We normally go to Pilot when we stop between shippers but we ended up doing over 15 hours at this Loves. I'm so glad we did! First the parking lot was clean and didn't smell like pee (I hate dirty truckers) and there was plenty of space to park close to the store without having to reserve a spot. Next we got the truck serviced at the truck shop and not only did they change our light bulb, but they put air in our tires as well. The best part was the clean bathrooms! (Very important to us truckers since that's the only thing we don't have on the truck) being at this truck stop so long I can see how often they cleaned the bathrooms and I was so impressed! Bella was the highlight for me! She was amazing! Not only was she providing such great customer service at such a late hour (it was 5am) but you can tell she took great pride in her work where everyone else was nice, but seemed like they were just clocking in & getting through the shift. That little extra goes along way. We see you Bella! Thank you for the clean bathrooms & great customer service girl! Thank you Loves for a great resting location!

The literal worst Subway I've ever been to. Lady at the counter had to yell for someone to come out and make the subs and then suddenly not only 1 but 4 employees showed up.. however, absolutely nothing was stocked in the veggie side of the counter and not 1 employee was trying to remedy that situation. The girl making one of our subs never looked at us and spoke very quietly. She must have been paying for everything she put on that sandwich because it looked like a flatbread with nothing else inside.. the other sub was overfilled so much nothing stayed inside ... the worst.

We used the dump station. Perfect!I was impressed with the friendly greeting and extremely clean restroom.Coffee good and hot and clean store overall.As my first time in a loves station the clerk even gave me a loves card.I’m impressed

We love this place. We had no idea how nice it was. The bathrooms were huge, clean and pleasant. The selection of items inside the store was endless. We won't be afraid to stop there again! Thank you Love's!!

What a great place for travelers and for truckers. The store is immaculate bathrooms, showers and main grocery area. They have pretty much everything one would need for their travels. Each employee I encountered was friendly and very helpful. Plenty of truck parking and diesel pumps for truckers. They also have a CAT scale. There is a Subway located inside the building but also plenty of other food options inside.

Has to be the worst Loves I have ever visited in 24 years. Half way through shower water turns off. Now I was warned by the manager that it would be, but he said 15 minutes not 5. Fuel desk clerk was rude and seems to hate her job. Subway was out of half of their ingredients its was 1215pm. Fountain drink dispenser has no soda and the one that did was spraying water on my hand while filling the cup. Please try to do better!

The black guy with nasty dread rocks at the fuel desk deserves an award of the rudest Loves employee of the year. Today 02/15/2024 @ appx 1800 I went inside to get a shower using one of my employees card that he had sent to me and this guy rudely told me that loves has a new policy that you cannot use someone's else card. I request to speak to the manager in charge so that I can see these new policy to which he rudely declined. He went further and asked me if I spent money in Loves today then and only then I can use my employees card. Loves is in business of making money not monitoring who is using whose card to take a shower non the less points taken from a card is purely money spent at the pump. It's ironical that someone working there to serve customers can have such a high level of rudeness. I asked him what if this store is yours? It's such a shame Loves you are not Nexflix that's prohibit password sharing. Amd if so them have these new regulations posted amd maybe in future you can start asking things live drivers license for conformation. So I let and thus idiot still had the guts to tell me he wins and I'll spend my night stinking. I left the store and went across the street at kwik trip for a hot clean shower for just $8. You can't beat that.

Made a stop here last night due to ABS lights on trailer and spoke with Luis ( Lewis) that put me on the list to be seen today due to them being extremely busy because of the weather but he was so nice, patient and understanding. When I got in the shop he was just as nice and helpful in person, very personable (must be that Texas charm😉) but although my company went against repair costs he still did what he could do to get me rolling and safe and he just looked out for me like some men tend to look out for women and then Stefon (I hope thats right) came towards the end and provided me with such helpful advice and information and was also very kind. You gentleman made my icy stop very warm and I am VERY appreciative of you all and your hard works. THANK YOU!!!💌

I saw a sign for Loves in fond du lac that says you have a dog park, then I heard it's owned by a women. We travel to northern wisc from home about 4 hours with 5 dogs I've always said it would be great to have something like this for a safe stop. Thank you it is very much appreciated

Very nice and clean gas station. Lots of trinkets and other things like that. Most gas stations don't have trinkets like that it almost feels like a gift store.

There is a cashier with a beard and jewelry in his beard. He is very rude and says very mean things to Love’s customers. I will never return to this location and make sure that everyone I know never goes there!

