It's a really nice and quaint grocery store. It almost always has everything you need and then some. There's always a good sale going on. They have a really good five-cheese and marmalade pizza that I recommend anyone who's adventurous and likes pizza try.

I went in to store to buy baby food. 8 tags hanging on the shelf all said 10/$1.90. Underneath that it said .12 cents each. I spent 45 minutes in the store talking to several different people because they refused to sell me the product. I don't print or hang the tags. They said tags were wrong. I was told to use my common sense because I should know that product would not be sold for that price. Maybe the person who hung the tags should then have and use common sense. Or perhaps the several people I dealt with for 45 minutes should use common sense and treat customers descent and realize my time and theirs was wasted. No reason why I should believe tags were wrong. I was basically told I am stupid, made to feel bullied and harassed all because I needed to purchase baby food. I emailed customer service telling them what happened and I received a canned response thanking me for my suggestions. No customer should be harassed trying to purchase a product. Absolutely disgusting.12/5/23 Customer service has since reached out to me and issue is resolved.

Had a sheet cake made for a baby shower last weekend. Yellow cake with lemon filling and butter cream frosting. It do delicious, moist and beautiful. Thank you so much 💓

This is not my closest PNS, I usually shop at the one on Johnson Street. Last Friday, I was in the neighborhood and needed to grab groceries. I approached the checkout around 9:20 pm. (They close at 11 pm) There were 3 young ladies chatting at the end of a lane. I asked if one lane was open, I was told no, only the self checkout. Interesting I thought.I proceeded to complete my self check out and another lady came up to check out as well and was told the same thing.Normally, I go with the flow. But tonight as I'm checking out my own groceries, they're discussing their kids mental health issues. Seriously, a full cart full of groceries, barely fitting on the bagging area, and now I'm doing their job while they get paid. Where can I submit my time? Maybe there should be a discount for self check out....Let's just cut to the chase, eliminate their positions and I'll gladly scan my own groceries for the price reduction. Seems to be the norm, no work ethic, but please pay me top dollar.

The store is well stocked but seems shabby. It could use an update. The floors look shabby and dirty. Prices are higher here than found at Festival or Piggly Wiggly in Fond du Lac.

Not always the best prices, but their expanded prepared foods section has been great for me as a new widower. Their fried chicken and their meatloaf are both comfortable and tasty.

Close to work so handy but also a good place yo shop. I've had a few price discrepancies or other incidents over the years but they do take care of anything I bring to managers attention. Still a great place to shop!

Found everything I was looking for. There was an open self checkout lane. In and out in a flash. Had to stop at the service desk on the way in. The service desk staff was very helpful.

My first time in the store. I was looking for a single item but well aware I would probably purchase more than that. I perused the aisles based on the signs above. There were several I skipped over. I easily found what I came for and a few other golden nuggets. The store was clean and organized. I will visit again. The checkout lines were long. They could have called for more help. To be fair, I did stop in over the lunch hour.

People in deli not knowledgeable. Told me they were out of what I wanted yet other clerk told her it was right there. Very slow to get 1 lb ham. Used self checkout and it was not working correctly. There was no one to help besides young girl behind service countr. She did not acknowledge us

Go to a different store. I’ve shopped here many times but they must have faulty refrigerators or something because the last 5 times I’ve gone there the whole meat department reeked of bad fish and at least one perishable item I’ve bought had mold even though it was well before the expiration date. It’s happened with cream cheese, a whole ham, string cheese, and other cold items. I tried to get a refund for the ham since it was expensive but the online customer service was so terrible.

Your carts have a anti-theft device that has locked up on me multiple times on the way to my car. You got rid of handheld baskets, forcing my to use your broken carts. Then you also took away the option to mute the annoying and overly loud voice guidance on your self checkouts. You care nothing for your customers as long as you can shave a buck.
