Blount Heating & Air-Conditioning staff just reviewed my A/C needs, provided well written quotes for range of products and guided me through the installation process that gave me all the features that were important to me.This is the second installation Blount has done for me since purchasing a home with 25+ year old, original furnace and A/C. When I purchased the property I saw that Blount had been maintaining the prior owner’s equipment for over ten years. I asked them to come and give me an assessment of what I had as far as HVAC. They were honest about my old furnace and A/C working well at the moment saying I could continue to run it until it failed before replacement. For peace of mind and energy savings I elected to replace the furnace immediately. Two years later I have now replaced the air-conditioning also. I couldn’t be happier with Blount’s service and my Bryant systems. Thank you!

Big thank you to Blount Heating & Air Conditioning. We have hot water heat and last evening our boiler went out after hours. Due to it being after business hours on a Friday evening with the outside temperatures in the single digits this was a very concerning situation. I reached out to Blount Heating and Air Conditioning and was able to speak to their after hours service representative whoassured me that I would receive a call back from a technician. Within minutes I received a follow up call from their on-call service technician, Tanner. I explained the situation to Tanner and he said he would be over shortly to address our issue. Upon arrival Tanner was very professional and efficient. It was easy to see he was an expert in his field. Within the hour Tanner diagnosed and fixed the problem, restoring heat and peace of mind to our weekend. I had a heat problem alert on my thermostat this morning. I called Blount shortly after 7 and left a message. I had a response call back about 7:30. A service appointment was set up for late morning. Patrick arrived about 11, found the problem and showed me the issue as he explained it to me. He did the same while checking the Aprilaire. He went above and beyond to get a needed part there. Blount gets the highest recommendation I can offer. Sure they check the main boxes: on time, polite, professional. But, they just went so far beyond that.I've worked with all kinds of contractors professionally and personally, and it's usually okay work, sometimes poor work, and sometimes they leave the place in worse shape.Every once in awhile I hire someone that does everything right, is a pleasure to work with, cleans up after themselves, and does that little extra that means so much. When I took advantage of the coupon sent in the mail for $100 furnace tune up only find out I needed a whole new furnace at first it seemed sketchy. However Blount reached out to me and said that my furnaces heat exchanger was still under warranty after 24 years! My warranty was a rare but awesome 25 year warranty. They came in and installed it for a fraction of the cost of a brand new furnace. Not only was John (I think that was his name) professional but also this company is trustworthy!
