I love family dollar, always a quick in and out. Never really had a notable BAD experience until tonight. There is a worker that is named Alyssa who is not only very rude to customers but was back talking to the other worker and being rude to her. Not only was she rude to me but she honestly made it very awkward being in the store while she was being so mean to the other worker.

Cheyenne the GM has done a wonderful job since taking over the store. The staff are friendly and helpful overall. Store is cleaner and works hard to keep things in stock despite recent COVID19.

The staff is always friendly, the prices good, but the store is very dirty, the floors especially. I know they haven't been cleaned for a long time because I go here often to see the same cigarette butt in the entry, I named it Hank. Hank the cigarette butt is a daily greeter!

This store has for years been freezing during the winter. The district manager, Dan, has been called, complained too, and yet they do not do anything about the heat. Obviously Family Dollar does not care about thier employees or customers. Because employees have to wear thier winter coats while working to stay warm. Smdh!

It is 8:13. I have been here for over 5 mins knocking and calling and nobody is there to open store. People have jobs and family things to do. Waiting around for a store to open when it was supposed to open at 8 is a waste of peoples time.
