I’ve used this pharmacy for years, but after all of the trouble I’ve had, I’ve decided to go elsewhere. I was patient throughout their staffing issues (closed on weekends, 20+ minutes waiting in line every time I’m there, employees say they’ll call me back and no one does) and a particularly troublesome medication I took temporarily that Walgreens just couldn’t figure out, but after this week I’m done. I stopped in 4/11 to pick up 2 meds at the only time of day I could (after calling them in the morning and confirming everything was ready and I could stop any time after 2:30) and there was a sign stating they’d be closed for a family emergency from 12:15pm-4pm.So I stopped back today and one med was put back on the shelf because we failed to pick it up in a certain time frame. I was told we should have gone back after 4pm, and that I could wait 30 minutes for it to be filled again. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no offer to fill it right away since they closed for 4 hours in the middle of the day the day I tried to pick it up, just an insinuation that we should’ve made another trip back to the pharmacy. Whatever the opposite of customer service is, that’s what I experienced. What a bummer.

One of the worst pharmacies in town. Lady told me it would be 20 mins and to come back. I just had surgery and she is telling me to come back. I refused and she chuckled. She had my script ready in 5 mins. I will be moving all orders from here ad this isn't the first time. She just didn't want to do her job and now they will be closed the whole weekend. Like no one needs medicine on the weekends.

Waited in Pioneer Walgreen's pharmacy line for 12 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me. First car took 10 minutes. Second car was done quickly. I pulled up, my turn and the pharmacy tech pulled the shade and closed for the evening. Closed the shade right in my face! Lol! I was shocked. I was technically there on time before 7pm in line waiting. If I was inside waiting in line for 12 minutes and it turned 7pm, would the shade have also been closed in my face? So, I called the store manager while watching the pharmacy staff walk back and forth behind the counter. Within the 2 minutes of them closing the shade and me calling the store manger they already counted their drawers and couldn't help me. I work in Healthcare. I wish I could leave when my shift was technically over. How many of you Healthcare workers out there get to leave right away when your shift is over? Do you get to close the door on a patient who waited 12 mins and clock out if the patient before runs 10 mins behind? Seriously! Have some common decency people, at least say sorry, we are closing. Don't just slam a shade down in people's faces.

I have my prescriptions sent here because I like the pharmacy workers and they’ve always been helpful. My issue is that their hours are ALWAYS changing. First, they closed Sundays, and now they’re not open Saturdays. Seriously?! This is super inconvenient. I hate the Walgreens on Main St but might have to send my prescription there from now on because at least they’re open.

Slow pharmacy service.Please use a different pharmacy. This location is very slow at filling meds.They called me 10 minutes before the store closed on a Friday and are not open Saturday and Sunday. No other option for me to get the meds until Monday morning

The pharmacy is now closed on Sundays at this location. They have not updated any websites to inform their customers and the only way you find out is by going to the store. I have a very important prescription that was ordered by my physician today and cannot get it refilled. I tried transferring it to another Walgreens that is open today however they cannot fill it...they told me it would be but when I went there to pick it up said they cant and are closing for the day. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service, one of the cashiers was rude she seemed frustrated with her job she was extremely racist I believed, since I got into Walgreens and before paying she kept asking if I was going to pay for the candies on my grocery shopping cart. Obviously I was if I had them on the cart, I don’t know what her problem was because I did not talked to her at all. The cashier was rude and racist with us because we are Hispanics, she got so mad that everyone stared at us, worst moment of my life. Not going back and I’m definitely calling the store corporate.

I used to get scripts here for about a year since it was the closest, but I'm going somewhere else from now on. (Which is hard when doctors want to just send a script straight to a pharmacy)The pharmacy called me 4 days after I got a script from the ER asking me how it was going because their records flagged it as "new." SUPER creepy! I think I'll just get any future scripts I'll need at different pharmacies and move around. Each big chain probably does the same tracking.Gets at least a second star for being decently clean, not very fast though.

The worst customer service ever! And the manager is extremely rude! The one in the evening I forgot to get her name, however I was in there with my daughters getting makeup and she was rude addressed my daughter about touching makeup instead of coming to me! I was so irritated because she was so unprofessional about it! Never going back to this one unless I really have to since it is close to home!

Thank you to the photo department and especially the young lady who was tolerant of my I-5. The help was wonderful and very satisfying for a person who thought they new what they were doing....but didn't. Great work.

I was clueless on how to print a shipping slip at their kiosk and Patricia helped me do everything. Very helpful, assisted multiple people at one time and was very friendly, fast and efficient. Thank you!!

I have problems getting a certain prescription that I have to have! Without it I'm very sick. There are times they never ordered it to they actually gave it to someone else. The customer service is horrible in the pharmacy department!!

This store is a staple of our neighborhood. Always clean, the employees are very friendly and the manager is very considerate and helpful. Pharmacist there is great to talk to.
