Not only do they have beauiful arrangements, but their Customer Service is excellent!For prom this year, the weather is going to be a bit colder, so we just thought we would ask if we could take picutres there for our son and his girlfriend, and unforunately they would be closed in the time window we were looking for. However, the Manager said that she would stay after closing for us to get some pictures!Thank you so much!

I asked Haentze to create a custom arrangement for my newborn niece, and they delivered the most gorgeous flowers! I requested something as pink and girly as possible, and that’s exactly what was created. Adorable balloon matched the arrangement perfectly, too! I consider myself to have fairly high standards and they completely exceeded my expectations. I love supporting a local business and would highly recommend this florist!

I will never buy another plant from here again bought a 25$ pothos from here and it has mites every time I get a plant from here there is a problem with it it's so disappointing because they have nice stuff just not well taking care of

Mariah did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding on 9/10/2022. I was debating for a long time on if I wanted real flowers, or if I wanted to go the cheaper route with fake. I'm so glad I went with real flowers from Haentze Floral. I met with Mariah beforehand, and she really took the time to get to know what kind of style I was looking for, and what type of flowers I wanted. She perfectly matched my color palette, and everything turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't get a picture of the centerpieces, but those were beautifully done as well. When I went to drop the rented vases off back at the store she even wrapped the leftover flowers up for me to distribute to friends and family. Thank you, Mariah, for your personal touches, and helping make my day even more amazing. I never wanted to put my bouquet down!

Haentze Floral Co has much to offer to really make your bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages personal to you or your guests! The creator of our flower arrangements, Mariah, was AMAZING! She knew her flowers and offered great suggestions that really made my arrangements better than I ever imagined! I am a whimsical bride. Mariah nailed it! Our wedding theme was the tree-of-life with a color of Tiffany/pool/robin egg blue. Our centerpieces had metallic hand-punched leaves, which Mariah gladly included in our flowers so EVERYTHING matched. My flowers made my wedding day beyond perfect. Even though I was given a sample bouquet, a timeline of creating/drop off, I had no hesitation to book with Haentze Floral Co. I knew I could enjoy my wedding day - even during the COVID-19 pandemic - and have no worries. Haentze Floral Co is just that good! Mariah's work is literally an artform in your hands. Another side note: I had a disabled bridesmaid and Haentze Floral Co worked with me to make the perfect bouquet that she could hold (which also doubled as my toss bouquet). Went with my grandma to get some things for her garden. I was curious about a few different things, mostly random questions that fed my drunken walk on the winding path to knowledge. The kind older lady and the elderly man (possibly her husband) were both very nice and friendly. They happily answered any of the questions I asked them. I felt the friendly older man was happy I was interested in plants, the natural world and wanted to learn more about it. He told me that I can stop by if I had any other questions a bit before my grandma had everything she wanted, and we went to the front counter to pay and pack up her list of items. I most definitely will be going back there again.

Top notch customer service. I have gotten a few floral orders for my Boudoir Client's and they have cut flowers for milk bath sessions for me, as well as rose petals to use during the session. Great price and have a cute shop for one of kind nick nacks. For floral needs I won't be going anywhere else. :)

This is a great place to get your plants flowers. It also has special gifts for funerals weddings and other occasions. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They always know how to do things just right. I always have been very pleased with everything that I've gotten from the shop. And have gotten lots of compliments about the way they look.

I truly love this nursery! Every time I step in, there are new plants to discover.The indoor plant selection is excellent, and everything I've bought always thrives. My only wish is that Haentze would carry a larger, more unique variety of pots—good ones can be hard to find.

This is a great place to go! Especially to walk the greenhouse on a cold day. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the dog that was visiting was a pleasant bonus! They have some beautiful creations that are pre made or you can create your own ideas. From bouquets to potted flowers and beautiful yard decorations. Even if you don't buy, it is great to see so much beauty. They also have a great selection of memorial items that can last. They also have some amazing classes every so often which are a lot of fun and educational to really understand how to keep them alive. They post them as events on Facebook. One of my favorite places in town and if you haven't been, you should check it out!!

I had a GREAT experience with Haentze Floral Company. I placed an order late in the day for a funeral the next day. Given COVID, I didn't have the exact details for the funeral. They turned my order around very quickly. I actually scheduled to have them delivered to the funeral home when they should have gone to the church. They were delivered to the church in time for the service. GREAT example of GREAT customer service. Well done Haentze!

The selection of houseplants is pretty decent and I have been able to find some rarer/hard to find plants in the 4-inch area on occasion. Prices are a tiny bit steeper than most of the other nurseries in the area ($7.99 for a 4-inch as of my last visit) but by no means unreasonable. Service is great; the last time I was there they only had something I was looking for in a hanging basket so I asked if they could go check in the back and they came out with a 4-inch pot of the item I was looking for.

Great customer service! I ordered flowers online, my confirmation email made my message looked jumbled I called to confirm it said what I wanted. Gloria was super sweet and read me my message. The flowers were delivered and they were gorgeous! You pay a decent amount for flowers at a funeral and sometimes they are disappointing BUT not here. These were honestly the best floral arrangement I have ordered. I will continue to use Haentze when ever possible.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. I live in Michigan so I didn't know of any local florist in the area. I heard that Haentze was a good place to go. I ended up ordering the flowers online and had them delivered. I ordered them at like 3 or 4 pm and they had them delivered by 9 am the next morning. I was very impressed with that. However when my mom sent me a picture of them I was a little disappointed by the way some of the flowers looked. So I called and I believe I talked with Jeff. I told him that for the most part they looked good, but some of them looked a little wilted, and I wanted them to be perfect for my mom. We talked a little bit, and he ended up telling me he would make a new bouquet for her and deliver them again. I work for a jewelry company that our mission is to take care of the client, and I was glad to see that he had the same values as me when it comes to taking care of clients.Thank you for going above and beyond!
