In order to help the servers, I encouraged them to bring 5 orders of kiddy cocktails along with a pitcher of cocktails.... The kids are going to drink it all and need more, in a busy environment. Literally trying to help them out.They instead changed the order to a pitcher of kiddy cocktails, which is about 4.5 drinks, and then the kids ended up without cherries (those with kids understand that cherries are 95% of the reason to order that drink).So I waited until they were done with the table, then I called the server to the side to talk about the problem... His response, I was out of reality and needed to be cut off from drinking a single beer. 😂 I guess the idea of teaching, training, and improving service is out of the question nowadays. I guess next time we'll just order every single kiddy cocktail one by one. 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

I've eaten here twice. First I had the patty melt and second I had the loon burger. My wife was pleased as well. Everyone was extremely nice and the food was served hot and fresh. The order was exactly correct. We will be coming back for more whenever we are in the area.

We moved to the Lake Namakagon area 3 years ago, and discovered the Loon Saloon right away. The go-to place for drinks, amazing burgers, sandwiches add pizza. The team is always friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Music, pool, arcade games, and Great Lake views. On top of all that, they have a convenience market that always has whatever we’re looking for from groceries, snacks, wine and liquor, snacks add desserts, ice, even propane. We love the Loon Saloon!

Excellent food. We ordered a few dinners and everyone's came out perfect. The scenery was also beautiful. Staff was also nice and polite as well as good service. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at the Loon Saloon! Everything was clean and organized. Stayed at the cabin for almost a week and made a point to stop in everyday as we know times have been tough over the last year. Keep up the great work and we will look forward to our next trip up!

A full service store with a bar and restaurant too. I have been curious about the restaurant side of this business so I stopped by for a veggie pizza. The pizza is a thin crackers crust by was crispy even in the middle. Tasty ingredients and good taste. Service could have been a little more attentive because we never got a refill on water during our meal. In the end I would go back for another pizza.

Pizza was good, the mixed appetizer is overpriced and not worth it and comes with no dipping sauces, salad is ok, drummies were ok. Charges $2 for a can of soda lol. It's nice to dine in if your just getting pizza but that's about it.

I love this place. Been going to the Loon since I was young every summer for bait and pizza. Pizza is great, bait is fresh, and view is very nice as well. Lots of good times. Can't wait to get back up there!

I went to this place during covid, on our boat. Sat at the bar. Seen the gift shop thought I would visit in there i covered my face with my shirt. To be polite, I have very bad asthma but I covered anyway, I do as much as I can. The owner yelled at me so bad with a very negative attitude 😒 and said I was the one with the attitude. A few minutes later had to come to the bar to yell some more. Very unprofessional. This is new for us all i understand but there is no reason some people have no understanding what others are going through. Be a little nicer!

Favorite Bar to go to up North!! Have been going there for years. Always feel welcome. The owners are very friendly, clean place. Great food & always have a great time!!

Went into the store on a Sunday. No one was available to purchase bait. The store said open. Waited for 10 minutes. Some rude lady treated us with zero respect. I will definitely pass on this place from now on. I have never been treated so horrible.
