Who doesn’t provide baskets for customers?????? I don’t want to be driving around a cart and the fact that there’s no more baskets is beyond me. You guys want us to be fat? The bigger the cart the more we buy? Bring baskets back!!!!!!

Overall I like Pick n Save, this location is very busy however. Their produce department seems like it could use a few improvements to product freshness and their spices are very, very expensive. Overall good however. Their Sunday morning doughnuts are awesome and very reasonable.Edit: As of early 2024 I still enjoy their doughnuts but they are now $1 a piece. Pretty pricey if you need a dozen. Produce seems like it has improved.

I have tryed there's steak a couple times and I'm not impressed!! First all I tried their fajita meat? I tried cooking it more still super tough I tried cooking it less same thing super tough and very grizzley. I tried their sirloin still wasn't very impressed. So last weekend I gave him one more chance and got a couple tenderloin spent about $16 grilled them about 6 minutes on each side could barely chew them? So I'm going to give up on their meat! I've actually had better luck at Walmart and Aldi's? When you spend that much money to get meat then at least be good cuts of meat?

I was looking around fdl for a floral shop to do an arrangement for a funeral. I had no luck. Everyone told me they needed more time. I went into Pick 'n Save and Nancy in the floral dept. helped me. She told me she needed an hour to put something together. When I came back and saw it I was stunned. It was so gorgeous. I can not say enough good things about my experience there. Nancy does amazing work and is pleasant when dealing with customers.

While shopping this evening I was racially profiled by an associate named Anika. I was in self check out scanning my items, when she walked up behind me. She stood close enough that I was able to see her out the corner of my eye; had I turned my head we might’ve kissed. I asked her is she was cool since she was standing so close she said yes and continue standing there. She claimed she though I needed help with my items when there were 4 other people in check out. I didn’t ask for assistance yet I only black shopper was being watched. She stood there as I scammed all of my other items, I went to pay and forgot to unlock my debit card. She says that was declined you didn’t scan your salmon. She was looking directly at the screen that showed I did. I already had a feeling that she was insinuating that I was stealing, but for her to try and publicly embarrass me is a different issue. I called corporate as they might need to add diversity training to their onboarding. I left my items there as well. I known face in that store. I shop there with my daughter often and have for years. I will be reaching out on other platforms and to an attorney. Enough is enough.

Everytime I come here every person working looks miserable. They never say excuse me, always take the opportunity to cut you off, theres never anyone at the service desk and when there is there is usually a long line and one person working, if anyone there at all.

I LOVE the pick up option! As a disabled mother of 3, it comes in handy as I am unable to push a heavy shopping cart. I came in today 7/21/21 and the man and woman loading were both helpful and careful with my groceries! The 1 star decrease was due to the fact I have received not the freshest fruits and vegetables last time, otherwise the service is amazing! Shop here, NOT WAL-MART!!!

If all that is going to be open are self check outs something needs to be done to improve them. Large items that do not fit on the scale then require someone to come over and over ride. 1 person covering 8 registers means long wait times and frustration.

We went to this Pick N Save to buy their Broasted Chicken. We used to buy here all the time, then the Quality started going down. We repeatedly were getting raw chicken. We would have them cook it an extra 2 minutes, and this seemed to work for awhile. We went in today, they gave us 2 bags of old chicken. When we spoke to the Manager, Rebecca, whe offered to cook it herself. We got home and there was in inch of black grease in the bag, the chicken was horrible and was drippi g with grease. I believe they refried the old chicken. We will nevet shop there again!

Neiydra (sp?) was very helpful, she walked around the store with me for quite some time to help me find maraschino cherries. We finally found them! Thank you!! There was a lady- Marie or Maria that we asked for help during our search and she was not helpful, I felt like she blew us off. She said the map says aisle 11, I said yeah I used the map too, but I can’t find them in aisle 11. She just shrugged. So we kept searching and found some in the liquor dept.

