Ordered here after getting screwed at Domino's. Our order was missing a drink, so I reminded them I was missing a drink. Got back home with the food, and we were missing jalapeno bites. Is it that hard to check the order and make sure everything is there? I can see missing one item, but two?Screwed twice in one night by some of Weirton's finest employees at two different locations. Awesome.

Went through drive thru around 3:30pm, got a meal, $9.00 and horrible, too much mayonnaise, one tomato and curly fries that weren’t even edible, wonder how long it sets out for, and watered down unsweetened ice tea, I wanted sweet tea, the lady at the drive thru, nasty look on her face, no smiles and proceeds to tell me have a nice day! I expected better!!

I just came to the drive-thru and your employee at the window was very rude. Also once I got home I was missing the french fries for my meal. The sad thing is the receipt was attached to the bag. I proceeded to call the establishment several times and only no one decided to answer. I called five times! It will be a long time before I return

Went through long line at drive through on 8/3. I handed the girl coupons at the window. She did not apply them. I got home and more than half the food was missing. I called and the Manager Lea knew they did not give me the whole order. She did not apologize, but said would send me a coupon for those items. I asked about my coupons. She stated nothing she can do, I should of told them at the speaker not the window. She finally said she would send me a free sandwich coupon. My coupons were worth $10 so not real happy with a $3 coupon.

everything about this Arbys restaurant is good, the food, the service, the cleanliness, accuracy of getting your order correct, everything is great, can't give you five stars because I have to sit and open 20 dang little packages of ketchup before I enjoy my meal, touching these dirty little things, and god knows who and what has touched them, with god knows what on their hands, and now I have to suck ketchup off my fingers after every packet I open, so please, for the love of Christ, please put ketchup dispensers and cups out, I'm not really concerned if you make .15 cents more profit by using the pre-packed ketchup, it's a matter of keeping customers happy

The food is always fresh and usually right, but detailed instructions are never met. If ask for light sauce of any kind expect to scrape it off because any special order always seems to be not cared about.The staff is never mean or rude but don't look for a smile from anyone because it looks everyone there hates there job lol, from the manager down.

On March 13th at 10:30 I came through drive thru and order 4 roast beefs loaded Mac and cheese and two chicken sliders. The woman apologized about the wait on the chicken when she handed me the order but still forgot the two chicken slders. We went around again and the girl said to pull around. We pulled around to both doors knocked on both doors to no one. So we went it the drive thru again and the girl said that they would not run it out and we had to wait in line again. We did after three cars ahead of us, the woman asked what they forgot so I told her, she walked away and we waited again for a while. No apology or accountability was taken asked. Nikki the manager was standing there at first but walked away once I asked why she apologized about the time it toke initially for the wait because they were being on chicken. But forgot to include the chicken that she was waiting on. I asked how the manager on duty was? The woman at the window said Nikki and shut the window.

I liked the food but the people working there could be nicer. I know working with public can be hard, but the employees should treat each customer with courtesy. Not snapping at them when they ask a simple question.

The cashier was quick and friendly. I had my two dogs with me and she gave them each a treat and talked sweetly to them. I love the new $5 meal deal so my hubby and I were able to eat out on a tight budget for under $11. Great service, great attitude, and great food!

I wish there was an option for no stars because even 1 is generous. Yes the service was fast, only because they pre-made the food and then microwed it before they put it in the bag. I live 2 minutes away and it was cold when I got home. The beef and cheddars barely had any cheese on them. My chicken sandwich wasn't even a chicken fillet it was 2 small chicken tenders on a sandwich. So basically I paid $20 for 3 regular roast beef sandwiches and a chicken tender sandwich. I don't want your apologies and you saying you will talk to your team so they can " do better".How is that suppose to make it right for me?? I need directed to where I can get a refund for your horrible food quality.

Food was okay, my sandwich was thrown together and there was no sleeve on my Buffalo chicken sandwich. Also there were workers in the back yelling, calling customers names loudly and making some homophobic remarks. I didn't appreciate that part of the experience. I dont think they realized there were people in the dining room that could hear them, I just think that's unacceptable. The young man who took my order was the only pleasant part of the experience, he made sure our order was correct and we got everything we asked for.

We love Arby’s but the last couple times we’ve been there the food was incorrect. Today we ordered at regular roast beef sandwich and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich and fries were correct but the roast beef wasn’t we got a classic beef and cheddar. The fries with the beef and cheddar were cold as well don’t think we are coming back for a while.
