Catering with Eden’s Meat Market was a wonderful experience. From the start, they were very communicative and provided us with required information quickly. They made the entire process very easy. They allowed us to choose plenty of options for our taste testing session and we were surprised by the large portions. We were able to bring family for additional perspective and we all left well fed and even had leftovers. We were able to work with the same person throughout the process and they were the one that served us when we stopped in. They frequently asked for feedback and offered assistance/perspective when choosing dishes. Their menu has tons of selections, and everything is delicious. We also ordered Hors d'oeuvres, including meat/cheese trays and veggie trays. These were equally high in quality. Day of our wedding, they came early with plenty of time to set up and prepare for dinner. The food was hot (where appropriate) and tasted very fresh and delicious. They provided staff to serve and control portions and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided containers and pack up our leftovers, completely cleaning off the serving table before they left. Additionally, I would like to highlight their flexibility. My hubby forgot about some dietary restrictions for some of our guests. We emailed Eden’s on short notice, and they were able to add in the necessary dishes to make sure all our guests’ needs were met. All information, including delivery and pricing, was clear and consistent from the very start, even with changes in the menu.

We have had many catering events with Eden Meats and this one did not disappoint. The food we ordered was amazing, did not hear one bad thing about the food and it was great working with Tom. He only needed one week notice on exact numbers and order and was able to work with our changing numbers easily. Will for sure continue to go here for all our catering needs.

We hired Eden Catering for our wedding and absolutely LOVED all of the food. The steaks were cooked on site, perfectly medium rare. EVERYONE was telling us how much they loved the mac and cheese!We had a buffet but they were very helpful in making sure that everything was safe regarding the pandemic. All of our guests felt safe in the buffet line, with buffet servers filling their plates for them to limit contact points.The food was fantastic and they helped us have a great night!We were so happy to find a budget friendly option with the service and food quality we received!

Absolutely amazing! 100% recommend Eden's! Shelley was so understanding and kind even through our whole experience with my husband being deployed and having to move our wedding date. We also were able to add some appetizers last minute which I appreciated the flexibility. The white dinnerware was perfect and classy. We had family style food service, with chicken, ham, potatoes, carrots, salad and rolls. The food is reasonably priced and so good! I got so many compliments throughout the night and even after! Couldn't not recommend them more!!

Eden Catering catered our wedding of 200 people and did a phenomenal job! They were super accommodating to our wishes and the limitations of our venue. They were also super flexible with us wanting to provide our own tableware to save money. Not to mention the food was delicious (with so many options to choose from!) and we received so many compliments during and after the event. Their prices unbeatable, especially for the quality of food they deliver. This should be the go-to cater for all weddings! I highly recommend!

Eden Catering was perfect! It was so reasonably priced compared to other caterers. We had the Ribs and Chicken Cordon Bleu with Loaded Mashed Potatoes along with steamed vegetables and a side salad. We received so many compliments on the food and were lucky to be able to bring home leftovers! We would definitely recommend them!

The food was fantastic and the service was also amazing. My only criticism would be the final pricing was off from what we had been quoted as it only included the main dishes/sides but didn't account for all of the appetizers in the pricing initially. However, the pricing was still the best compared to the other vendors we were looking at, and their food was incredible. Most weddings I find the food to be average, but the Sparnfarkel and sides was some of the best food I have ever had!

I can not speak on the quality of the meats they offer other than deer processing. New to the area I was in need of processing, although it was a decent turn around and pricing was comparable the quality wasn't there. All the cuts of steaks and roasts were still encapsulated in the silver skin and other tissues, making us have to further clean the meat prior to cooking. The grind was good packed in 1lb tubes. Caping was extra and I was not aware of that.

It's been about 2 years since having the fantastic taste of Eden's beef strips or jerky. I called and talked with Brittany who was extremely helpful in shipping a package to my home, it arrived and the taste was the same as I remembered. We had a sparnfarkle at our wedding and the compliments on that and the rest of the food were tremendous! Everyone of the staff there at our wedding as well as the catering manager were just amazing. They were prompt, easy to work with, asked all of the right questions, and really made our wedding day a day we'll never forget! We will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone!

The quality and taste of the food at our wedding was a top priority for us, and Eden knocked it out of the park. We had a sparnfarkel, which included BBQ pork and BBQ chicken, as well as several sides and salads and pie for dessert. We had so many compliments on the meal. Eden was very easy to work with. I was at the Dennis LeFeber funeral luncheon on Saturday in Johnsburg .I wanted to let you know that the food service and presentation was excellent. Your staff did a very good job keeping the chafers full as the people were going trhough the buffet. What a selection! The Landjaeger was one of the best I have had. So smoked and flavorful. I also had a smoked turkey sub with the mild cheddar. The turkey was tender and moist but the cheese made the sandwich. Amazing flavor with a healthy portion. It is a bit of a drive for us but will be back for more.
