I recently had an excellent experience with this store. I had been purchasing my dogs preferred brand from a different store. But, they dropped the brand. I was pleased to see Pets Supplies Plus not only had the brand my dog likes, but it was less expensive than I had been paying. Plus, if you order online they will bring it out to your vehicle. However, I went in and brought my dog. She picked out some treats - because she is a spoiled rotten princess.

All of the staff are always welcoming, helpful & efficient. I appreciate curbside pick up but like to browse the store too. There’s always somebody to help find things or answer questions. I LOVE this store!

I come to this store almost every weekend for my cat after a very kind store clerk helped me pick out some wet food for my cat. I couldn't afford the vet who was treating her and I couldn't get her the food the vet requested without a prescription so I was at a loss and felt like a failure. I am so grateful for the kind young man who helped me pick out a good brand that she might like and she does. I am a loyal customer of this location because of that. Thank you!

I got a new pet. A bearded dragon who I named Radagast after a wizard in LOTR. Anyway, they were open late enough for us to get an emergency purchase for him and had fresh food for him as well. They deliver same day supplies. Their point system earns you rewards quickly. I loved both the Glendale and the Greenfield locations. Both had super knowledgeable staff in each department.

This is a chain/ franchise so same as other PSP stores but nice selection of cat supplies and food. Toy selection could use a little improvement but they are constantly adding new things to their inventory. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and accessible. These stores are always running deals and if you sign up for it, they have a type of "rewards" program as well for things you are going to buy anyway...

I came here randomly, late, last min because my normal pet store was closed and the staff was so nice and so helpful. My dog has a ton of allergies, they helped me read ingredients and made recommendations. I called attend and they were super polite and helpful on the phone, in person and in check out

Nice store for all kinds of pet stuff. I actually originally went in to buy a hamster for my daughter, but they literally only sell supplies. Not even goldfish. Prices are kinda high tbh, but it's convenient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Make sure you join their rewards club. It's free and it gives good coupons.

We stopped here with our dog Rocky for his birthday. He greatly enjoyed walking around in the store. Huge selection of toys, treats, and food.We were here for a large dog bone treat, just a simple dog bone and not some fancy small breed treat. We found the perfect treat for him. Also bought a toy for him which he loves. Carries it with him all the timeThis is a chain store, so you don't get quite the same level of customer service. But it had exactly what we wanted.

aside from the savings you get from purchasing items at this particular location there are a few things that some of the customers should know about and of course that is all that Glitters Is Not Gold.I came in 4 months ago to purchase a harness that I saw on sale it was marked down from 34.99 to 24.99 from the pet supplier (pet safe) on inspection it seemed like a pretty solid product and something that would be very durable but unfortunately after a month of on and off use. the elastic bands around the dog's collar area begin to break now. the fabric is still holding tight but the elasticity is no longer there.After the second month I contact pet supplies to inform of the situation now they're very helpful and told me they would print out the receipt and just bring the product back. unfortunately I forgot about it and time went on.I should say that the harness I was using wasn't an everyday use it was only used when I would need it but in my opinion it wasn't used enough to cause this much damage and break but of course that is what happened.If you do go shopping at Pet Supplies Plus be sure to be on the lookout for this particular harness and if you are going to use it pay close inspection to the harness itself to make sure that there are no breaks in the bands or issues of integrity.A special note to Pet Supplies Plus I believe that my interaction with your customers service today was not to the level of my expectation I could have easily gone to Walmart if I wanted to be treated like a second-class citizen.Also your staff could learn some etiquette when it comes to speaking to people on the phone they're cold and distant replies to my concerns we're not necessary.The customer comes to your location to spend money on products that they believe the store is passing good judgment on selling only to be told that when that product fails we will do nothing to help that's the kind of tone that can lose you a customer and others.And today you have lost this customers business

Went in after Christmas to buy a filter cartridge for my grandson's fish tank. A lady stocking the shelf asked if I need any help, I say yes actually being the filter I'm looking for (topfin) was not sold at this store. So I was hoping she would help me find a equivalent,but went silent mute after that. So I'm like ok? Then I go to the register to cheak out the filter and all I received was me most dirty ,snobbish look I've see in milwaukee. Since the last 2 days has been mean angry people doing customer service. Will never return here or any store in Glendale or milwaukee. For now on I'll do my pet purchase back home in Naperville Illinois since the segregation is serious in Wisconsin before visiting my grandson. Fyi not everyone black is from milwaukee and Chicago TY.

Great place for your pets. My family goes there every other week just to get our puppy something and we love that u can bring your dog in the store with you. They customer service is great no problems at all and you can get all the help you need when u need it. The prices is a little high but can can always find something in your price range for your pets. The pictures are then and now. And everything in the picture came from the pet supplies store.

Friendly, well stocked and easy in and out. This is our go to place for pet food, miscellaneous toys and treats, and, of course, the obligatory dog treat whenever our pup comes to the counter.I’m sure there are plenty of good pet stores supply, stores out there, but I find this one, Pet Supplies Plus, to be my go to. It’s an expensive compared to several others we’ve been to, has a great supply of natural and organic foods, and treats. And they have the dog toys that stand up to the harsh abuse my dog throws at them. unfortunately she requires number 10 toys, the kind designed to be chewed on by hyenas I think.They also have a pretty reasonable supply of CBD products. Which have come in handy for some friends dogs and I’ve seen firsthand the difference it’s made in their anxiety. At first, I thought this was a gimmick, I mean over the counter dog anxiety,meds sound fake, right? But I was quite surprised to see how well it worked.But maybe the best part about coming here is that my pup gets a treat from the cashier every time she comes. She knows when we’re coming to the store, and gets really excited, and she’s super good impatient so she can get her treats. She also loves to smell , what I have to assume is the scent left behind when other dogs have been in the store, but fortunately, I don’t notice any of that. And it all seems pretty clean to me. So I guess we both win on that one.As far as pet supply stores go I like it better than the rest. But we are easy, just dog stuff, so I can’t speak to everything. But for what we use it for, it’s a win.

I had the BEST service gentleman ever. He helped me with everything. Like trying on different harnesses until he found one that fit my dog. put the dog food in my cart and took the cart while I had my dog to the isles I needed. Took my dog food to my car and made sure I had my items in the car and my dog in my car before he left to back in my car.
