Best hardware store in Northern WI. Needed some barrel nuts for a furniture rebuild project shopping on Saturday store very busy. I entered the main aisle looking for hardware, I was greeted by a staff member with a friendly " Can I help you find something? Show him the barrel nut, he says, aisle 18 left side towards the end. I walk to aisle 18, and a second person asks if they can help, then guides me right to them. Excellent Service!

Fantastic customer service! I had a problem with a grill, which turned out to be a tank issue. These guys got me a new regulator with no questions asked. Turned the bottle was the problem. Kudos!

This is the BEST store I've ever been to. I'm not kidding. The employees are incredible. They greet you when you walk in. The variety of items is amazing. I went there with my sister and I couldn't get her out. This is what customer service should emulate for all stores. Thank you Nelson's, I would give you 10 stars if I could.

This was the first time shopping at your store. Just looking around I a found a kitchen sink item. But only one was in stock. Asked one of your assoiciates (Didn't get her name) if more was in stock. Inventory showed 2. I did some more shopping and was about to leave, when she found me with the other item. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. That really made my day. Great store and Great employees!

Top notch Ace. Tons of friendly staff members ready to help you find what you need. Free popcorn while you shop. Huge store - bigger than most local hardware stores but not quite as big as the Depot. Perfect for finding the right screw or latch. Plenty of parking in their free lot. Could spend hours here!

The manager George is very rude. went to purchase a fire pit that was clearly marked 49.99 when it went to rang up it was coming up 109.99. When asked when I stated the price on the pit shows 49.99 his response was oh well a high schooler must of miss marked it. Asked what he would be able to do and he stated I don't need to do anything. And as we asked for his named he turned away from us and walked away saying there is no need to know his name. I think k he forgot he had a name tag on.

Every time we go to Nelson’s Ace Hardware in Eagle River, we are reminded what true customer service is all about! The employees are friendly and always willing to help out. They are never rushed and will spend all the necessary time to fulfill the needs of the customers. Even if for some reason they cannot find a solution, they are willing to refer you to another resource!

Nelson's is a staple here in Eagle River. If you need something, it can probably be found here. Staff is very helpful as well. Down side, prices are a bit inflated as it is a convenient place to get what you need.

Everyone inside is super friendly and helpful. There is always somebody standing at the beginning of the aisle asking if they can help you find something. They are not pushy but helpful. Free fresh popcorn is also a popped fresh everyday for any customer.

We’ve stopped here every year for 20 years. I love the way they always have what my wildly unorganized family needs. We’ve bought last minute sheets, blankets, chairs, lights. Today they didn’t have a pillow but the amazing Jessica remember she had a couple of cheap ones she used for displays. She gave us one. That is exceptional customer service!

I love shopping here. This really is the helpful hardware place. Everyone I meet there is very nice and when I need something, they take me right to it. Eagle River doesn't have much to offer, but at least they have Nelsons Ace Hardware. When I get a receipt from paying my account balance, there's always a hand written "thank you" on there from the nice woman in accounting who charges my bank account. It feels good to keep the balance paid when they appreciate my business. Whatever I need, I look there first. Thanks again.

Nelson's has pretty much everything you need for any project around the house. The staff are super helpful (I was assisted by an employee who just happened to be in shopping on his day off!), and they even have free popcorn for customers. Highly recommended.

I walked through the door and was greeted immediately with a warm welcome from the staff. As I was wondering aimlessly looking for ideas to buy gifts, EVERY available staff stopped and asked if they could help. Their customer service today was top notch and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
