We have taken both our dogs here for about 6 months now. They are by far the best in the area. Sky and Willow love it here. It's so nice not to have to worry about them while we are on vacation. Get the added pampering of baths and brush outs. You won't be disappointed! We picked them up today and they both had Christmas presents! Thanks Peek a Pet! You guys have all become our second family!

Great place for daycare and boarding your dog. My dog Hannah loves this place, she can't wait to get in the door. She never liked other dogs or people and now coming here 2 days a week she has gotten so much better.I would highly recommend them, the staff is great !!

Grace and the girls have been wonderful with our current dog (and our past pups) at the doggy daycare. We have also used their boarding, and its wonderful to leave on a vacation knowing that your dog will be in good hands till our return. Maggie loves to be there - which means that alot love is going her way!!!

Max my 12 year old lab absolutely loves going to 'day care'! The people are great and very organized. I know he is treated well because when we pull up he gets all happy and runs right inside!! Highly recommend!

My dog has gone to Peek a Pet for various reasons: Doggy daycare, emergency trips, vacations, baths, etc. I can happily say that Peek a pet has been the most affordable, communicative, and patient dog facility I have brought my dog to in the last 12 years of his life. We have now been coming for 2 years and each time I bring my dog, he is happy to see the employees who always greet him kindly. I highly recommend them for your pets!

Great price, best staff, they treat you like family and treat your pet like it's theirs. We've been with them for roughly 8 years and are now bringing our second dog and drive 30 mins round trip to stay with the place we trust.

Boarded my dog here for a week while we were out of the Country. My dog is high maintenance (doesn’t like new people and needs anxiety meds while away from us) and when I arrived to pick her up, I could see her outside having fun! She didn't even notice me. The staff did a great job while we were away.

Peek a pet is the gold standard with day care and boarding. My dog has been there since he was 8 weeks old 3 to 5 days a week while I was working. Always came home happy and healthy and tired from all the safe play and care from the staff.I recently moved to another community but won’t think twice about boarding my dog here the next time I am out of town. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us.

We have taken our dogs here for years and they take such good care of them. They keep a card with each dog’s information and likes/dislikes for treats, bed, etc. and they follow your requests. We have one small dog and one large dog and both have been cared for much better than any other place we have gone. They have specific rules about vaccines so they can keep all dogs safe. We had a situation while out of town and the staff called us and our emergency contact and they went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem. The staff is always friendly on the phone and in person. I would recommend you give them a try if you are looking for your pets to be loved while you are away.

My fiancé and I absolutely love peek a pet. We have done both doggy daycare and boarding with them and our dog loves it. We love that he gets to run around and play with other dogs, and they are super attentive and mindful. If some dogs don't get along, they do an amazing job at giving them their own space, which we really appreciate because we have a sassy boy. We just got back from a week long vacation and had Charlie boarded with them the whole time. I have nothing but great words for how well they took care of him. They are super affordable for both boarding and daycare. We love Peek A Pet and would HIGHLY recommend it.

I have a senior rescue dog and I'm very particular who takes care of him. He's always been my copilot and traveling and I've never really boarded him at all in 13 years. He was very comfortable and happy when I went to pick him up and relaxed! The staff there is very friendly and loving and it's a home feeling for the pups!! Highly recommend ❤🐾

I worked for this place for a few months. I ended up quitting, along with many others within days of each other over how we were treated. We were never allowed time off. constantly told to stay working and don’t talk to each other. The owner and her daughter are very rude and love to scream at employees in front of customers. There’s plenty of degrading and calling her employees “morons”. We’d be scheduled anywhere from weeks to one employee worked 23 days in a row. As for the dogs, 90% of the time they aren’t in the kennel sizes that are being paid for. As for the tips that were generously given by customers for the employees who actually worked with the dogs and did all the work.. we never seen them. They were collected and never given to us for our hard work. I can’t believe this place is allowed to continue to run. If only half the customers knew how their pets were treated here. Go somewhere else.

Great place and affordable. My dog is a very nervous dude (will nip out of fear). Doesn't like anyone other that our family usually. We were nervous about him being some place while we went out of town. The staff (one was owner/daughter) reassured me he would do fine and they can handle it. They have had zero issues with him! Amazing. We have used them a few times now.

Our pup comes home spoiled. We have been using this pet lodging service for over a year now. We are always pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and value. Please make sure that you plan ahead, reservations are needed. Also kudos to a local business who isn't taking credit cards!!!!

Unfortunately my 5 star review is now being adjusted.The owner, Grace, does not appreciate her customers. Years of coming regularly and following their policies of over vaccinating and they won’t listen to your side. Instead when she is done with the conversation she turns and says that you are “being ridiculous” and hangs up the phone.Businesses should be able to listen to the clients story. Owners should be able to handle the details and scenarios without talking over and insulting good clients.I was trying to explain to her, that her staff told me they were going to be lienient on the flu vaccine policy since most people get it at tractor supply, which Was appreciated, but they gave no notice of when that time frame was expiring. They called the day before our visit to tell me I can’t bring my dog. grace sat there and told me “that never happened”. (She was referring to her employee telling Me about the flu vaccine temporary policy). I brought my dog numerous times since July when the vaccine expired. Pretty obvious when they look into their log book it did happen. Instead of hearing my perspective she continued to talk over me and started to tell me I was in the wrong. All I wanted was to explain myself because I DO NOT like to break the rules and have always respected her policies.Last winter I had another issue with Grace. During the winter months their driveway is a mess with many large pot holes. I had a solution that worked well at my home and I tried bringing it up to her and she slammed her binder down and told me “if you are going to talk to me about the driveway I don’t want to hear it.” I should have stopped coming then. That is not how you should talk to your customers. I wasn’t complaining. I was trying to relate to her and show compassion about it. I respected her and her business.Grace, you don’t love your job anymore. And it shows. I have sent many customers there and after your inability to listed to me without interrupting and telling me I was being ridiculous i will no longer be spending my money with you. Every customer counts and I didn’t feel that way today. It’s too bad because I always tried to show that YOU mattered to me. I will be taking my weekly business elsewhere.

Almost 4 years ago, Peek-a-Pet was recommended by a co-worker. I called to see if they might help socialize my dog-reactive, people-aggressive rescue dachshund. Given my own efforts and their help, CJ turned a corner. The owner and staff are kind and caring. The facility is clean. I still take CJ (and now another rescue) for play days, although not as often. Were money no object, my dogs would be there almost every day. I drive 15-20 miles each way. It's worth the drive!

The lodge is the best we have found to take care of our fur babies while we are away. We have a 12 yr old lab and a 1 yr old Belgium and they are cared for so well. I wouldn't take them anywhere else but here.