This is a nice grocery store. I like the generic Kroger Brand items. My favorite are the 12 packs of soda for $2.50 (which sometimes go on sale too) and natural peanut butter (only peanuts and salt) for $2.99. One thing that I miss are the gourmet home made caramel apples that they used to have before Kroger bought them. For some reason they don't make them anymore. They were amazing, my family in Milwaukee would even ask me to bring them one. One thing that I love about Pick n Save is double coupon days. They will double the value of 3 coupons $1.00 and under on Wednesday and Saturday. This really helps. You may ask why I'm not giving 5 stars. Their produce, deli, bakery, and especially meat department leave much to be desired. I mostly get non-perishables here.

Had a few issues with register receipts, being overcharged. Also have purchased expired items. Recently had salsa that was almost a year expired! In my opinion this store has gone downhill since Kroger took over. It's in a convenient location for me & the people are friendly which is why I gave it 3 stars.

This location never ceases to disappoint. There’s a plethora of unhelpful staff always standing around gossiping and never attending to actual customers. How is there NEVER a lane open besides self check out in the evenings? Tonight I had the unfortunate experience of asking for help at the service desk after I had checked out. I politely asked the gal at the check out if someone could help me over there and then was ignored for minutes before the requested employee sauntered over. Then the product I wanted was tossed from one employee behind to the desk to another a fair distance on the other side of the counter and walked over to self check out. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional thing in a work place. Why was I asked to walk over there and stand there wait (hoping I’d just leave) if they could have simply asked what I needed in the first place if it had to be checked out where I just was? Disrespectful and awful.

I've dealt with Nancy in the Floral Department for 20+ years and never been let down. Her magnificent creations have been utilized for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day's, major holiday's, funerals, along with any other significant occasion in our lives. I usually go to the other Pick N Save in town, but every couple of months I stop at this one, because it is close to my work. The checkouts are always ridiculously long. This time half of the self check outs were not working, but the didnt add additional cashiers. The salad station is low on dressing or other ingredients every time I've stopped in. If it weren't for the location, I would never go back.

I went to Pick n Save on Johnson St to get lottery tickets. I shop early and forgot there is a desk time. Without thinking, when I saw the sign open at 8am., I said out loud. "Oh great not till 8." Someone came from around the back and said "Your ok, what can I do for you!" Very cool. I have to say I'm a little scattered brained sometimes, the same thing happened at the desk at the other Fond du Lac Store. Very cool people!!

I have shopped at this location for years and was always treated kindly. I recently found myself in financial trouble and needed to apply for food stamps. I continued to shop at Pick 'n Save on Johnson street until about a month ago. You see, an employee named Rob, on SEVERAL different occasions, has made some very rude comments about people who use food stamps in front of me, while I was checking out. The last straw was when I went in to pick up Ginger Ale and crackers as my son had been throwing up and couldn't keep any liquids or foods down. Upon purchasing my items with food stamps, Rob stated to another employee " People on food stamps should not be allowed to buy soda". I couldn't believe my ears. He had no idea why I was purchasing the few items I was, and yet he felt compelled to judge me and my situation. I am appalled by this treatment as I have been a loyal customer for many years. Even when my situation changes and I no longer need assistance, I will never spend my money here again. Disgusted.

My husband n I decided to try Pi k n Save curb pick up for 1st time and all I can say is it will be the LAST time. I waited over 30 min for my order to come out plus 2 other ppl were waiting for theirs, then we only got a $10 credit?? W decided to stick with Walmaft they have NEBER let me down, HOW sad...Pick n save should have done MORE ..BAD experience!!!!

I love the Kroger Brand plus I am saving money big time. Their steaks are top quality and their seafood is fresh. I compare them to Festival and Kroger wins hands down.

Nice selection of groceries. Nice liquor store.Had trouble checking out. It was past 9:00 p.m. and only the self checkouts were available. I needed help, and pushed the button for help, but no one responded.
