This hotel surpassed my expectations. It is showing a bit of its age, but has wonderfully soft linens (who h are nicer than many higher end hotels). There's a large pool and hot tub. Breakfast isn't great, but that's to be expected when it's free. The room was large and everything in the room was clean. Hot water was available immediately without any delay. For the price I paid, I was satisfied that I received an excellent value.

The helpfulness, attentiveness, and respect every single staff member treats each guest with is AMAZING. I come here once a month for work, and Jen and Kayla specifically have made my stays so awesome. From reconnecting my key card with a smile when i put it near my phone (which happens way too often, I'm sorry LOL), to sharing a laugh in passing, to showing all the love in the world to my dog Kira, who is an emotional support animal - this place is absolutely worth a stay (or 3!). 5 stars all around!

We did not stay overnight, rather just paid to come use the pool. This was the first and LAST time I will ever be there again. The entirety of the pool area was disgusting. Mold all over the entire ceiling and heavy in the window crevices. The vent on the ceiling was leaking into the pool. The floor was filthy. The pool and jacuzzi both appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time. Visible algae in both and debris on the bottom. Along with floating hair and dead bugs. Also fruit flies buzzing all around the garbage can in the pool room. MAJOR ICK!!!

Sleeping with BUGS....I was happy at first glance with the room size and condition for the price, but my mind quickly changed over night after being woken up multiple times with bugs crawling on me. The room at many bugs throughout and in the bed.Sorry but this is disgusting.Jennifer at the desk acknowledged this was disgusting but was unable to do anything. She said she would speak with the manager. The manager of the place refused to do anything or even return my calls after trying to speak with him for over a week.I don't leave reviews very often, but I would skip this place!

Ngl kinda mid. Found bugs in my room, and many of my friends rooms. Some service, tv was lame, rooms very boring. Very nice vending machine, many towels, bathroom decorated nicely, the pool room needs some time to air out. After a while it got hard to breathe and extremely hot. Not many other options in the city, wouldn’t pick again. Kinda recommend 5/10

Firstly, I'd like to state that my review has no bearing on the staff, namely Jennifer. She was professional, personable, and overall attempted to resolve any issue immediately upon notice. However, I encountered one issue after another during my stay. Initially after check in I went to my room and was instantly taken aback by some foul odor that permeated the room. I went to the front desk to ask Jennifer if she could switch my room and if she wouldn't mind coming and inspecting the room with me to smell the room. She agreed and stated that she would have housekeeping come in the morning and freshen it. I received a different room and headed back to start unpacking. I wanted to turn on the TV but kept getting a grey box error message that said no signal. So, again I had to get someone at the front desk. Thankfully, Jennifer remained patient and started pushing buttons on the remote, wiggled the cords, unplugged them, then plugged it back and after awhile it finally came back on. I lit up with a smile and was happy I didn't have to see if they could bring another tv. Then as I was undressing and beginning to prepare for a bath in the jetted tub, I went to grab a towel and noticed how dingy and crispy they were. It was all just frustrating and a huge disappointment. I went to bed and woke up the next morning ready for the advertised breakfast. What a joke! I saw one empty heated pan in a tray meant for 2. I went to the front desk to ask & the guy brought out some powered eggs!

It was available and relatively cheap for the Elkhorn flea market - but there is much room for improvement. The lighting of the hotel is sterile and uninviting. Once we got to our room there seemed to be some lamps missing as the room was very dark around the living room area. The light bulbs in the bathroom were mismatched. The TV in the bedroom was rather small.In regards to the pool, it's nice that they keep it open until midnight. Unfortunately, the hot tub was more of a "warm" tub and the air jets clearly need a little maintenance. The front desk ran out of pillows for our four guests in the room. The staff was helpful and courteous. These are absolutely all issues that could be resolved by the hotel owners and with some much needed maintenance this could be a wonderful, modest place to stay.

The fan in the bathroom was not working, the toilet and tub were dirty, the TV channels were wrong in the book, they charged $140 00 a night even when the website said $64.00 and the woman working the front desk our entire stay was rude and unfriendly!! I will recommend never staying hereRooms: Ok had someone was knocking on our door at 3 am! The group next to us was pounding on the wall.

The wife and I wanted a night away from the kids and decided to stay here. We decided to get the room with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. We were very happy with our room. It was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. And the water in the jacuzzi tub get super hot, which was a huge plus. The guy who checked us in was nice and polite. We would stay here again if we're in the area or just want another night away.

Dated. But a good resource if you need to stay in the area. Whether it's because the cleaning crew is fastidious or there's just not much traffic through the hotel, the carpets were super clean. If you travel, you'll know this is important. The coffee leaves one wanting. Didn't try the breakfast. I bring my own coffee and coffee pot when I travel anyway. The fridge was a great size and the microwave was powerful. Both were CLEAN!!! Will stay here again next trip to the area. Only detracting was the roof was being replaced during my visit but it was not a deterrent during quiet hours of my stay.

