Always my go to pet store. People are always friendly. I brought my dog on his bday and he was offered a treat of his choice. I thought it was incredibly kind. My only disappointment is the $2 increase of the treats I normally buy. We get less now and pay more unfortunately. Workers are all usually wonderful. Store is almost always clean.

Our golden retriever got a full groom today, and she has never looked so good! Her coat is so shiny and fluffy. Best of all, she had a good experience and came home happy! Great job, Erin!

About month and a half ago I bought my son a twenty nine gallon aquarium was told to take the aquarium home and let it cycle for a while went back about 2 weeks ago to get some fish for him and the lady In the fish department told him no, he couldn't get any fish every fish. he would pick out she would say oh, it needs this or no, you can't have that? She told him we need to protect our fish. And he couldn't buy any. I think this is very unprofessional. And I wouldn't ever buy anything in your store again. I spent a lot of money on that aquarium. Set up I went to Petco and I had no problem. I will not be back.keep in mind my son is a disabled adult not 2

I needed a cover for my aquarium. I asked if there were any in the size I needed. I was glibly told that, nope, no offer to see if one were available or would I like to order one. I brought this to a manager type, calmly pointing out the lack of customer service. She replied "I'm Sorry ".No Customer Service!I went to Tropic Waters...kudos to THEIR knowledgeable staff!

We thought that maybe our 4 cats needed a couple of toys, so we stopped at PetSmart to have a look around. They had a but 3 get one free deal. Sadly, we had to sign up on their email list, but the cats love the toys.

My dog has been here twice. Each time I have been happy with the grooming but have recieved attitude about how I need to bring him in more often. That being said, every time I make an appointment. They cancel it. When appointments are several weeks out each time. This means my dog needed groomed months ago. Not to mention, they cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. Ridiculous.

This is one of my favorite places to get food and dental treats for my dogs. I have a beagle and a shih tzu, this is the only place I go to get their kibble. I also got engraved tags with their names on it, just in case they ever get lost. I even purchased my beagle puppies seat belt for the car, his shoes and winter jacket here. Pets mart is the best hands down.

They have all.kimd of food for dogs cats.amd other.pets and the prices are not too bad eather.I get vitemes for all three of my dogs and I have seen a big change in thim,,,, one of my dogs she is only 1 year half and she was real hiper I tried some thing like a coming pill and a toy you spray on and it made a with her playing with it I have seen a very big change in her,,,, and if you need help to find out what you need for your pet the staff will.help you......

You can bring your pets in on a leash, you can see a lot of potential pets to buy/adopt, you can get some great advice on what to purchase or how to do something relating to your pet or future pet.Staff were kind.

Staff is uneducated in what fish can be housed with other fish. A Beta does not have to be housed alone forever. As long as you pick a non-aggressive species you can put them in the same tank. I have a Beta and 2 Fancy male guppy's as well as a snale and bottom feeder in my tank.

Informed me that they would need to shave my Keeshond rather than provide the standard grooming service. I've taken her to this establishment on numerous occasions in the past without any issues. You aren't supposed to shave them since their coat protects their sensitive skin from the sun, and the double coat provides insulation both in cold and warm weather. They told me that I can brush her myself and then come back. Obviously, it sounds like they are too lazy to actually want to do their jobs.

I’m not surprised when I see all the same negative reviews about grooming. PLEASE don’t take your poor dogs there. I should have always trusted my gut with this place. My dog is ALWAYS happy to meet anyone and any stranger. He’s not scared at the vet or even when he is taken to boarding. He has had multiple grooming with this place and today when I took him in, Bridgett leaned down to pet him and I have never seen my dog so terrified in my life. Multiple times they have told me he nips and I have NEVER had anyone say that before. I was so nervous after I left and saw how scared he was. What do you know. A little while later I get a call that “they need to stop service on him” I’m not sure if the girls in here are lazy but the amount of reviews I see where they just quit on a dog and make up some excuse and they ALWAYS have some attitude like all these dogs are the problem. Again please don’t ever take your pets to such a place that clearly doesn’t care for dogs as they should. Dogs can sense who actually treat them well and this place is awful.

I used to work here.I don't mind shopping here, but in general the emphasis is on increasing numbers for corporate and not on making sure they have knowledgeable staff and very kind and calm bathers.So always double check the information they give about the pet care requirements, because the information they give is often based on outdated handbooks. Always meet your groomer/ bather prior to leaving your pet with them.
