Love Noodles typically. Tonight was a bad miss. There’s never enough sauce, which I can deal with. I just order extra sauce. Today the sauce is chunky and the chicken seems a bit translucent. I was starving, so I ate almost half. Here’s to hoping I haven’t been poisoned. Two stars because the noodles were cooked well and it was ready on time.

We tried this for the first time last night and it was amazing! The sauces were delicious and the Chicken Veracruz salad was one of the best salads I've ever had in my life! I really liked the jalapeño ranch dressing and the crispy jalapeños.I'm already looking at the menu for what I'm going to have next!

The food was good until they took everything I liked off the menu. It's been 6 years since I had visited Noodles & Co.. I will keep an eye on the menu for any new meal options.

We went for lunch on Thursday and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was quick and my pesto zoodles with grilled chicken were delicious! I will definitely be back to try some more dishes with zoodles! Highly recommend for a quick bite due to the variety of choices for each persons diet!

Busy and very efficient...families were populating most of the tables...my friend enjoyed her Japanese Noodle dinner...my pesto dish was good tasting and I couldn't really discern any garlic in it...and it hardly had any bits of mushrooms and not one tomato bit was even visible...not even close to the two tablespoons of each called for in a standard Cavatappi recipe. p.s. To owner...the link you posted below is rated unsecure by google so it refused to open it for me.

Great food that is quick. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Customer service is good also. Good soups and potstickers also.

My son liked the buttered noodles. I'm glad they have the option of broccoli with it. I got the Japanese pan noodles with steak. Everything was good and veggies seemed fresh 😌Kid-friendliness: Food options for kids available. Mac n cheese, buttered noodles with seasoning, milk and juice options.

The food was super good I had Mac and Cheese. This is only a 3 star review because a gentleman I ran into named Peter smelled like his diaper needed to be change it was horrible and ruined my appetite. Someone help this man out. As long as he’s not there or figures himself out it’s a great place to go!

Good overall customer service. Mature guy at the register didn't appear at all enthusiastic though, simply cut-and-dry took our order. Totally fine as simple conversation isn't necessary to get the food or service we ask for, but a smile and friendly tone goes a long way. Food was great! I love the Mediterranean options, the soups, and mac and cheese. I always enjoy my meals and feel healthy about eating there.

The longest I've EVER waited at a fast food restaurant.Whomever manages this restaurant should really be looked at. The 3 young women who were working were completely lost, unorganized, disoriented, and on snail speed.When I arrived at 7:25, there were 16 of us waiting. YES, SIXTEEN! A couple were laying down in the booths, most on their phones, a couple went for a walk/drive and came back.About a dozen people came in to order, seen those of us waiting and left. There were zero in person orders placed the entire 40 minutes I was there, so they weren't getting slammed with orders.Around 7:50 I got a notification that my food was ready (in reality it wasn't even started yet when I asked). Finally got my food at 8:08.Waited 40 minutes, past expected pickup time, for mac and cheese!Don't even get me started about the cleanliness...there was food scattered EVERYWHERE on the floor, but that was the least of my concerns.Never seen such a mess of a restaurant.

I placed a large order online for a business lunch and selected delivery through door dash for the following day. I called Noodles to make sure my order was received well. They did not see my order right away but the lady on the phone was very nice and concerned about getting everything figured out. It was a bit confusing because I ended up having to place a 2nd order for someone we missed in the initial large order, so 2 different Door Dash drivers picked up the order. Katrina with Door Dash was very responsive and caring about making sure everything was right for us! The food was all here, made correctly, and tasted delicious! Great experience overall.

Quality has gone down hill. My husband paid to add shrimp to his meal and we get home there was no shrimp. So we paid extra and didn’t receive what we paid for , not sure how the cook missed it and the person checking the orders before placing in the bag didn’t notice no shrimp. I got the regular sized pesto tortellini with chicken. I did get the chicken but the bowl was barely half full and got 10 tortellinis and sauce was so think kind of gross. We got side Cesar salads and they were so tiny could barely get my fork in the container to stir in the dressing. For the $31 we spent on two meals we should have gone to a sit down restaurant and got true sized meals that were with the price. Won’t be going back anytime soon. I hesitated to go back as last time my daughters kids meal mac and cheese had giant chunks of plastic wrap in the Mac I was glad she saw it and didn’t choke. Definitely not rushing back anytime soon

The food and environment is good, don’t get me wrong. However, the prices are a bit costly for the portion of food you get. 6 small garlic bread pieces for $5? Not the best. Also, today my friend and I experienced something dumbfounding. She had ordered online, expecting to have the food ready when we went to pick it up. The lady at the front was very kind, helping to double check our order. In the end, they gave up and asked us to order again. We spent $48 on a two person meal at this place. Please fix your online ordering and customer service..

They have an online menu where you put in your dietary restrictions and it brings up the foods available for you. Very tasty food. Nice staff.Vegetarian options: Many choices for vegetarians. Clean restaurant and great pasta.Excellent service. Full bowls. Clean dining experience. The menu needs just a little makeover. But it’s a great place to sit and eat.I love the Asian noodles. They gotta put more shrimp/steak/chicken in dish for the prices. But overall very satisfying place to eat.Great stuff noodles!

I gave it 2/5 Stars because:1. One of us got carrots on the meal when we specifically asked for no carrots.2. They forgot the soup.3. When it comes to wait time they take around 2-2.5 times longer than the usual wait time and half the time they don't even get the order right. So, overall the experience was anything but great.

The Alfredo fettuccine with parmesan chicken gave me food poisoning. I'm fighting for my life over here. Watch what you get, it could be contaminated and listen if anyone is washing their hands

Tyla, or however it is spelled, is a VERY rude store manager. She was contacted to gather some information since corporate has not responded to emails. Her demeanor and unprofessionalism on the phone can't be to the company policy standard. Some people I will never understand how they got into the positions they have.

Great service! I had a very large order (39 different bowls, plus some sides and extras), and they handled everything perfectly! Everyone's order was correct. Scott was very accommodating and professional, as were Mike and Matt. I even had to change my pick up time to a bit earlier than when I original ordered, and the staff was able to get my order done by the time I came to pick it up. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

My last two orders asking for gluten free noodles have failed to use gluten free noodles. The ticket clearly says use gluten free and allergy aware. This is very disappointing.

This place has really stepped it up over the years. The variety has increased, the quality is amazing, and the staff are pleasant and helpful, even when super busy. Great, fresh food!!

Used to come here all the time and loved it. After a long hiatus, I brought my fiance here and it was disgusting. Got very lack luster service, and seriously the food was not good. My fiance's buffalo macaroni wasn't cooked fully and the sauce tasted like straight buffalo sauce just sitting in the bottom of the bowl. My japanese pan noodles did not taste anything like they used to. So disappointing, will not be back

GREAT SEVRICE! I had placed a 41.00 order and everything was wonderful for it. my family was happy with their food and I was too the lady was shocked when I ordered 20 meatballs. I giggled. Took a little long to get it but that's ok. Wish they put the extra sauce in the bowls then on the sides was my only complaint
