I can't review these guys enough! Dr Jeff and his team are the only folks we trust with our fur babes. We drive over an hour because of the services we receive and the care they give. If I could leave a review every visit it would be a 10. Keep it up you guys, its nice to know there's still small hometown service out there with a heart!!

I put a lot of sarcastic and rude stuff about buying weed and various other things on a lot of my reviews, but this one comes from the heart. I put my dog of 15 years to sleep today at this location. I come here often as it is the only place I can afford. Dr. Jeff and his staff are as professional as they come they love the animals as though they were their own and do great work at a reasonable cost. What also learned today that the staff and especially Dr. Jeff were as caring, kind and considerate as people can be. My whole family was there heartbroken and crying, Dr Jeff even carried our beloved dog to the car for me. I can't recommend this place enough, its a great representation of what small town businesses should be like.

My friend and I came to see if we can get papers for a cat that was owned by the previous owner for proof to our landlord that he was vaccinated. We were pretty early before they close, they close at 5 pm. When we got there, they were not open, IT WAS NOT 5 YET!! That is unacceptable, don't say you close at 5 if you don't close at 5. Not happy. There was nothing on the door to say they closed early either.

Dr. Jeff did a fantastic job on a toe amputation for our greyhound. He gave a great deal of attention to detail. The wound was closed very well. It showed very little bleeding or drainage. The clinics post surgery care Instructions we clear and complete. We couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent service. Excellent care for your animal. Professional. They do have about 4 cats that freely roam the office. Depending how your animal is around other cats you've been warned. Still 5 stars

We adopted our dog and almost immediately he fell ill with a respiratory infection. Not only did the wonderful folks at Hometown Vet fit us in for not one but three separate emergency, day-of visits, they also kept our dog overnight last minute for one of those visits. They were truthful with us about what they thought our dog did and did not need and within a week we had our happy, wiggly, energetic puppy back. On a completely separate occasion our dog ate a bunch of sugar-free gum, we called Hometown Vet for advice and not only did Dr. Sonsalla take time out of his day to talk to us first thing in the morning, but he continued to do research on his own volition and called us back with additional information later in the day.Wonderful people who put the health of animals first, very fair prices, extraordinarily friendly, and overall the best veterinary experience I've ever had. Well worth the trip from Winona to Arcadia.

Amazing. My dog had a pretty bad allergic reaction and I wasn't from the area. They helped fix my best friend, distracted my children, comforted me, offered help in the future, and saved our day. Awesome awesome people. I'll be visiting them again for future care.
