Festival Foods is a fantastic grocery store with a wide selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and a variety of specialty items. Their customer service is exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to assist. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. While the prices can be a bit on the expensive side at times, this could be attributed to the changing world circumstances. Overall, Festival Foods remains a top choice for all my grocery needs, offering a pleasant shopping experience every visit.

Love love love festival. If they were more inline with the prices I would only shop them. They should be giving everyone free pick up if you shop over a certain amount of money. I had a pickup for over 200.00 and they were going to tack on a hefty charge for the pickup. I cancelled it. That was there loss but I lost too. They just have a much much better deli meat seafood and bakery than anywhere else in town.

One stop shop for all your groceries. Store has wide selection at great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of fresh cooked items to choose from. Don't forget to grab a store flyer on your way in!

Went in and got what I needed and left. The cashier was amazing, we replaced our 5 gallon Nicolette water jug and she explained the process so now we know. Very friendly and helpful towards others as well.

I love that the cart people will take care of my Grandma. She knows them by name and bakes cookies for them because she appreciates them bring a wheelchair out to her, and then returning it when she is done. They also help her get the groceries in her car.

I like the layout. Everything is easy to find. I wish they had more options in the cat section. I use plant based cat litter due to dust allergies and they don't carry any. The liquor selection is large, which is nice. I'm like a kid in a candy store.

I don’t usually have issues with this store, but yesterday I waited 15 minutes for hot ham-but that’s not why I’m giving two stars. When I told the employee I wanted 3 pounds of ham, she had the nerve to say I should call ahead next time for anything more than two pounds. (Because that one extra pound takes so much time!) Here’s a thought: you always have a long line for hot ham, maybe offer premade packages of it and keep them under a warmer for grab and go service. Other stores have done this, maybe it’s time you do the same. Or, invest in another meat slicer and have two employees serve hot ham.

Amazing selection from canned soups to deli to even cold dinners (recommend the crab Rangoon) also have plenty of chicken options for kids. If you have a diet to worry about, they have a section dedicated for you. Highly recommend, especially for the liquor and beer selection.

expensive but mostly because their produce and meat selections are fresh and ready to be served. i love going here, but ive made it a rare thing since i can go elsewhere and get that cheaper... but they still have way more then walmart, foodwise!

Online cake ordering says you can order and have your cake in 2 days for pickup. When I called the Fond du Lac location or order a cake I was told they need to have an order for 5 days out. When I brought up that online says 2 days he said he would check and then told me no again. If they want an order to be placed 5 days out not 2 then they really need to update their website because it is very misleading and disappointing. I won’t try to order cakes from them anymore. Pick N Save saved the day and will get my business.

This is OUR store. The people are always friendly. The selections are always fresh and well stocked. We use the postal service here as well - it's very convenient.

Love this place but was looking for crab legs for a seafood boil this weekend. They had the same ones I bought from piggly wiggly in Lomira for 10 bucks a more a lb.

Second-worst grocery shopping experience I've ever had (shoutout West Bend North Pick'n'Save and your egg cartons swimming in raw egg, you're the bar!). Mostly went in for sliced cheese; changed my mind after seeing moldy cheese in the package, on display. Self-check machine would beep, then say I had an unscanned item in the bag. If it didn't scan, why did the machine beep? Deeply stupid. Switched to a cashier and learned my debit card, which works everywhere else, is an "unsupported card type." And after all that, you'd think at their astronomical prices, they could find someone to bag my groceries. At least I'm an able-bodied adult capable of doing it myself, but like, if you have any sort of disability or mobility issue, seriously, shop elsewhere.I already only go to Festival for stuff I can't find anywhere else. From now on, anything I can only get there, I simply do not need.

Love this store with so many options. Went there mainly for the Clearview Dairy A2 cheese (for those who are lactose intolerant). Found it on the top shelf in the cheese department and boy is it good! The kebabs from the meat counter were amazing! Disappointed that the prime rib has been discontinued but they said it got too costly, understandable.

I've been in Festivals all over this state ... Madison, Verona, Eau Claire, Marshfield ... and this is the best one! Better quality of food. Better deli. Better bakery. Better meat section. Better service. Better friendliness of workers who care about what they do and the customers!

The selection is good, prices sky high, and the self check is ridulous. I couldn't find the employee discount button figuring if I was doing their work for them, I should at least get an employee discount. Or at the very least, a reduction in the average store prices across-the-board. They use the self but have an issue tagging individual vegetables, making it miserable for those of us that buy a lot of fresh food to try to attack out in any type of timely manner.

I really don't shop at Festival like that but I do love that they have some of the freshest Meats so I do like to go here for my Meats. As far as little things or add-ons to go with my Meats I like to go to other stores for that type of stuff but the quality of meat at festivals is very good expensive but if you like Quality Meats to eat then you got to pay that price!

This Fond du Lac store is, in my opinion, the best of the Festivals I've frequented.The beer and liquor dept is amazing, competes well with Woodman's. The deli\prepared foods section is so good as is the meats and sea foods. The store is well layed out and has, BTW, usually frest and good tasting produce.Shopping is expensive today, however, Festival does it's best to limit the damage when tallying the bill.A grocery store +, well worth visiting. I came from the west end of big green lake and will be going back again.

Slightly pricey, especially for Wisconsin, but man is this a great grocery store! Just an incredible selection of steaks, seafood, and deli meats. However, in my opinion, what sets them apart from the rest is the amazing selection of prepared foods they have ready to go! We got the premade chicken fajitas with the marinade, peppers and onions and seasoning all ready to go. All we had to do was toss it in the skillet to heat it up and it was amazing! I can’t wait to try other foods they have in that section and find some new favorites! Oh yeah, their donuts are pretty good as well!!

We had to pack up our own groceries while a bagger a few rows down and our checker watched. I don't mind helping, but seriously! When paying premium prices, I'd like a little service. The checker kind of stared at us in a "could you hurry up" way.
