I love the pickup service here. It's always a breeze, and the attendants are always considerate and kind. If they're particularly busy, the wait is only about 10 minutes. I don't feel that's so bad to avoid going into the store myself when I'm busy or feeling unable.

Too many employee shopping. Getting ready bad. Nobody wants to go get food for them selves. I don’t want them picking my salad or vegetables or my bread. Those things should be eliminated unless you are so disabled that you can’t shop. I’m disabled and don’t even put that sticker in my window. Watched a young fellow jump on an electric chair and used it to shop. He walks better than I do. Shame on our society!

Idk about the rest of the store. But I think her name was Diane in the auto center. Remembered me from when I worked at Aldi nearby and saved me a buck! She deserves some recognition for great customer service

Niece received a pac n play for Christmas that was broken. No way to return it. I had a copy of the receipt and they would not exchange or refund. I left it at the store. It was only 70 bucks. They refused to honor. I will never speak well of this Walmart again and will take my business elsewhere. Don’t shop here!!

Never doing another pickup order from this store! What a joke, waited almost an hour for my pick up order after checking in to my spot. When I complained to a manager she said I had only been there 11 mins according to her computer. When I told her I could show her on my app what time I checked in she said she could only go by the computer! Ridiculous! Worst pickup experience ever! I’ll never shop at this store again!

No adult sized rubber boots, even though a worker thought there was some. Not that they were out of stock, they just don't have any. They do have them for kids if you need them.

Hello. I went there to receive an oil change and tire rotation. When unable to complete my tire rotation I questioned why. A worker named Diana C. then told me she had workers and couldn't discuss it and hung up on me. Then proceeded to be rude and disrespectful when I didn't want to continue the conversation at the store. After I told her that and just wanted to check out she then stormed off to lunch. I feel she was more grinch than holiday sweetness that walmart prides their selves on.

I'm so sick of stores locking everything up. Walmart being one of the worst in this regard. Sure, I know theft is a big problem nowadays but as a paying customer you get punished for it. I can understand why expensive stuff gets locked up, but I'm not going to hunt down an employee, which can be next to impossible sometimes, to buy a $8 USB cable. I'll just send my money to Amazon/Bezos and have it shipped to my door in two days. Sure, you prevented theft... but you're also losing sales to paying customers. I know I'm not the only person that's like "Screw it, I'll just order it online" in these situations.

As usual, but with a seemingly higher quality bathroom than usual. Big props on that.But, this thing beeps on several aisles to remind you there's a "recording in process".It feels better to deter theft than prosecute it, but... Yeah, how do you feel when it beeps after you looked at something?

I would have given 4 stars, but there is an issue with availability of charged mobile scooters. I don't shop there during daytime hours because there are never any charged motor scooters available. I've been in an hour before close, and there either were no available scooters or the ones that are available are not fully charged. Walmart in Weirton, WV needs about 3 more scooters for mobility impaired.

It was terrible. Found this on the floor. There was a total of 4 3 were 3 years expired and then the other was SEVEN WHOLE YEARS EXPIRED! And the lady I told she was new so she didn't really know what to do. So she took the 4 went to someone hire up. And the lady literally said. Um ok. This isn't my problem and just threw them down! Its scary to think what else is expired! The green at the top IS MOLD.. SO GROSS

There's an older lady with blonde/gray hair that works in the grocery self checkout area. She doesn't leave you alone and constantly asks for 5 star reviews. It legit feels like borderline harassment and she's also rude and buts into people's conversations.

Cashier Nica gave me horrible service. I said hi she said nothing back during the transaction and then when we were about to leave she critqued me and my wife on how we were carrying groceries out of the store. We said bye to her and she again said nothing. Great customer service definitely a keeper...

Went to have tires put on my wife's car to call me and say they could take off lugnuts with out damaging them no problem I'll go somewhere else well theor tech did attempt to take back wheels off and rounded a lug on each side without telling her what they did

Most of the employees do not care for the customers, shelves are never stocked properly, barely ever a cat register open that's ran by a Walmart employee, if your going to automate everything and realistically take away jobs from the community at least have personnel that care about there jobs and the customers

It's a good store to shop at very clean and very cheap on some stuff but the only bad thing is is you can walk in one day and one thing will be one place and then another day be somewhere else across the store

Trash. It took almost 20 minutes to get in and out with an apple cord. Someone was going to get the key, then someone else was going to get the key.I waited, went to the bathroom, waited some more, found another person, waited some more, was walking out of the store when the second person finally came.The second person who helped me a very sweet but it was 6:30am and there was hardly anyone in the store, it should have been an easy request to fulfill. The stars are for thr nice person who finally helped me otherwise it would be a 1 star.

Driver stealing from my delivery, have it all on video, a package of 12 became a package of 10 like no one would miss it!!!
