4-22-2023. I had the pleasure of visiting the Dollar Tree on Three Springs Drive in Weirton, WV today. My cell phone charging cable failed and I went to their website and found they carried them for $1.25. When I entered the store, Deb greeted me and offered help. I told her I was looking for a C USB charging cable for my cell phone. She escorted me to them and efficiently checked me out. Deb was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful during my visit. Thanks Dollar Tree for having such a wonderful person in your employ :)5-5-2023. I needed some paint supplies today and went to Three Springs Drive Dollar Tree again. I called the store first and spoke with Mike to make sure he had paint trays in stock, which he kindly checked for me and said he did. I thanked him and went to the store. Upon entry, Mike greeted me with a smile and eye contact. I found the paint tray and a 3-inch brush I also needed. I next entered the checkout line. When it was my turn, Mike informed me he remembered me calling. I smiled and thanked him for his help. He smiled back and told me it was his pleasure. Mike quickly and professionally executed the transaction and wished me a great day. I appreciate employees like Mike, who take the time to help people who call, needing to know if they have something in stock, thus saving them a wasted trip if the store is out of stock.

The magic is gone for me,since they raised their prices throughout the store. I still find $1 items @ competitors. I do like the organizational items and seasonal decor.Nice quality Spring 🌼 decor....A LOT of out of stock regularly carried items !

Casey was super polite, very professional and friendly. He literally helped me count out the change I had in my hand because I was so exhausted from just getting off work I couldn't see straight! I will be forever grateful for his generosity today!

The unprofessional employees are interested in one thing. Shutting down and leaving early. My wife and daughter were asked to leave at 8:30pm. Posted hours are not followed by staff.

Most visits they are short staffed having only one register open making it unpleasant at point when your trying to get in and out. I visit this location multiple times a month and most the staff are pleasant and helpful but they do go through employees you can almost always guarantee a new face every month. Some staff need better customer service skills. They seek kids socks and sandals bibs and I think maybe some baby items but nothing it actual shirts and pants didn't think about that before I hit yes on the question.

So one day, I decided to stop by with the brand new whip, and shop at the dollar tree. I went in, got some stuff, and I was shocked by how everything was actually pretty much a dollar. I thought the name was pretty misleading as technically not everything is a dollar. I tried to buy a box of brownies, they were $1.69. I was like hol up, this isn’t financially correct. Still, great place to shop. However, I personally would rather go to the higher up stores, like the dollar general. They have better brands of brownies anyways. No offense to the staff, y’all are really nice😊

Dollar tree is no longer dollar tree!!! Maybe they should call it. Dollar tree plus? Idk. Anyway great store, still a great value even though everything is 1.25$ plenty of parking, well lit, clean, friendly employees, conveniently located in the Aldi plaza. For me it's a one stop shop. Food, gas, hardware. What else do you need in life 😂.

Great place to save on items only be ad things is trying to check out. Always a wait. Not enough people working. Need to hire more cashier's. Other than that great deals

Really nice store...don't know how they fit everything under their roof but they do a good job..I always come out with more then I originally planned on getting..lol..sales people are always pleasent...I think the only suggestion I would make would be to have 2 registers open at times..it would be appreciated.

The hours on their door say the close at 8pm. I show up at 7:30pm and the cashiers have the door locked.Ridiculous!

So they close at 7pm instead of 9 ( which is what the website says). It would be nice to know the hours vary, especially as a teacher driving 20 minutes out of the way for things I need.

Clerks were very helpful and nice. Store was clean and they were stocking all the new christmas decorations. I enjoyed my visit and I will go back

Needed help at cash register. Only 1 open but there were 2 clerks stocking shelves and talking. People were leaving. Had 2 items in my hands and waited 15 minutes in line. Not good.

The cashier was entirely distracted. She even missed passing us our second bag. Sure everything's a dollar but it's not hard to pay attention to your customers.

I love Dollar Tree. I do a lot of crafts and find a lot of stuff here for only $1.
