Our dogs love coming here and always have the best care! Shelley has many years of experience in grooming and our Yorkie always acts proud of his haircut after getting groomed here (that was not always the case elsewhere)! The kennels are always super clean and are very nice. Our larger dog loves being outdoors in the kennel as much as possible and they accommodate that with their indoor/outdoor runs and huge outdoor play yard that they let the dogs out in for their play time and bathroom breaks.

Shelley is super nice and made my wife and I feel confident that our dog would be taken care of. We had a bad experience elsewhere and Shelley helped reassure us that those issues would be rectified. Our dog was boarded for almost 2 weeks, we got pictures and videos of our dog being outside regularly which helped us know that we made the right choice. We feel our dog was well taken care of and when picking her up her tail was wagging and she seemed very happy, a night and day difference from our previous experience. We will never board anywhere else. Thank you so much Shelley!!

Shelley is truly the best! We were out of state for almost 2 weeks and had to board our dog. After a previously bad experience, at a different boarder, we were VERY anxious and hesitant. But, Shelley made the whole experience such a great one for us and our dog. We won't board her anywhere else after this. Thank you so very much, Shelley. You're truly appreciated!!

We haven't had the need to kennel our pups there but Shelley does groom our 2 Shitzu's AND one of our cats. She is so good with these little girls! Animals sense when someone loves what they do and they go right to Shelley like she is family! The cuts are always exactly what we ask for, no matter how many special requests, and excellent pricing. We wouldn't take them anywhere else! The newly remodeled kennels look really nice, bright, and clean. Like I said, our girls only spend a short time in the kennel after grooming but I highly recommend Cozy Critter 💖

Wonderful kennel. We have taken our 2 dogs here for the past 7 years and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Carlie and Shelley are so good with their boarders. We continue to take our dogs here even after we moved to Milwaukee. The drive is well worth the peace of mind knowing they are being so well cared for.

Love this place. They take excellent care of our teenage fur babies, who we all know can be a pain in the butt. The Kennels are always clean and the owners are top notch friendly. I would recommend this kennel for your fur babies anyday.
