Matt the pharmacist is very attentive to everything going on in his pharmacy. It is calm , Quiet and collected. if it’s not, they do a good job of hiding it. I really appreciate the attentiveness given to the needs of the meds. I was there to pick up. zero wait time and they had everything fixed within 10 minutes

Bought a 65" TV from here today on clearance and was told by the electronic rep. I could return it if it had issues as the box was dented and "may have an issue" and I could return it. So it had a giant dent in it and screen was smash so I tried to return it. And customer service said I couldn't. And had to call this 1-800 number that couldn't help me and told me to talk to a store manager which was "coach" Andy that was very polite and told me to bring it back and he'll help me which he did with ease to get me a full refund. So thanks much for knowing how to do your job but perhaps learn how to "coach" your customer service reps so they know how to do there job!

My first time doing online grocery order. I went to pickup my order and wasn’t happy with the fact I had to repack every bag. The ordering process is straightforward and I’ll probably use it again. It kept me from wandering the store and buying unnecessary items.

Same as always but I do look forward to the DISCOUNT AISLE. It's one aisle filled with discounted, discontinued and some returns. It can go for $5 down on part of the clearly marked shelves up to but under $200 on the other end. It's not organized very well and people make a mess going through and looking at stuff but there are some great deals there. Towards the center of the store by mens clothes. Beware of the Valentine's aisles, a bunch of junk if you ask me.

I come this Wal-Mart all the time since its near my house and nearly every time i go i get asked to see my receipt and I don't think much of it since they are only making sure people are paying for their things, but today I bought a gaming mouse that was previously opened and returned with out a mouse and I came to exchange the item because it was missing a mouse, but every employee that I interacted looked at me like I stole the item then I get stopped at the door to get my receipt checked and i confronted them asking if I'm being profiled, since I did come exchange my missing mouse to only to get told I have a lot of friends of other races, that if i let you walk through without checking you will be profiled, and I trying to save the store and people money. I personally felt that the staff were very unprofessional and that they need better training on interacting with their customers.

Not happy with this Wal Mart due to the shelves NEVER being fully stocked. If you are displaying product you are selling please have it for purchase. Selling a toaster, coffee maker, griddle, etc. on display, have it in stock. I have gone to this Wal Mart on Gateway a lot and the store always has empty shelves, once or twice is acceptable but it’s all the time. Not a lot of of the employees are friendly or say hello, if you need help they scatter, everyone looks like regular a customer and the place is dirty and messy. Sam Walton would not be very happy with this place.I shoot trap competitions and they use to have the cheapest shotgun shells but now they are the most expensive in Eau Claire, why??? Scheels use to be the most expensive by a lot but you have almost doubled your price on these and your sales will prove it because people are not buying them. I use to send my teammates, students, and others to buy from here but I will won’t anymore because I don’t even want to. You have people in the store regardless because they need things but revamp this store and people will also come to this store because they want to.

This Walmart, SUCKS! Always a mess, and poorly managed. 80% of the time I walk out empty handed because they never have instock what I'm looking for.Then today's experience wasn't any better. I had an item that was cheaper on the app. It said sold and shipped by Walmart and was available for shipping and pickup. Get to the register, the guy won't price match it, says to take it up to customer service. Go up to customer service, they won't price match it either. Says the item is out of stock so they can't price match, yet the item is still available to be shipped, but the app says the item is out of stock instore, even though it's in my hand with more on the shelf. What the heck!

This is my go to place for the essentials. They also offer meat that is hard to find anywhere else, such as, grass-fed steaks at a reasonable price. I have noticed that the quality of their clothing has gotten better and even stylish. Employees are friendly.

They have pretty much everything you could ask for here. It's just not very clean or organized. Pallets of stock are just thrown all over the isles.. WAYYY to many people in the store at once causes my anxiety levels to go so high that I can't breathe.

I returned/ exchanged some air matresses, and the manager gave me a whole spiel about working there for 26 years. Congrats. However, she missed the whole point of me trying to explain to her that I purchased it with a debit card. End up saying the same thing I said.

