I can’t say enough great things about the owner at Rose Cottage! She went above and beyond to achieve my vision for an important funeral arrangement. She listened to what I wanted, gave options and it all came together with perfection! Rose Cottage will definitely be my new go-to for all of my floral arrangement needs! Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best experience with Holly and Rose Cottage Florals for our wedding. Holly gave priceless advice and worked with us to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. They were sooo affordable, but quality was never sacrificed. They went so far above and beyond and we would recommend them for anyone looking for a fantastic and FUN florist group!!!

THE WOSRST!Rude, Untrained and uninspired design. A handful stuffed in a cheap jelly jar vase. She told me my daughter picked out the flowers from a photo, I replied, then it should look like the photo. The owner obviously needs glasses and a tutorial. Just looking at the shop photos tells you its a amateur playing with flowers. I give them a 1 because the driver was nice.I redesigned it. Looks acceptable now.

Romni did the flowers for my wedding in September. I just told her the colors I liked, and that I wanted wildflowers that were in season. So by not having a specific idea of what I wanted the bouquets to look like, I put all my trust in her! Romni was easy to work with and responsive, as our plans changed a few times. I was so impressed! The bouquets were gorgeous, and she even threw in some aisle decorations for us! We got compliments all day about the flowers. Many of our guests took home bouquets from the reception, and still have them because they dried beautifully. I highly recommend Rose Cottage!

Phenomenal experience! I ordered from them being out of town in Phoenix, first time buyer, I was worried my order would get lost, definitely was not! I called early Mothers Day and they confirmed my order to be delivered by 2pm. Look at the flowers absolutely stunning! Don't trust the reviews! Great service will order again!

I wanted to order something special for a special person's birthday a couple weeks ago. I thought she would love some flowers but she is a botanist and any old flowers wouldn't be suitable so I asked Rose Cottage Florals to rise to a challenge. They TOTALLY exceeded my expectations with the arrangement they put together and my friend was EXTREMELY delighted. Thank you for making her day- and then some!

Ordered 11 days before Valentine’s Day and never heard anything from them so I assumed that my flowers would be delivered on the 14th. This never happened. Got an email at 9:00 pm on Valentine’s Day saying it was delivered. The person I bought them for checked everywhere around the outside of her home and found no flowers. She was home all day too so it wasn’t porch pirates. $100 down the drain. Chose this company off of recommendations, never again.

My BB sent me flowers from my birthday from here and they were exquisite. Beautiful peach roses.😍 also, the lilies and other flowers lived and looked beautiful until tje past few days. So most of the flowers lasted for 2 weeks. Just lovely and they also wrote out the extremely unusual goofy sentimental card exactly how I wanted. I really enjoyed them!!!

Just received a dozen red roses with 2 balloons delivered to my house. The flowers are gorgeous!! The roses are big and fresh. The baby's breath and green foliage are beautiful. The balloons are a cute addition!! What a nice surprise from my husband. Thank u for the beautiful arrangement, Rose Cottage!💓 (pix posted on ur page!!)

I paid $100 for a dozen long stem rose bouquet. At pick-up I noticed that the vase was short for long stems, but thought it no big deal. The greens and enhancements were also rather sparse. However, the roses were beautiful. The next time I saw the bouquet was 2 days later. Half of the roses either had to be thrown away or were open so far they really didn't resemble a rose anymore. I went to Rose Cottage to express my dissatisfaction. I was told that they have a 24 hour guarantee, but they would make me a 1/2 dozen rose arrangement. Really? Those roses were a gift to my mother on her 90th birthday. Nothing less than some money back would have satisfied me. That, of course, wasn't offered. I'm glad I have other options for flowers.

i had a terrible experience with this floral company. i placed an online order, and the flowers that were delivered were nothing like what i had ordered. the flowers sent to me looked as if they had been plucked from a ditch off the side of the highway. when i called to inquire about the order, the woman i spoke with initially told me she couldn’t find my order, but once she did, she replied that there shouldn’t have been anything wrong with my order and informed me that they couldn’t send a replacement bouquet or give me any type of refund.horrible customer service, you do not get what you pay for with this florist, would not recommend getting any flower arrangements from them!!!

