I’m done with this location. I’ve had people steal my orders. I’ve had food that has tasted rotten. I don’t think the drink machines get cleaned out. Extremely long wait times. Rude employees. Last night was over a 30 minute wait for a pepperoni roll a personal pizza and a breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was far from edible. My boyfriend thought I was being dramatic about how hard it was so he picked it up and said it was like a brick. He smacked it against his forehead and was shocked because you could literally knock someone out with it.It wasn’t just the bagel burnt the egg and bacon were also badly burnt. I think it was items made earlier in the day and was warmed up in a toaster oven and possibly forgotten. His pepperoni roll had chunks of what seemed to be pieces of fish burnt onto the crust. He was gagging he said it had a rotten taste to it.We have already stopped coming here as often because of all the inconveniences, but sometimes there’s no other option in the middle of the night. My problem is the employees, a lot of times they are obvious they don’t wanna be there. It’s gotten to a point where I just take a loss instead of asking for my items to be corrected.I’m not looking for any coupon or free food or anything. I want you guys to care more about your store, employees, and customers. There should be more care and oversight. I’m tired of getting a little moldy Floaties in my drinks and nasty food. It is gross and needs to be taken care of.

Why are the fountain soda and slushies always so gross? Both the taste and cleanliness. This place can't get an order right. They gave me uncooked hotdogs and smashed mozzarella sticks and I had to throw it all away. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else or you may be disappointed.

The manager was a complete idiot. Their annoying EMPLOYEES was laughing at me and staring at me then I go and say something and they kick me and proceeded to tell me I can’t come back and call the cops. Your employees need to respect your customers. Arissa was her name! Shame on you being so ignorant😔

I'm a big Sheetz fan but this location often disappoints with their food items. I recently ordered the chicken tenders because I wanted something more substantial than the "Bitez" (which are more like nuggets). What I got were tiny pieces of chicken at a higher price. I'd avoid the MTO options here.

Updated review: this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The girl working at the cash register was absolutely clueless to her surroundings. Futermore, she had a horrible attitude. This is by the far the worst Sheetz. Do better, and treat your customers better. After a year, and countless bad reviews, you'd think they would THINK.After waiting 40 minutes, while listening to the employees hoot and holler, they not only managed to give me food that was inedible, and then the wrong order next. super frustrating and won't be returning. not worth the hassle.

This place is fine. However, there is always a huge chance that they are out of Diet Coke, cups, lids, straws for their soda fountain. I’ve placed countless mobile orders that they can’t refund me my drink when they don’t have it. You have to go through corporate to get it.

Greeted by name by friendly staff every morning. There's always so much positive energy, Despite the fact that most of the staff are finishing up an overnight shift. Very wonderful service and great tasting food.

The gas station and convenience store are fine... but the made-to-order food is hit and miss! Tonight was THE WORST! Stuffed nachos sounded good but were incredibly disappointing. Almost inedible.

Employee supervisor who rang me up at the register on 2/26 acted like it was a hassle for her to scan my sheetz card, then she rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt. I would think the employees would offer to scan Sheetz card at time of service and give receipt automatically or at least ask if the customer wants... Disappointing experience overall.

All bc I asked her to take something off that I didn’t want my kid to have and didn’t see him put it up and bc I double checked she got my cigarettes but where I really draw the line is giving a 13 ur old attitude bc he asked for my receipt that she didn’t give me

you get a 1 because that's the lowest it goes. waited 25 mins. for the food. the fries were under cooked and not even warm let alone hot. the sandwich was uneatable as the role fell apart which didn't really matter because i asked for toasted and apparently that meant rebaked because it was hard as a rock. i had to resort to using a fork to eat what was supposed to be between the role. all and all i would like to thank you for truly making the end of a long day so much worse by providing me with what i can say was the absolute worse experience i have had with food service in years. i will make sure to not return to that location ever.

First let me state this is by far the worst Sheetz I have been to. I'm truck driver so I've been to alot. I stop to cash in afew scratchoffs while on my way home and cashier she was ahort older lady with glasses. She's trouble scanning one of my tickets and straight looked at me and said it's scanning did you scratch this ticket or pock it up from the floor. I felt she was very hateful, disrespectful and try to down grade and humiliate customers. She is very unprofessional and dose not deserve to be working their. I have also witnessed her treating other customers the same type of way. If someone doesn't properly deal with her for a possible termination then I just might take further actions this has been going on for way too long and it's just discussing how hateful she is. It's horrible to witness be treat that way.Thanks hopefully this situation can get resolved

