I had the pleasure of filling up with fuel today at the Marathon at the Quik Mart on Main Street in Weirton, WV. Sharon took excellent care of me, providing superb customer service. I had issues with my Marathon Discount, and she assisted me. Sharon was friendly and patient and professionally conducted herself. I would recommend Sharon and this Marathon location to purchase fuel and goodies! Thanks, Sharon :)7-7-2023. I attempted to use a 9-cent per gallon discount today, and it did not show on the pump. I went into the store and asked for the manager; Kat emerged from the back and offered help. After telling her my dilemma, she explained that Marathon had changed the Rewards program, which did not work the same as it used to with the cents off per gallon. She suggested I contact Marathon Rewards, which I did after going home. Marathon Corporate explained that they now offer rewards on the app that can be redeemed. I noticed I had $1 and $2 coupons for gas purchases. They told me I earned 54 cents today in rewards, which would add up, and I would receive more coupons on the app to redeem. I am glad someone finally explained this to me. Now I do not have to spend much time talking to employees at the station when the gas price at the pump stays at the posted price instead of showing the discount I am supposed to receive.

Well seams every time I go their and use my debit at the pump it tells me to see the attendant or teller. Kinda inconvenient when their is always a long line in that store. Also for some odd reason the cashiers like to hold on to are receipts especially if your using a debit or credit of any kind. Makes me very uncomfortable. Don't really like going to that store gas prices are higher than most other places. And the whole receipt thing just doesn't work for me.

Everyday I come into this gas station and I buy four packs of cigarettes two Sonoma red shorts and two Montego menthol 100s every week we go through the same thing by they order them on Wednesdays or they come in on Wednesdays by Friday and Saturday they are out of them I'm not going to keep going in there and attempting to buy them when they're always out I'll just get them somewhere else thank you
