We have been coming here for over a year now and have always been happy with the service. The vet and staff members are all friendly and caring. When my Stella got spayed last month they noticed sign of infection. After they removed her uterus they cut it open and found that she had pyrometra, a very serious and possibly deadly infection. She was put on antibiotics and pain medicaution and less than 2 weeks later she is totally back to her old self! I feel that they saved her life. They also care for all of our other pets, Two more dogs and two cats and we have never had a complaint.

I recently visited the Animal Wellness Center, and I must say, they do an outstanding job. The staff is consistently polite, going above and beyond to ensure both the comfort and health of your pet, as well as the pet owner. My recent visit, prompted by my cat's low spirits, resulted in the attentive care I needed, including medication. After administering the prescribed treatment, my cat Lovie bounced back to her usual playful self, showcasing her vibrant personality with zest and joy. The Animal Wellness Center truly excels in providing top-notch care for our furry companions.

Expensive and didn't help my pet at all. Just drained my wallet and had me come back to recheck, cost more money again and still didn't fix the problem and wanted me to come back again. No.. thanks. I know of other vets that do not charge you for coming back to recheck how the pet is doing. Not charging again for another complete exam and another expensive medication that they knew would not help. They just want access to your wallet and keep recommending more and more tests that have nothing to do with a simple cold. I made my baby well on my own though my own research and improving the food along with adding vitamin and supplements. That was the third time I gave them a try and they messed it up and overcharged me. Sorry folks, your nice enough ppl but your policies put your business ahead of the care and health of the animals.

Wish I could give them a 0 star review. Took my dog in for an eye ulcer. The vet is never friendly towards my dog, the appointments were always rushed. Never once offered him treats or made him feel comfortable. Pulled meds they couldn’t give and made me pay over $100 for. My puppy is 2 and the female vet suggested putting him down!!! How are you going to be in that profession when you say things like that? He’s my baby seeing as I can’t have any anymore. I wrote this same review about two weeks ago and yesterday I received in the mail a note saying that BOTH my cat and dog can no longer go there because we don’t have a mutual trust? How is that okay? So not only did my appointment with my dog go very wrong they dropped my cat over a review. I can’t even explain how low and pathetic that is. Not a call or nothing and to think I spent so much money in a place that never once cared for my animals. Please whatever you do find somewhere else to bring your animals! Even if you have to drive a little ways do it. It’s not worth going to this terrible place. Here’s a picture of the note they sent saying things that I never once said about staff. This is so wrong on so many levels to send a note like this. This place will never care about your animals.

They've squeezed my dog in same day for an emergency appointment and are always caring and attentive towards your animals! Dr. Redlich and the vet techs listen to your concerns and give clear and concise feedback and treatment plans.

Go in for shots and they have all these “recommendations” that are “needed” that cost an arm and a leg.. ie cleaning the dogs teeth for $2000… adding unnecessary vaccinations for that “extra layer of protection” for an additional $200. I’d steer clear if you value your bank account.

i cannot recommend this place enough. we made the switch after our vet closed and i wish i had switched sooner. every single staff member has been remarkable with us as we just had to put our dog down a week ago. the process was smooth and they were incredibly patient and accommodating to our needs in such a rough time. receiving a card with all the employees sympathies was just the cherry on top. as for all else, the prices are cheap and reasonable, the space is very clean and welcoming, and the greeter(the orange cat) was very cuddly. my only suggestion is to provide reminder calls/texts/emails as i had to call to confirm the times(totally my fault for not remembering but would still be nice).

We spent hundreds and hundreds for X-rays, medicine and food but they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with our sick dog. Took him to a different vet and they found the problem immediately with a simple exam.

Had a beagle hit by a car today. Went to two vet clinics in Fond Du Lac trying to have dog treated. This office opened at 1pm and to our surprise they had no Vet even in the office. How do you even operate a clinic like this and not have a vet on duty. That's like going to a doctor's office and having no one available to treat you. Not acceptable

I came to this facility for the 1st time. I felt it was odd to put up a $70 deposit to have my small dog checked out. I arrived on a Monday morning to find out my previous vet hadn't sent my dogs records. However the gal at their front desk must be having a bad morning. A smile and a good morning would of been nice. Plus I find they have a cat walking on top of the counter right in front of me. Luckily my dog didn't react to the cat and jump out of my arms. Cats dig into litter boxes and to have them on counters is unsanitary.Then I get told that I can't have my dog checked out because I don't have a copy of my rabies vaccine with me. I told the receptionist that I have it at home and I could send them a copy when I get home. I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment. I told her it would be nice if someone would of told this before I came down there. My previous vet is close in California and I just had my time wasted coming in.For my 1st impression is I find this place to be very unfriendly and unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm not too happy with their customers service!I called and canceled my 2 appointments with both of my dogs and had my deposit returned. I wasn't even asked why I canceled? I assume they would be more concerned on how their customers are treated with more competition in this area.If you're looking for a vet? I advise to go to another town!

