DO NOT COME HERE FOR POSTAL SERVICE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.I have been coming into this store for like a month to do my post office stuff and always have a pleasant interaction with the short blonde girl at service desk who works nights. I happened to have free time earlier so I came by at my not regular time to see two boys who I’ve never seen before up there. I told them what I needed and when I asked if they were sure what they were doing is correct they swore they were doing it right.Then they proceeded to find out they were wrong and had to peel off the postage partially ripping my envelopes that are going to customers. And they swore once again they figured out what they did wrong and still didn’t do it right. They were gonna rip off the sticker again and I no longer felt comfortable letting them handle it.There was a lady up front named Britney and she seemed like she may know what’s going on, but then she told me I was going to have to fill out forms for signatures and tracking, which I haven’t done at all in the last month I have been stopping by. I don’t even have to do it at the post office when I occasionally stop there.I was getting upset and frustrated and the lady tells me I must have been having it all done wrong then, so I leave.I cannot believe only one person working there knows what they are doing. I’ll just have to make the drive to the post office from now on unless I see the usual girl working.

Great store with an amazing demi and meat counter. Try the burgundy spoon roast, its amazing. Store is always very clean. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Customer service can't be beat; however, the same can't be said for the prices. Many items can be found elsewhere for much better prices. Great quality produce as well.

A first class large grocery store with a broad range of options, including a decent ethnic foods section. The attached liquor store is also better than all the other Festival Foods locations in the Appleton area.

Absolutely the worst festival on the planet. Never stocked properly. Hot bar is a joke. People always standing around when things needed to be restocked or replenished. Hot bar closes at 6 which is when most working people are looking to eat, and after 5 they just don't care is the Hot bar is out of items. Why bother having it. Just bad customer service. Same thing at the dell can stand there with no customer service. Damn getting a number when none else is in line. Just badly run, and managed, plus wY over priced. This has nothing to do with supply chain. It is lack of professionalism and accountability l. Place just sucks. Better off going to Walmart or Pic n Save. Pass it buy every time

Great deli and bakery, groceries are super expensive though. I really don't like promoting Walmart but they undercut other grocers to the point where I am usually pushed into shopping there, can't afford to pay $5.50 for a dozen eggs 😔 Self checkout here is slow and cumbersome to use also. Very clean and friendly staff, just too expensive for everyday groceries.

This festival's bakery department was perfect for our wedding desserts! We had 4 flavors of cupcakes, cookies, and an angel food cake for our cutting cake. Everything was delicious and loved by all of our guests! We loved having desserts that were tasty, pretty, and were also great for our budget. Deanna and Laurel worked with us and made the special order process a breeze.

Terrible service. Deli man saw me and passed me over 8 times and I I was like "Excuse me sir" and he hid in the back. After he did that I waiting 5 more minutes to come out (after standing there for 15) and I just gave up.If you don't know how to work something or use something that's fine just let a girl know instead of treating me that poorly. I worked in customer service for 10 years and I would never come back.

Update: one year after my initial review and of course nothings changed. Theres a nice new meat counter but it closes so early its useless. Its too bad Festival is the main grocery stores in the area, we need more choices because this place sucks.Whats the point in having a meat counter if you close it by 5:30?

Festival is amazing. Great selection of organic food and dried bulk foods. I love their events and huge selection of wine and beer. My family enjoys participating in the Thursday morning farmers market in Oshkosh. Great Store. Always perfect

The night I was there they were just about to close- it was literally 10:59 p.m. I needed to grab one item. The employee was standing there about to close the doors but they let me in...when I said "please, just need 1 thing!" (Food for kitty)Thank you to whoever you are very much appreciated!

I’ve bought many expired products from here… sadly because I forget in between to always check the dates! So, after another experience of finding another very expired product recently bought from there in my fridge… my boyfriend and I went to get taco ingredients for supper, we remembered to check the dates. And, to our disgust… we found about 30 expired hot sauces and several expired taco shells in our one shopping experience. We weren’t even looking specifically for expired products at all. Just our normal brands that we double checked before we bought and they were expired. Food is to expensive for their employees to not be rotating and double checking dates! And after we pulled all of the expired goods we found and brought them to the service desk and explained to the woman working… she didn’t seem to care much and just stood there not doing anything about anything. It’s all about the location when we choose this store to buy food at. Not the quality or care.

I love festival, I really do. But one of the main things I need to buy every week is milk, and their milk section is an absolute disaster. Your choices are either to pay $6+ for a gallon of a decent brand, or to spend half of that on festival's brand of milk. Do not choose the latter as I have given it several chances and every single time the milk goes bad within 3 to 4 days after being opened. The label will say it's still good for another week, but it is not. I keep my fridge on the colder side for the record. As a milk connesuer, this cannot stand.

I ordered my baby boy’s Birthday CupCake - Cake and it turned out Fabulous!! It was a T-Rex! I had no idea Deanne would decorate the shape and the sides of the Birthday CupCake! I highly recommend and would definitely come back for more! They’re so accommodating and decorate it with their heart! ❤️❤️❤️ Best ever!!!!A year later, and I have to give it less stars. Sadly, I ordered another cake for my daughter (Mermaid Tail - specifically teal/blue fading into pink showing the scales). What we got was absolutely nothing we asked for. Design was something else and the tinies mermaid which didn’t look pretty at all. We were so disappointed and my daughter was so upset. 😳😳😳 I don’t know how just a Mermaid Tail design went to that whole scenario on the cake?! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

They have watery salads and brown lettuce. It's hard to find one that is not. The rest of the produce, some ok and some is not.

I don't know what's happened to this store but I was there on Monday afternoon and the shelves are not stocked, lots of normal items are not there, off brands are beginning to appear as alternatives. I'm really disappointed with that and the meat market as well. High prices and meat being brought in prepackaged has led us to buying all our meat at a smaller regional market.

This is my quick guilt sushi and boneless wing fix. The fresh food bar and moms meat loaf i used to freeze and take with me on my out of town jobs. Perfect for avoiding constant fast food.

My favorite grocery store. They have a great variety, great prices, the staff is always super helpful. Now add in their gas rewards and it is top match. They run great sales. The lines are never backed up. If you do self check out and get stuck with some thing there is someone right there to help you. Love shopping here

Good day of shopping with well stocked shelves, the deli. Only problem is the quarts of milk to high up and is a safety issue. Had to pull the quart down, and try to caught before it hits the floor. It hit the floor! More people than just me have this same problem.

We stopped in for deli chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy with a few extras to have supper and i have never paid $9.00 a pound for mashed potatoes. Boy this company sure does like to take advantage of people with those kind of prices. So by the time our few items totaled up it was $89.00 for deli chicken and potatoes. Will not be back and this was first time visit
