I have never had as many problems at any other pharmacy as I do with this one. The employees are rude, and never once have had my prescription ready without having to call. That is if they're phones aren't down. I've had to go many, many times without meds because either they don't read the prescription correctly or are "too busy". I absolutely do not recommend using there pharmacy services. The store side is fine but because of the absolute horrendous service at the pharmacy I wish I could give 0 stars 👎

Manager in morning dismissive. The manager in the PM Lazy. CONTEXT... I checked online to make sure they had product, they did have it in stock. The one manager in the morning said they had it but it's in a bin and they are too busy to get it. So I put the order in online for pick-up later. I go to pickup later in the evening and one item is missing. The PM manager said they didn't get to bins, but don't worry you weren't charged. This was 10 hours later, come on I could have got my product from the next town over. If it's not on the selves it's not in stock!

Every time I come in someone always greets me and is so friendly. And this Walgreens is literally my one stop shop. Right up the street from me and always has the necessities I come in for!

Great customer service! Nice lady helped me find the prego tests while I was crying. They are accurate. the diaper selection is pretty good.

Didn't transfer Rx meds from out of state as requested. Called 4 days later; phones busy and/or calls dropped for over an hour. Previous Rx said request never made. Chose another Pharmacy.

The store is good. This places pharmacy is a total wreck and has been for YEARS. I’ve had to wait an extra day to get my meds on more than one occasion just because they are busy. I’ve gone without my meds before because of them. Always call if you have a doctor send in a prescription or they won’t fill it for you even if it says processing on their website.

I would not even give them one star. Scheduled a covid travel test for travel arriving on time waiting 1.5 hours in drive thru. Results should have been sent to email within 2 hours and it was never received paid over 100.00 for the test called and they closed early do to staffing issues never got results. Flight leaves at 7am will now have to quarantine for 5 days before entering the county.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I will never use it again. Walgreens corporation better get involved with a store that gives their brand such a bad name. Ridiculous servsice , disorganized and never get through on the phone.

Worst customer service at any Walgreens. Nick walked past us several times and never asked if we needed help. He was rude and disrespectful. He said stuff to us but has no courage to talk to me but says stuff as he walks away.When we went to check out he was more interested in helping another customer with his phone and did not even move when I asked him to step aside so I could pay for what I bought.Worst employee ever and horrible interaction.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever seen. They are constantly misfilling prescriptions. They will tell you a prescription is ready by a certain time but it never is. When you arrive they make excuses and tell you to come back the next day. If they called or used the automated system to inform you of the delay that would be one thing. They don't. Everyone you speak to is exceptionally rude. Trying to blame the incompetence on short staff is rediculous as well. This town is 7000 people on a good day. I live in a city of 150,000 and my local walgreens has the same amount of techs and pharmacists as this one has had every time i have been there. They seem to especially take advantage of the elderly who are easily confused. I have experienced this with my own elder relatives as well as observed this as I waited for them to fill prescriptions they had told us were ready. I've watched them let the phone ring without answering several times when they were perfectly able to answer. The tone when they did answer was again rude.Really just nothing good to say about this place. Corporate Walgreens please listen to the comments and do something about the inexcusable performance here.

I absolutely hate this Walgreens.. it has to be the slowest store in the country. Two drive thru lanes but they only use one, obviously leads to god awful wait times. Even inside n your standing in line for excessive time. Perfect example: just today I had a vaccine appt at 220. I stood in line for 15 minutes then was told to wait another 10 or 15 minutes for the shot! There were people showing up for 230 and 245 appointments before I was even seen. Absolutely atrocious for such a small town Walgreens... you'd think they'd be able to keep up with in a town of only 10,000. Pathetic!

Pharmacy continues to be terribly understaffed. You offer appointments for Covid boosters, but you don't honor them. We arrived 10 minutes early so any paperwork could be done prior to the appointment, and you were 20 minutes late! Nobody was getting a shot before us either. Also, no apology. I should have gone back to Delavan...they have always been on time.

They cannot handle all their customers! Their phone system is of no use. Got hung up on 3 times. I have never seen a pharmacy close for lunch! That is ridiculous, you schedule people for lunch relief! Going back to Walmart!

Not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I’m in this store a couple of times a week and the staff is always friendly and eager to help me find the items I am looking for. They always say hello when I enter and are very nice. The people at the photo counter are very helpful. I get medicine here and the pharmacists are nice and they always ask if you have questions about the medicine. The people at the makeup counter are amazing, especially Amanda. She goes out of her way to help people find what they are looking for and she will even do your makeup to show you how that product works.I have never used the restroom here so I can not comment on the restroom situation with them apparently being dirty.

This new thing that they have where they don't actually fill your prescriptions in the store is ridiculous. What used to be the same day is now at least a one day wait for it to come from somewhere in Illinois.

The pharmacy is the reason for 2 stars. Eveytime I call to order a prescription I'm usually on hold for at least 15 min. Today it was 17 plus. I hung up and tried again a few minutes later and kept getting a busy signal. Tried again in an hour and they must have the phone off because still a busy signal.

Went to load chime card today and I have loaded 1,000 dollars there before with 2 transactions and tried to today and they said only 500 called chime and it is 1,000 a day load 3 transactions allowed! Manager did not know that !

This walgreens is the best the employees are really nice and helpful. The pharmacy is the best I have ever been to they take there time and listen to what I have to say. The pharmacist know what there doing and will talk to u like a concerned friend always nice and always smiling

The pharmacy staff have expert skills when it comes to messing up. I wish they could train staff to be productive and efficient. Technology skills are a MUST!!! If you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes Walgreens is the place for you.