This was my first time ordering. I wanted to order flowers for my wife. It was on a whim and something before she left on a flight. I called when getting ready to confirm my order. I knew my wife would be leaving at a certain time and asked if it could be delivered before. The lady on the phone was super nice and said she'd make sure they arrived there before the time. ON THE SAME DAY I ORDERED!! And they did arrive! That was truly an above and beyond effort and my wife LOVED the surprise. Thanks Rose Cottage!

never like to give negative reviews and it is very rare that I do, especially when I am trying to support small local businesses during Covid. I ordered a deluxe arrangement with a balloon to surprise my husband for his 80th birthday. My card was charged immediately (2 weeks prior to delivery) The bouquet arrived with no balloon and was not the photo bouquet. There were 3 roses and two lilies in the bouquet. One of the lilies was busted. I called to find out what happened. I spoke with the owner and was told how frustrated she was that she could not even take a Friday afternoon off because her staff doesn't do a good job. She then informed me that I was the second person who had called that morning (Saturday) She said she would try to send a driver over with a balloon and I asked if I could have another rose. I waited for 3 hours. I tried calling. No answer. No machine. I sent an email asking for a refund based on the situation. Shortly after the email went out, the driver showed up with a new arrangement, which was beautiful and included the balloon. I was then told to give the original bouquet back to him. I received an email response from the owner the next evening, informing me that I had sent my email asking for a refund prematurely. I explained I had sent it out before receiving the 2nd arrangement; however, it was not sent prematurely. That is not how I chose to spend 3 hours of a special day. Waiting for them with no apology. Her response to me was that she was sorry I was upset. She never once apologized for anything she did or said, nor did she apologize her responsibility in any of it. I am very disappointed in this entire ordeal. The only positive thing about it was a kind driver. The customer service was horrible. No offer to refund or take off any money for our inconvenience. I do NOT recommend this company at all. I realize that people make mistakes, are stressed, are busy, etc. It doesn't take time or money to acknowledge your mistake and to empathize with the customer. As I mentioned, I rarely write negative reviews and the only reason I am doing this is because I truly do not want anyone else to have to go through this, especially on a very special day for them.

They attempted delivery, called me, wouldn’t leave the flowers outside cuz it was too cold, finally I called them back thinking they had the wrong number, and they were indeed my flowers. A friend in LA surprised me. Rose Cottage delivered again! On Valentine’s Day! Just before close! Thank you!! They’re beautiful! Roses, carnations, lilies, snapdragons, eucalyptus

I ordered from then they asked if it was a business told it was said it would be delivered that day. WhenI saw it was later in the day and still had not been delivered I call them they could not assist me at all it was very disappointing and disappointing for my fiancee just did not feel help at all I do understand that not every always goes as planned it is part of running a business and I really don't like giving bad reviews but the customer service was really poor my first ever 1 star review

My husband and I are so, so pleased to have worked with Rose Cottage Florals for our wedding! Romni is so sweet and listened so well to what we wanted for our florals, and her work was INCREDIBLE. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had gorgeous flowers. One thing that stuck out in particular to me was the fact that she respected our smaller budget but made sure to give us the best possible experience within that (you never would have known that we were working with a smaller budget by looking at the flowers. The bouquets were large, full, and beautiful!). Delivery was smooth and timely, and we received so many compliments on our florals. They also looked great in our photos!

I ordered something online that was handled by this Florist. The photo I chose had many colored plants snuggled together in a wicker basket. The cost , with shipping , was close to $100.00. What came as some green plants at one low height and then some browning, dying, tall yellow flowers that didn't fit with the lower green plants at all. None of the plants had sufficient soil. I tried calling the Florist only to find out that although it was still open, no one answered the phone after 4:00PM, and that the phone messages were not checked daily. That was Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I had to run out to get a present I wanted to give on Thanksgiving Day. Today, the Friday after Thanksgiving, I haven't gotten any response to the message I left on the phone. I will call them tomorrow and see if they try to remedy their terrible serivce and plant.When this florist called me finally on Monday morning, she said was trying to be "upbeat and positive" she said, but she was hardly able able to let me finish a sentence and ultimately hung up on me when I tried to give he some feed back. She gave me a number where I was supposed to be able to get a refund, the place that I orginally ordered the plant from. They have ultimately offered to pay me 15% of the original cost - even though I didn't get anything like what I ordered. I won't order anything from either of these businesses again.