We stayed here last night after a long day of driving. We chose this place because it was pet friendly. We got one of the pet rooms. The room smelled so bad it was hardly bearable. We got up as early as possible to get out of it. Worse than that, walking my dog before bed, I noticed two separate families sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. There was one woman who appeared to be a long-term permanent guest, very drunk and wandering around the hotel. The side door had what looked like a bullet hole shot through the lock which was concerning. Also, while I was walking my dog, I could see into the windows of the hotel’s main level, and saw the woman who appeared to be the long-term guest laying on a cot in the breakfast room with a man. I was grossed out, although it was an experience I won’t soon forget. The girl at the front desk who checked us in ways extremely friendly and helpful. This stay was poor and worth about $40 and we paid $120 after tax for one night. I understand that the hotel may be wanting to provide help to some people with nowhere to go, but it isn’t fair to guests who are paying a lot for one night.

Absolutely excellent hotel! This is hands down the nicest Quality Inn probably in the world. The staff is fantastic! The Rooms are impeccably clean! The pool and hot tub area are great and open late! There is not a better place to stay in the area. Exceeds Holiday Inns and other higher end chains in the area, this hotel will not be outdone! I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Inn of East Troy.

Lobby and hallways were dirty, with a huge clear bag of garbage right by the entrance - it was still there 2 hours later. Room was clean but difficult to enter - I had to get 4 different card keys - I was only there for 24 hours. It seemed to be a big party place for 20 somethings - lots of sleeping bags, beers, and comforters coming through. Sorry to say I will never stay at any of your establishments again. PS - coffee sucked. Lol. BTW i have never written a bad review of anything until now

Reserved a handicapped accessible room. Ended up on 2nd with no elevator. They offered me a 1st floor room for $20 more. Great way to support out disabled veterans.I spoke with the night desk clerk when I checked out. She verified that I had reserved a handicapped accessible room, and she verified that there were no handicapped rooms on the 2nd floor.

We were checked in by Luis, who was working the front desk the night we stayed. He was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and helpful. My kids were upset about something and he went above and beyond to make them feel better. In the morning, the housekeeping staff was friendly and greeted us and asked if we needed anything extra. Then she gave some candy to the kids, which made their day. Thank you for making my boys' first stay in a hotel so great.

This is a poorly maintained and operated hotel. Upon check-in- the toilet in our room wasn't working properly. I called to advise the front desk and the clerk who checked me in brought up a plunger for me to use! They also only change towels out every three days and we actually had to ask as they forgot to change ours out. I'm not sure housekeeping ever tended to our room during our 7 nights as the trash cans in our room were never emptied, beds never made and the bathroom never tended to such as replacing soap and toilet paper. The exterior entry door nearest to our room did not lock and had clear tape on the door lock. The grab n go breakfast was a joke featuring hostess chocolate cupcakes one morning! The common areas of the hotel/carpeting are worn and dirty especially the stairs. What makes it more difficult is we paid a premium rate as I believe the rates were inflated for Wisconsin State Fair- paying as much as $170 a night. There are much better choices an exit or two up and down I-43.

Had a very nice stay at the quality inn and suites in East Troy. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Had coffee available at all times of the day which was nice. Also the pool/hot tub was good size and nice, however pool towels we're really small. Very clean room and a nice suite. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Rooms were nice. Quiet hotel. but for the price you pay you expect to get what's listed. No grab and go breakfast. my kids got ready to go swimming and pool wasn't open. My sister also got a seperate room on the 2nd floor. We all looked forward to going swimming with the family and nothing is open. You go to the front desk and one guy comes and says he dont know anything about it and nothing he can do.

Staff friendly, breakfast was mediocre. Room needed to be vacuumed but otherwise was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were large and water temperature perfect with plenty of towels and a shower. Overall was pleased and would stay here again if in the area

Quiet, comfortable and clean! We're a couple who's stayed here for the first week of a month-long "temporary housing" situation. The King suite is perfect for this with a spacious living area and separate king bedroom. A mid-sized refrigerator and microwave, desk, free wifi, and morning coffee with newspaper (breakfast was shut down during COVID) make it feel as "close to home" as possible. Look forward to using the pool this week! The front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Also, a good location right off I-43 yet still quiet in the East Troy countryside. Very happy we decided to stay here - thank you!

We stayed over night after riding the trails at the Kettle Moraine.. The pool & sauna were so relaxing & clean. They both had handicap access with a chair which is something I don't see every often.The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazing. My daughter & I got 2 queen size beds.. more than enough room. They let us bring our bikes in the room as well. The free breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed to hit the trails again.. We plan on going back in the fall and will stay here again!
