On Sunday, August 27th at 6:15pm, I went to Piggly Wiggly to cash in 2 lottery instant tickets. I was surprised to find the customer service counter closed even though there were 2 young women behind the counter, 1 had dark hair and wore glasses and the other 1 had brown hair and there were 2 young men employees on the other side of the counter shooting the breeze with the young women. There was a green sign on the counter saying this counter is closed and there was a pink sign instructing people they can buy lottery tickets at the machine, but you cannot cash in tickets at the machine. My transaction would have taken a minute. I understand if the woman was on break or a meal break, but then there is no one to cover her break, and like I stated above, there were 4 employees all standing around the customer service counter and nobody could be bothered for a transaction that would have taken 1 minute.

April 2024....still the same issue (photos added). Staff are friendly and overall it serves its purpose, but I hate that their produce is SO often wilted and old when the same owners store in LG has perfect fresh crisp produce all the time. I don't get the disparity in deli and produce from one store to the next. Often have to get my produce elsewhere.

I love this Piggly Wiggly. The staff are always so polite, especially at the registers. They have a nice deli, and some other items that you don't see often. Good selection of produce as well,(pictured are jalapenos and habaneros), just wish they had a bigger organic produce section!

Great store and awesome bakery. I ordered a cake for my wife for her birthday and they exceeded my expectations. The cake they made was beautiful and was exactly what I asked for. My wife absolutely loved it.

I enjoy the customer service of the front end and deli at this store. In particular Becca and McKenzie. They are very knowledgeable and personable. They are extremely efficient and polite.LeAnn and Sandy in the floral dept are just absolutely Wonderful and creative with their designs.Very interesting knick knacks in the dept throughout the year.

I absolutely love this Piggly Wiggly. Despite having higher prices, I still come here for the great service, good selection and clean store. The cashiers are very helpful and friendly and have gotten to know my friends and I by name. I would definitely recommend Delavan's Piggly Wiggly over any other grocery store.

Great selection with a few decent hard to find organic items as well. Their hot deli selection could most definitely use some work. Most of the employees here act almost bothered to be serving the customer, but it's a local grocery store, so expectations are low to begin with.

Nice place, employees are helpful & pleasant. Can find more selections of some products such as ice cream, deli meats. The meat department is stocked regularly with a large selection of fresh meats, prices are decent & theres always sales. Meat department staff is knowledgeable & helpful if you have questions or are looking for something in particular. Get signed up with a store card & the web sight for maximum savings. Earn points that can be used per gal off gasoline at Citgo on Wright st & Racine ave. The card can also be linked to shopper apps, saving you even more automatically. Happy shopping

We love our Piggly Wiggly in Delevan! All staff is always friendly and very helpful. Whether we’re looking for fresh donuts for our staff or flowers for Valentine’s Day the Piggly Wiggly has everything we need. Not to mention that wine selection in the liquor department including wine from local vineyards in Wisconsin!

Great sales! Also a young man, Jacob, went above and beyond in order to help me and my family find some beef raviolis that were on sale. He went and checked in the back for them and when he couldn't find them then he continued to dig through the pallets until he did!

Nice place to shop in the city of Elkhorn to save a trip to Delavan or Lake Geneva. Good variety of things from food to hygiene products, cleaning supplies and pet supplies. Great deli and bakery. Plenty of fresh meats and seafood. Large variety of fruits and vegetables. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. They have services like photo copies, licence plate sticker renewal, money orders, lottery tickets, etc. (Contact the store for more details.) If something is out of stock on the shelf, they will get it, if they have it in the back warehouse.

Store was great and deli had a great variety however the women's bathroom was pretty gross. Door in smaller stall didn't lock and graffiti on the walls. Sink was clogged and dirty.

I would love to shop at the Delavan Pig; it’s very conveniently located for me and I really like the associates, however, no matter when I come in they are out of the basic groceries that I need and I end up doing my shopping at Walmart-which I hate. It’s funny because the Pig in Elkhorn is always stocked, and even though the aisles got the wrong way, it’s significantly less frustrating to shop there.

What happened to the rye bread? All the sudden you have 4 rows of white bread and a tiny little partial section for rye bread that is always empty...seriously??? I can't stand white bread and live with 2 diabetics. No one can have white bread. Wake up Piggly Wiggly. Bring back the rye bread. 😡🤬

No prices on most deli meat. Have to watch the baggers or bag your own. Ended up with my hamburger and chicken in the same bag and a big heavy bottle of juice on top of my bananas.

Great selection and friendly staff make this a good grocery store. Boars Head meats in the deli and fresh donuts daily. Would recommend.

Nice store. Sort of downscale compared to the other locations, but it's fitting for the area. It's not too high priced, very reasonable for a piggly wiggly. It's got a big selection as well.

This is a supermarket I shop at in Delavan. Right off of hwy 43 at hwy 50, the market is in a large mall which includes a Taco Bell, GNC, and a Shopco. The PIG has an attached liquor store, and is a clean and well maintained store. Most of the employees are the local middle School kids and locals. Although the store is not a superstore, it makes up in cleanliness, fresh produce, and the friendliest staff. This market would be perfect for vacationers / campers looking for that special item on their food list. WALMART is WALMART