I needed a bouquet of flowers for a friend who just put a pet down. I stopped into the tiny store on Atwood and they had a small cooler of flowers to choose from. I chose a vase and a mix of flowers and spent $25. The clerk put the vase in a box so that I could carry it home without spilling which was also nice. Overall, a nice neighborhood shop that also houses a frame shop.

Our friend mistakenly put our former address in SP. Rose Cottage called to make sure we recieved the flowers but we told them we had not and we figured out the mix up. Rose Cottage then brought the flowers from SP to Windsor for us to make sure we got them.They looked great and the customer service is top notch.Thank you guys.

The really good things about this experience were the website's ease of use and Romni. I ordered the Savannah Sunset from the Summer collection. I upgraded to the deluxe but received the standard. Called for an explanation and she refunded the difference to my card. I can't recommend the arrangement itself. Looks better online than in real life. For even the standard price it is way over priced for what you get and the way it looks. Clearly delivery is not "free". It's built in to the total cost. I think a better way to go is to go to a flower shop directly and pick things out. The pics online might be a tad touched up. I could've built a nicer arrangement out of my backyard.

Made my wedding day to walk around and hear my guests cooing over all the flowers. We had a budget and Romni worked so well with us to keep to it. She was patient with my requests and honestly so nice to work with because of her kindness. Seriously couldnt imagine anything to better!

I hate giving bad reviews as my business lives or dies off of reviews, but my experience was unacceptable. I called in to try to place a fairly large order and was treated extremely rudely. I’m a huge fan of supporting local businesses and wanted to try to give them some business before I went to a big store to get my order filled. I knew I wasn’t going to order from them the second the lady answered the phone. I was trying to ask questions and kept getting cut off. I lost it when I was trying to say something and the lady said “will you just stop and answer my question?” I told her to just forget it and hung up. Please do not give this place business

Rose Cottage was selected by Teleflora when I placed an order for a PREMIUM centerpiece for my mother. I chose the Thomas Kincaid collectible, as I do every year. I was extremely disappointed to find out that my mother's centerpiece had the 2017 collectible and only TWO roses, one of which was already wilting. There was very little water as well. Only three sides of the centerpiece had flowers. This was NOT a premium arrangement. I phoned Teleflora and was less than pleased with their response. I phoned Rose Cottage directly and was told they had run out and had communicated that to Teleflora. I also told Rose Cottage that a premium centerpiece ($100) should have more than just two roses and four of the large carnations on it. Not to mention only three of the four sides had flowers. I was told they would try to locate the 2018 collectible and if unable to do so, would do up a centerpiece for my mother with candles. I was also told it would be delivered Saturday. My mother called them to confirm Saturday and was told the driver was out for delivery and Rose Cottage confirmed her address. Nothing arrived Saturday. I phoned them this morning and was told they found a 2018 collectible. Imagine my disappointment when I phoned my mother and they simply delivered the collectible for her to place on the original, wilted, unacceptable arrangement! Lesson learned from this Alaskan. Forget using Teleflora in the future. I will be phoning directly to Madison and rest assured will NOT be using Rose Cottage.

Quite possibly the worst experience ever. Ordered flowers for my wedding. First, they were supposed to deliver and set up the items in my reception hall. They left them in the entrance of the very large building, informed no one, and clearly didn’t set anything up. I had asked for peonies, eucalyptus, and babies breath, and NO red roses. Every bouquet was very sad, half dead baby’s breath and roses. The only bouquet with a couple peonies was my own, which fell apart and were almost dead within 2 hours. The baby’s breath was supposed to be heavily covered in glitter. There was absolutely not on them. They were supposed to go in large glasses that came with but didn’t fit and almost fell out onto the table. I never heard from the store after either. I so wish that I had not spent over 1k for dead flowers that were the type I had made sure to say that I didn’t want. I would have gladly bought some from the store instead the day of. Brides beware: ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. RUN WHILE YOU CAN.
