Me and my husband never go here but last Saturday we decided to, wish we wouldn’t have. I would get better customer service anywhere else. Denise, an older lady, our clerk when we went to checkout was anything but pleasant. There was no bagger so my husband was trying to help her, she started throwing our groceries around and going super fast and then huffing when he tried to make conversation with her. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable honestly. She did not greet us at all and then when she finished and it was time to pay she asked if I had a Kroger card and I said oh yeah I forgot to input my number she gave me a dirty look and sighed! I paid and my husband was still bagging so she started bagging too but super fast and throwing our groceries around AGAIN. It was distasteful interaction all around, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

I wiiiiiiish we had a Kroger in Pittsburgh. We stopped on the way back from a dinner because we we told it was a location that sold a certain Pringle.I saw they had the vegan hotdogs I buy elsewhere, so that was a good thing!!I gave it 4 stars because yes I loved it and got a few items but it's hit or miss on prices. Sure its clean as heck inside but I live on a budget and there are some times admitting a super center is where things have to be purchased to save..... I have no problem with that.I also don't like stores that require you to get a little plastic card just for the sale prices. I like the prices to be the same every visit.With that said, it sure is a beautiful store. If I lived closer, I'm sure I would stop for an item or two here and there just for a change of scenery.//editGET THE POKÉ BOWL!!!! You'll thank me later!!!

Was just here the my order came up 16.00 over and said it wasn't approved and everything had was WIC approved asked her to see where the charge came from and she stared at the screen said I I don't see what it is told her well ma'am all stuff I scanned was scanned by the WIC app prior to purchase can we figure out how there is a payment of 16.00 she stated idk what it is what do you want to take off real nasty tryed calling their store and not one person has picked up in 15 minutes on hole after request for a supervisor

Today is the first day for $1.77 strawberries, yet they have ZERO in both cases. This place is the biggest joke on Earth. I don't know why I even bother coming to this dump anymore.

I purchased two bottles of Nature Made magnesium glycinate for the sale price of buy one get one free. After scanning the items, the self check out machine rang up a price that did not reflect the buy one get one discount. I asked an associate, Nancy, for assistance. She came over, hit a button, and said, “You have to be smart”. I’m not sure how much training she’s had on that machine, but I’ve had none. I told her right there. I did not appreciate her snide remark. She said she was joking. I still don’t find any humor in it. Horrible customer service!!

First time doing pickup at this location. The spots are set up a little different but the process was easy and fairly fast. (Pickup around 4:45pm on a Sunday)I'm not a fan of pickups because of they don't have something you don't know until last minute, so that is a downfall because if you are planning a meal you might not get everything you need.Other then that, service was great and prices were good!

Overall I love this store but today Sunday March 12th at 2:38 pm I wanted someone from customer service there was a sign up that said it was temporarily closed...30 minutes later a woman showed up saying she was heading on break...and would be back in 30 minutes....really how do you need a break from a position you haven't been working. It was a real black mark for me... customer service should be manned during the appropriate hours period.

Have been satisfied with the store in the past, however less and less open check out lines. Last Tuesday early evening there were no open lanes, only self checkout. If this is the new policy I will be an ex customer.

I live in Pittsburgh and was down Weirton visiting and stopped in Krogers! I bought several items and a big flower (gold poinsettia). I realized when I got home I had left it in the buggy! I called and spoke with a lady manager! She was very rude and was insinuated that I didn’t leave it! She was yelling to people while I was on the phone asking them if the found a flower and she said she didn’t know what to tell me but no one found it! Like what kind of costumer service is that! It would cost ms more on gas then what the flower was even worth but terrible manager to not even try to help figure it out! Not to mention i was in there late the night before she was asking people in the morning shift! Wouldn’t even listen to let me explain how they would know when they wasn’t even there! I will never go in there but hope they find better ways to serve people!

Poor customer service. No one to put my groceries in the cart or help me out to my car. Asked the cashier to get all the stuff in the cart before I pay. To me not only am I paying for the groceries but paying for a service not received. He goes over and gets another woman to come to the register but still leaves me without a second person bagging, or putting in the cart, or to carry the groceries out for me. To me I pay way to much money in groceries every week to not have decent or exceptional customer service.