I go to this Sheetz a lot because I work close by. The convenience is great, but the service accuracy is not. The drinks TASTE good but that’s if you get the right one. I go there during my 30 min lunch break sometimes, and OVER three times, I’ve had my drink order come out wrong. I know this sounds like a Karen complaint, but usually I’m patient and even careless over such small things. But when it’s happened more than three times, it gets really tiring. The wait time takes a while, and I understand that it’s because of Covid and they’re probably understaffed. But, if there’s the same wait time between three people working food and one person, I think that’s just a service problem. I end up wasting like half to twenty minutes of my break just waiting for the order. Any time I order Chai tea, they make the pumpkin latte instead. I don’t like Pumpkin. At first I would be chill with it, then I had to start fixing their error. Unfortunately I just accept it now because I don’t have the time to wait. Food usually comes out sloppy and opened, which I didn’t mind once in a while, but like I said, it seems to happen more than it should. I kept ordering because I believed it was a “it’s probably just a today thing” but now I won’t order there again unless I’m in dire need of something. CoFair has better accuracy and quicker time. Tun Tea down the ramp and to the back of the plaza is the MVP. Never had an issue with them ever. Drink is always accurate and delicious 😋

I stopped at Sheetz on February 2, 2022 They got my drink orders wrong then I ordered 6 hotdogs Each 2 of the hotdogs has the wrong stuff on them. Then I ordered the sampler and didn't get what I ordered my dad ordered cheese fries and didn't get them. My fiance ordered Mac and cheese bites and didn't get them this isn't the first time my order was messed up. I am not too happy about this very dissatisfied with the service

I bought two packs of cigarettes on Tuesday 3/1/22. I didn’t look in the bag until the next morning and they were wrong. After trying to exchange them at the Follansbee location I was told it would have to be the Weirton location since that’s where they were purchased. Ok no problem. I wasn’t able to make it back to Weirton until today since I live out of town. I stopped in and explained what happened and was immediately confronted by a rude manager (bigger lady with dirty blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail). I was told that they wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked her if she could pull the cameras because I wasn’t trying to get one over I just wanted what I originally asked for. She got very rude with me and asked if I even had the receipt. Unfortunately I didn’t since it was a couple days after and I honestly don’t even know if they gave me one (it wasn’t in the bag they gave me). She rudely said of course you don’t.I was honestly so upset I just asked for the customer service number. I called customer service and am currently waiting for their GM to call me back after filling out a complaint.I normally never complain but that was almost $20 and I don’t have a use for them.I’m just really frustrated with the way I was treated by the manager on duty tonight. Maybe had she been more kind I would have just shrugged it off but she really shouldn’t be in management if she snaps at customers over a simple mistake (made by their employee mind you). Look we all have bad days. Maybe the original employee didn’t hear me right or maybe the manager was just having a bad day but there’s no excuse for her to get irate with me when I simply tried to exchange them for what I asked for. I would love for someone to get in contact with me about the whole situation.

Food and gas prices are jacked up it's the only place to stop after I get off work. bathroom is disgusting and the floors don't looked like they got mopped in ages.the staffs attitudes are hit and miss some of them are very nice and some are very rude

This is a restaurant that happens to sell gasoline. The people making the food are 99% of the time just wonderful as is the food. They need to do better at marking what food is wrapped in what on large orders. I can not get to this location as much as I would like so when I do I place very large orders that will give as much as four meals. I have to open each package to see what is inside because they are not well marked.That all said not matter the time of day, the day of week or the time of year they have something great to eat at a good price. This location is one of my 3-4 favorites in their chain. It has maintained consistency well in both service & food quality.

Always good food, even if it takes a bit longer than most fast food places!High quality food, and at a decent price.I ordered food after picking some stuff up from the store, then stopped to get it, knowing it wasn't supposed to be done for another ~15 minutes or so (I figured I'd just wait for it to be finished) and it was just being finished as i arrived! Great service, great people, great place.

Went to have hot dogs with girlfriend, when we received them had human hair on the hotdog that she was eating. Took them back and the manager asked if wanted replacement, I said no just wanted money back. Have gone to this place forever and now the stuff just keep getting worse and is also made in a microwave and not the grill. The seating area was not clean, item on floor and tables not clean all at about 1:00 pm on may 30, 2018

I visit this store 15-20 times a month. They struggle to keep some of their items stocked from time to time, but there are usually plenty of alternatives to choose from. Staff are friendly and usually fairly quick with MTO orders. No real complaints yet.

Use to go there alot for breakfast and i rarely complain but they definitely need to get rid of the morning cooks. I cant count how many times they have literally either forgot my order or they let it sit behind the counter. Along with i always have to check the sauces to make sure there right its basically a 50/50 chance you get the right one. The worst sheetz ive been too

They absolutely have the best food.. their is a key osk you can order food at and I had the best hashbrown and breakfast bagel sandwich with guacamole on it and their motz sticks are to die for