I went to the Animal Wellness Center. My 14 yr old cat, Cali was not well. She had an overactive thyroid, and had been on medication for years. I could see in the doctor's face that I needed to make some decisions about my beloved kitty. I knew it was time to let her go.The staff at the center was so understanding and comforting. They let me have alone time with my kitty as she got what the doctor referred to as her "angel wings". Afterwards they sent me a sympathy card along with another card that was made from pressed seeds for me to plant.Thank you for being so kind.

We have now taken 3 pups to Animal Wellness Center. All 3 have loved it here and Dr. Redlich has been super solid. We did have to put 1 dog down here. While it was sad, it felt more like we were at home vs. the vet. Will continue to take our dogs to Animal Wellness Center.

We have had a great experience at the Animal Wellness Center. We moved to the Fond du Lac area a couple of years ago and since then have struggled to find a clinic for our dog. The Animal Wellness Center is the place we have been searching for. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I like that it is small as it feels very personal and friendly. They are thorough and prompt. The office is clean and even the way the people who work there treat each other speaks volumes. We are relatively new clients and began going during Covid when when we weren’t able to go in with our dog. They were always responsive to our questions and phone calls. Most important, my dog felt very comfortable there. We appreciate their care.

I simply Called them to see if they could look at our cat because he was not acting right.. he’s only 2 years old, couldn’t walk, laying on its side, crying in pain constantly…. All they said was “ oh, that doesn’t sound good “ but they couldn’t fit us it because we are a New customer, and we’d have to wait 10 weeks for a appt! Yes, 10 weeks!! …….Our cat died the very next day.. very unprofessional

Amazing. I was nervous when searching for a vet clinic for my new German Shepherd puppy but I’m glad we ended up at Animal Wellness Center. It was unbelievable how fast they have gotten my pup in to be seen EVERY time, while every other vet clinic was booking 2 months out because of covid. My pup loves coming here and the staff is SO friendly and actually knows who my pet is. I feel confident coming here because I know my fur baby will be treated well. The vet is also extremely nice and explains everything thoroughly. They are definitely in this business for the right reasons. (:

I took my cat to this Veterinarian today. I knew she wasn't well and that her time was coming to an end. The doctor there was so helpful and understanding. I made the really hard decision to let her go. I'm thankful for the kindness of the staff. It made saying goodbye a LITTLE lessPainful.

I transferred to this veterinarian clinic from my other one because I couldn't believe how helpful, kind, and friendly they were! The whole staff is amazing and Dr. Scott truly educates and explains to you what's going on with your pet. They have helped my dog tremendously, was beyond patient and fit him in so he had the proper care! I will forever be grateful to them! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone with a pet! They truly care about your pets well-being!

I had a terrible experience here. We had just adopted a dog and brought him here for his wellness exam. My dog was already anxious and nervous to be at the vet. The CVT was not super friendly and did not take time to let my dog warm up to her. Talked to us about vaccines and preventative meds and when I asked about benefit and differences between meds I didn’t get a clear answer other than “I use these on my dogs.” The Vet came in to perform the exam, and he also did not take his time to make Leo feel welcome. It felt very rushed and mind you, there were no other patients there. He placed my dog on the exam table and started performing his exam. Did not take his temp, check his eyes, ears, etc. Listened to his lungs and heart. He had put some cheese on the table for my dog to lick. Instead of getting my dogs attention first, the Vet grabbed my dog’s mouth to assess his teeth WHILE he’s licking the cheese. My dog was taken my surprise and snapped at the Vet. He then scruffed my dog and shoved him down into the exam table. It was TERRIBLE. My dog was then labeled unfriendly and aggressive. My dog has NEVER shown aggression towards anybody, even when it comes to his food. It seems like common sense for a stranger to not grab a dogs mouth with no warning while they’re eating. I 100% do not recommend this vet if you want what’s best for your pet.

I am a first time dog owner. They were quick to get my pup in for a first appointment along with vaccinations. Ashley and Dr. Scot are absolutely amazing (along with everyone else who works there)! Both are very professional and personable. They explained information clearly so I could understand. Goldie loves going to the vet! I highly recommend Animal Wellness Center In Fond du Lac!

I was skeptical to go to this place, as I have not had very good luck with vets in the past, but I was not disappointed! The staff are all extremely friendly and understanding, and answered any questions I had in a very nice way. They gave me a plan on how they were going to treat my two kitties, and gave me many different options and I got to choose what I thought was best. The vet is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend going here, and plus, the prices are quite reasonable too!

Update second paragraph...They couldn't keep the records updated weather it was the transfer of records I sent them multiple times or the record they have of giving my dog Goober multiple vaccinations at his wellness check there. I wouldn't trust them for anything big because paperwork means everything and can be the difference between life and death.So as I now understand they had records straight. Just didn't explain anything about the vaccinations and why some had to be given again. I did my research on the core vaccines and now I know. If you want an old man that roughs up your cat and doesn't explain things, this place is for you. Also seems kinda of expensive.

Dr. Thomas cares for my cat Sunshine as if Sunshine was her own. So good at reading her symptoms and knowledgeable on how to care for her.