Our🏔WV-geographic area's answer to awesome PUBLIX grocery stores of South Florida🏖(Miami & Ft. Lauderdale),Kroger has a wider(and overall better)selection of food brands compared to other area stores, especially ✨healthy foods and juice drinks✨. In addition, the 😊housewares section, especially during Halloween, Thanksgiving, Xmas, Spring&Summer always has above-average offerings--decor, furniture,etc. A delight to shop here✨👏✨and I appreciate its convenient proximity to diminutive yet bustling 🏞New Cumberland, WV🏞 of Appalachia🏵

My visit to Kroger yesterday was absolutely fantastic. I had issues finding some raspberries but a gentleman in produce was happy to help. During checkout Bernadette was fantastic. She was fast and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this store.

The hiring manager is rude and very Condescending. No wonder they cant keep people. If she treats you rudely and you never met just think how you will be treated once she knows you. In this day and age I still believe treat others how you want to be treated.

My number one choice for Kroger in the area. Never seems to be understaffed, shelves are well stocked, and other than other customers I've never had an unpleasant experience here. I like going at 11 PM when it makes sense, the store is empty of customers and quiet. It means the deli and neat counter is closed for the night, but that's not really an issue for me either. Clean, ample parking, clean bathrooms too!

My family always shops here, sometimes it can be pricy but I’ve found with the online couponing as well as the gas incentives you really end up saving money. The food quality is always good, produces is much tastier than Walmart. Even things like avocados and grapes taste better and seem to be the perfect ripeness. They also have an excellent selection of breads and cheeses. I just feel like food quality and customer incentives make Kroger a better grocery store all around.

Average at best. Too often they are out of something I want. The produce and meat departments are below average and offer too narrow of a selection. Meat cuts are overpriced. Balance of the departments have much broader selection, but if something is offered once it should be stocked consistently. Checkouts can be very challenging. Fortunately the self checkout monitors are very helpful and forgiving if the service checkouts are overwhelmed which occurs too often especially when there is specially event/holiday business. The days before holidays and special events (Superbowl weekend etc) need to planned and staffed appropriately. Checkout staff is usually OK but too often baggers act like they could careless that they are handling people's food.

Kroger's has a huge variety of food. Veggies and fruits are fresh, always.. Prices are a little higher than the average walmart prices, but you are getting a better brand of products. Employees have always been kind and helpful!This Kroger's has the gas pumps, if you have a Kroger's card and use it for groceries you get points that can help save on gallons of gas.

This location is the worst for pickup. Stuff is wrong and not on the substitute list. Like teens that have never been grocery shopping in thier life, trying to find products they never heard of, so they throw whatever in there. One tried to tell me there was no ground beef in the store, or he didn't know how to substitute that. I told him another brand will do, just put ground beef in!Another day, they were late with my pick up time and left me sit out there, unable to tell me how long. ( it was 45 minutes) and I made the order the night before.

It has an appealing atmosphere to me, unlike Walmart. I love their fresh meat deli, the staff there are always pleasant and helpful (thru oh the store also). Their produce always looks fresh. I wanted an advertised special but the shelf was empty. A nice manager went in the back and checked on it for me and in a couple minutes a stock person brought out what I wanted.

I routinely shop at this Kroger and spend anywhere from $400.00-600.00 A month there most of the staff and store are satisfactory some of the staff at self checkout (Sharon) are exceptional however the deli is unbelievably terrible the woman that is generally there on Saturday and Sunday morning early afternoon is rude doesn't listen and more often than not cuts the wrong thing and cuts it way to thick I understand dealing with the public can be difficult at times but maybe if people looked in the mirror and realized they are awful at their job and attempted to try and be better at it instead of just dredging through their shift to get to the end maybe they could make a difference in a positive way instead of negative way.

Delighted. With supply chain disruptions, they're managing to do pretty well keeping items on the shelf. The only thing I couldn't find, staff went out of the way to see if they had. No luck, but they checked on resupply and offered to update me.

Two register lines open in the evening hours. Ridiculous. So many people standing in line that it blocks the aisle. Maybe it was my mistake for going to the Weirton store… Or maybe my expectations are too high. Either way I’m disappointed. It should not take that long to check out.

A nice variety, excellent selection,lots of high quality items at reasonable prices as well as the more affordable options.Consider that I was there Christmas eve and there there was still a nice selection of Christmas food fair with no sold out sections that I could find. I was also impressed with the way the young lady was right on top of things in the self checkout lanes as several of us were buying alcoholic beverages and large items that required her to authorize us to continue and it only took her seconds to get us right back to checking out (much better than Wallies )and it was a busy place with lines at every register but not long lines as they had plenty of employees on duty.I was very very pleased with my experience.

We come to Kroger when looking for the best and better groceries along with a good number of specialty items. The manager and staff are most helpful especially those covering the Fish and Meat departments. Alisha is a favorite of ours since she treats us like family. It's a well run store that stands out in this community.
