bedding, toys, and grooming products. We will definitely come back again and again...

I have been a customer for over 4 years. The groomer that took care of my cat was excellent. However the experience I encountered with the owner was the worst, ever.They offer cards that require a stamp for every 10 or 20 dollars spent. When the card is filled, they give you a discount on your next purchase. You have to ask for this service, and have one year to complete the card. They do keep it at the desk, but it is your responsibility to bring it to their attention.My husband had to pick up my cat after her last grooming and did not know about the card. Being only a week later, I went in hoping to get it stamped for the amount spent, $35.00. They refused, saying it was their policy not to back stamp . When speaking to the owner, explaining the situation, thinking I have been a long time customer, and I have never taken advantage of the situation, I was told that they were doing me a favor by offering me the card. Here I thought I was doing them a favor by frequenting their store ! She told me if she did this for me she would have to do it to every one. I told her I was not lying and my husband simply didn't know, and that perhaps the staff should ask the customer if they have a card as a courtesy. The owner continued to attack me, saying she was a small business and I was lucky she did this for me. As a customer, I have never been treated so rudely. And I will never return.

Took my St. Bernard and English bulldog in to the self wash station. I had never been here before so I wasn't sure how things worked. I let the lady know that when I arrived. She offered to show me the station and how things worked which was nice. The tub is waste high so they have a ramp for monster dogs like my saint to get in the tub and they will assist you of you need help. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have been going to Dynamic since 2001. Aubrey has been are only groomer when she started at Dynamic. She has taken care of all of our Lhasa Apsos and our Minichur Schnauzer.
