Definitely not geared towards benefiting the community. They're all about how much money they can make. They realize they priced an item too low and then tell you you have to pay more. Their reasoning is it shouldn't be that price because of the brand. Which, that is completely illegal. Just sad how they've become all about profit. Please donate your items to anywhere else but here

Computers kept crashing . Update your systems folks . Goodwill is becoming more and more of joke. . Prices going up on free items donated . 60 dollars for a used pair of jeans . Selling Aldi bags for 2 dollars and dollar store items 5 or more dollars

Awfully strong perfume smell from the fragrance dispensers on the walls. You have to wash the clothes twice just to get the smell out. So many clothes you can't even get through the racks. Points for buying take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks to go into your balance. I usually shop Oshkosh, Appleton instead.

Hit or Miss. But when you're going to Goodwill you know what you're getting into. I've gotten many good deals here and I've also had many lemons. Worth checking out though

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus, the prices are reasonable for a chain thrift store.

It’s been a while since I shopped there, there was no heads up from the cashier that they didn’t provide bags anymore for your purchase and not even a sign outside saying that. Good thing I didn’t buy a lot

People here were awful and unhelpful! When I said something they called a rude rent a cop who didn’t even identify himself! And treated me like a 5 year old child! Ridiculous!

Over the loud speaker, they state Goodwill shoppers, it is now 7 o'clock, and we are now closed and over 3/4 of the lights where turned off immediately .Please bring your final purchases to the front! Thought it was rude to turn off all those lights and walk in the dark to the check out!

Slowest lines ever. Walked out after waiting 30min in line.

Prices keep going up. Quality goes down. No more bags! But yet the prices go up your asked to round up? To help the cause? Don't they get items donated to them and make total profit off of it? Used to get like $5 coupons every time I would go in and purchase $50 worth of items now I spend $75 to $100 and I never get coupons? Just seems like another retailer going down to tubes with offering less and less and higher and higher prices and giving less and less?

Open, clean, well organized. Not super full of stuff, things we're not jammed on shelves, but rather laid nice.Friendly staff.

Was able to find work pants at a great price. However customer service is a bit lack luster. Hardly any registers open, plenty of workers roaming around

Darren was really helpful, looking for the specific item I needed. He never got impatient with me, and I felt really comfortable.

Best Goodwill in the fox cities. I love thrift shopping and this store is a gem. Clothes, hats, under garments just like new. Electronics include game consoles and high end electronics such as fairly new printers. It's almost like a best buy here. But it's truly a best buy, they have everything like a Walmart but without the inflation and fake sales.

It feels like they slap a $2.99 price tag on every little thing. Some prices are just crazy. Others are decent though. Find some cool things here sometimes.

Super rude supervisors and managers. Doug is a terrible manager. I've been threatened to be banned for letting them know that they have employees not following procedures, but the kick is the general manager is one of them making exceptions. It is a cash and carry establishment, but Doug let's his friends hold stuff and we have tried to buy it and we were told it was boughten and on hold. Also very rude workers. Will not say excuse me when they go to put an item on the shelf around you. Terrible people and terrible for the community. Let a worker in to shop when 6 other people were waiting outside in the cold to shop. I've never been more mistreated in my life. That is specialized treatment.

They have a fair selection of items. Not as much as they use to. I hate that they no longer have bags to put the items you buy in. Let me say the only bags they have are ones that you now have to buy. They do offer to put items in a box but the only problem with that is depending on the cashier as to whether or not those breakable items get wrapped in paper

Well lit, decent selection. The staff is very friendly. Some stuff might be overpriced for a donated item though. They also don't typically have a lot of plus sized items. I like how they decorate for holidays with donated items though. It shows they care.

Their stuff is way overpriced as usual. They get the stuff donated n put such a high mark up on all their items. For instance I saw n item from the Dollar tree n they had it priced for $1.99. No wonder Y the CEO of Goodwill is a millionaire?? Lower ur prices, its a thrift store.

Just love places like this! Found 2 really nice winter coats. For like 12 dollars a piece. Beyond a great deal. Gotta love these places!!

Completely discriminated against. Was told I could not enter their premise as they are a “private” business and could refuse anyone. I was polite and simply stating I had exemption to their so called mask “policy”. They actually legally cannot discriminate someone that is protected under current Law. No “POLICY” is above the LAW. They are open to the public and are not private with membership. They forced me and my daughter to not come in. They have been reported and further action is being taken.

Was not allowed in store because I can't wear a face mask for health reasons. Told by the lady at the door they are a private business and the government and constitution has no say over them. Um...yes it does and that is called discrimination and has been reported to local government and BBB.

Overall not a bad store. Decent selection. I tend to look for books at thrift stores so I was mostly in that department. There didnt seem to be much organization which made it more difficult to browse.

Dear GOODWILL stores every where......The items in your stores were all FREE donations, meaning nothing in your stores cost you even a single cent, yet you price everything as if it was all purchased such as a retail store does, $75 for a chest of drawers, $40 for a wall hanging, $8 for a shirt, $20 for a dress, $8 for a pair of jeans, $10 for a wooden tray, $10 for a pair of curtains, I could go on and on......bottom line is...most people started shopping in thrift stores for the simple fact that they can not afford retail prices, it’s not a choice, it’s a have to for some, and these people absolutely can not afford your expensive prices on your free items , let that sink in . And Salvation Army is getting to be just as bad as ! This is a poor area we live in with a lot of folks that simply can’t afford to pay your high prices ! A lot of what is dropped off as a donation was leftovers from yard sales and I’m 100% sure that none of it was ever priced nearly as high as it is now in your stores ! It’s really quite pathetic to take advantage of the people in your communities, and it’s also pretty pathetic that a person can go to Walmart, tjmaxx, dollar general, big lots, etc and purchase brand new items cheaper than they can purchase items in your stores!! For an example....today I purchased a brand new 3 piece outfit for my grandson at TJMAXX for $8.00, that included 1 short sleeve shirt, 1 long sleeve shirt and 1 pair of pants, at your store, those 3 items all USED would have cost me $7-$8 at your store, and not even been a matching set. I think we all need to join together and boycott all of them until they drop their prices....without shoppers they will have no choice !!! And maybe it will actually affect them in such a way that less fortunate folks can actually afford to shop there again someday ,WHOSE WITH ME ???

Very clean store. Easy to find things that you want. They were nicely spaced aisles.

All charities run on donations. The price of goods should only be expected to be at or a little below market prices since the donations are to help Goodwill provide services. As for what they pay there workers, many charities run mostly on volunteer labor. If you can't afford the prices, then just wait until the price drops. They are not just giving away stuff because it was donated. They help people with job training with the money taken in.

The store lately seems pretty scattered. Not too many new items being brought out. Need more men's items and teen boy as well.

I shop Goodwill a LOT, but that may change very soon, considering u must find an employee to open a dressing room for u?? All other thrift stores in town u don't need to find someone they arecopen, plus now goodwill doesn't offer free bags anymore..u must bring your own or pay for one???? Don't we support them enough????

I usually can find good things here. The reason for the 3 star rating is because they don't give back to their community. I choose St Vincent DePaul over Goodwill any day because they do in fact give back to their community on a regular basis.

Service isn't great, lots of over priced products, lots of broken products still on the shelves. Last time I was there, someone had dropped a glass and it shattered on the ground, informed an employee and 20 mins later it was still all over the ground....