Very unprofessional staff member at the counter name tag said jazz. He was gossiping on the phone with an AirPod on I had to repeat what I was trying to buy 3 times also she was wearing see thru pants (leggings) with her colored underwear showing thru them. Seems like all the truck stops are going to hell when it comes to professional aspects

True truck stop experience. This place has everything from bungie cords to replica gladiator helmets. Hot food is limited to roller bites and hot dogs in the convenience store, but the attached Subway makes up the difference. Theres plenty of parking for both cars and rigs. This place is sure to take care of all your needs.

UPDATE::: 7-10-23 I just revisited and seen a 3 member crew in subway so I gave it a shot! There was a line but went quickly and service was wayyyyyyyyy better! As a matter a fact all the employees in the establishment seemed pretty happy and it was reflected and showed in their CS, not sure if it’s new management, but whatever you all did to turn this place around is fantastic! Now if we can get drivers to just stop being inconsiderate to each other by blocking the fuel island and the scale, we all could do what we need and go!!! There’s always parking before 6pm! So park to run in.Appalling!!!!! Subway, employee Liya was the rudest I’ve ever seen in two decades out here! When she asked the customer in front of me, what she can get for him, he said two of the number six, and with the same terrible attitude said ‘I can only make one sandwich at a time’.. the customer asked excuse me who are you talking to and she pointed out to four of us in the line and said all of you! She then proceeded to ask him again what he wanted, and he said nothing as he turned around and disgust and walked out! OK so now it’s my turn. Thinking maybe she’s just having a bad day. I look at her and say hello. How is your day? She proceeds to give me a nasty look and says, what do you want? I then tell her I want the number 33 please on wheat. She reaches behind her, takes the bread out, puts it on the counter, then takes her gloves off, pokes her head around the corner to the back room, and told Denise who is the shift manager to come out and help. At this time, there’s now six people in line counting myself. Denise comes over smiles and asks what sub I was getting. I told her the 33. Before Denise could even grab gloves and put them on. liya pulled her drawer and literally left. I understand this location has often been closed due to staffing issues. But with a demeanor and attitude that Liya provides, it might be best just to leave the doors closed and let that employee go!! Congratulations loves due to your employees attitude. You just earned my first ever one star review!

OMG WHAT A RIP OFF.. stopped here on 05/18/2021 to buy a replacement light.. they didn't have what I needed in the store and told me to check with the shop.. I went out to the shop and they had it.. but told me this little light would be $48.15!!! I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED THEM TO PUT IT ON AND THEIR REPLY WAS "THAT'S JUST FOR THE LIGHT, NOT INSTALLED"!! I told them to keep it and walked out.. then I went 3 miles up the road to Walmart and bought a two-pack for less than $6 plus tax!!! I woulda paid maybe $15 from Love's but not almost $50 and me doing the work to replace it myself

As a Nestle dedicated driver out of Appleton, WI I frequent this loves at least 3 times a week mostly for fuel but occasionally I do take my 10 hour break here and I’ve noticed one particularly frustrating thing; The Subway sandwich shop located within the store is often closed due to short staffing. Out of the last 6 times I’ve taken my break here, Subway has been closed 4 times and that’s just in the last 3 months. It’s clearly an issue because the station attendants on duty are so used to the problem that when you start to complain they cut you off defensively claiming “we can’t get anybody to come into work!” and “it’s not my fault!” etc. Now, I realize it’s not the fault of the employees who actually showed up but maybe management, particularly those responsible for hiring, need to be addressed by the higher-ups to see if there is any way a better vetting process could be applied in the interviewing and assessment stage of hiring to find better candidates. And if the candidates aren’t found to be the issue then perhaps a better pay package might need to be implemented. I’ve been a dedicated Love’s customer for over 20 years and I only fuel and shower at Love’s. I know the company is capable of doing a much better job in staffing because I see it consistently at many of the other locations I frequent. I hate giving a Love’s store a bad review but sometimes it’s the only way to see results.

Well loves has really gotten bad with the way thay treat drivers.i was a subway and the blond white women behind the counter totaly blew me off.wouldent make eye contact.dident say 1 word just dissapared in the back and never came back.i waited several min then left.found out she was the manager.i get 2500+ gal of fuel at loves a month i can go some where else.

This is definitely, by FAR, the best Love's location that I have ever been to!- Nice ring design for parking, easy backing.- spotless bathrooms all day long.- very friendly staff- Huge showers, clean with hot water and heater running nice dry warm air- Subway here. Great staff there too that knows their stuff.DEF happened to go out on 1/17/22 during my visit. So what? It was a wind chill factor of sub zero. Things don't work right in the cold. Heck, I, barely work at ALL in that kind of cold.You're low on def? Stop letting your def get below half. (...duh.)