Chose an earlier shopping time, to avoid the long lines. I usually order online, but grocery pickup shopping has really dived due to the popularity of the online portal. Many items were either not stocked or out of stock. I was also disappointed to see only 4 registers with cashier's: all other open lines were self checkout. There were more Walmart employees shopping for pickup orders than there were cashier's. Super disappointing.

Walmart in Eau Claire carries more products & shelves are better stocked then Menomonie, I had been waiting for Equate, saline packets since January 8th, until now February 21, still not available, but Eau Claire Walmart had ample supplies on the shelf for purchase. Thank you

Great-great place. The shells are stocked full of everything you need. I bought a little blender for $14. More like a neutral bullet and it works fantastic and great. I actually love it. I am a truck driver over the road and it is perfect. I left my nutribullet and my omega juicer. In my vehicle in Lancaster, Texas, because I was flown out to pick up a truck and could not carry all of that weight. My luggage already weighed 70 pounds. I had to pay for that on the plane. So I did not want to add more weight. But anyway. This place is great and there's overnight truck parking there if you need a place in Wisconsin. Look up this walmart and there's also a sam's club right next door I went shopping the great deals.....,

Lake Hallie Walmart is so much better, go to that one instead. Idk why there’s such a difference in quality/ options and experience between the two, beside it being management or higher up decision wise.The Photo Center doesn’t have any phone cords that you can use to use the photo center. Even if you ask an employee they’ll tell you no, or at least the one I had did, and the WiFi is so terrible/ non existent that the photo center is essentially obsolete.Lake Hallie Photo Center still have the corded option.At that point, eau Claire wise I’ll take my business elsewhere when it comes to photos.I suggest either have cords Available upon request, get actual working public WiFi or get rid of the photo center all together for this location

I only do pickup when i need dog food because they never stock the dog food i get on the shelves because the employees suck at their job. Set up a pickup order time for two days in the future and it was delayed for up to two hrs on my pickup time so I had to reschedule for the next day. The next day the dog food that I had in my order becomes unavailable for pickup. The one item I actually made the order for and once again they screwed it up. Never use pickup here or anything that relies on the walmart staff.

If you must use self check out, don't. Wait for a check out. It may be in the next century, but if I must check out my own groceries, I should get an employee discount or 15% minimum. After all, it's only fair. You go in for bread and milk, and somehow, it's over $300, still terrible

I think that the "deli" associates were so slow. I was at Walmart Sunday afternoon waiting for the gentleman to get done the associate washed their hands and then got my salami and then cut it and then wash their hands to get my cheese that was just ridiculous wait of time

Do not buy cell phones during grocery pickup they don't know how to scan it correctly. You'll pay for the phone, but since it was rang up wrong, it can't connect to your cell provider. I had to go back the next day(45-minute drive one way) only to receive gift cards because the price in the store was higher than the online prices. Does this make any sense? They were paid for online for pickup, so where did the phones come from that wouldn't work? That will definitely be the last time we buy phones from Walmart. we're contemplating on getting our groceries somewhere else completely

Went to get groceries and left my girl friend with her brother to get my hair cut and forgot to leave her the debt card and she waited in the wrong area it seems like because a employee in uniform questioned her for standing in one location. Acted rude towards my girlfriend with us having $500 worth of food in our basket didn't know you had to have a check out time or we were being watched. Wouldn't go back to this location rather stick to chippewa atleast I we won't feel guilty for something we never did and won't have to deal with all of the homeless people in the parking lot.

a joke. like go to hallie. locked up items and make you retrieve an employee to get it. then you have to go to a specific register once you are done shopping to pay for it. once you get to that register, it is closed and not a single cashier has the item that had to be pulled for you. all they want is for you to go redo the entire process and get the case unlocked etc. what a literal joke. receipt checking even if i have 1 item. Hallie store brings in more money and still doesnt implement receipt checks.

One week after purchasing a dozen roses at Walmart at premium pricing, they remain in their closed bulb condition and are wilting and dying. This is a chemically induced condition to make them appear fresher for longer for sale. What was I thinking? The only quality that you can depend on at Walmart is their plastic bags.
