Perfect stop while passing through to DC. And, we each got a fun little souvenir we found while we waited for our food.Simple yet friendly pay at the counter service.Pressure Fried (Broasted) chicken was juicy and delicious as was the burger.

I like to eat at this longtime Wardensville WV fixture which is a mix of antique/collectibles and home cooking, especially when their daily specials include something interesting. About a week ago it was the ramp burger (or you could get a ramp hot dog). Ramps are pungent wild onions found only under certain conditions in the mountains. The burger was cooked to order and quite delicious by itself, but the sauteed ramp topping really added something special to the meal, which I washed down with a shake. The building has outdoor seating which I need to try sometime but their Facebook page will periodically announce they are closed or closing early due to hot conditions in the summer, something that they might want to correct. Otherwise, stop in the next time you're in Wardensville.

Amazingly delicious food, excellent service, hilarious and creative menu, and a lot of curious things to check out inside. Great outdoor sitting area too!

Small, little place where you can pass through and look at things in the shop or sit down and eat lunch. Some of the items in the shop were fairly unique while a few others in the toys and kids area were some that you may find elsewhere.

Delicious food, prepared on site, from scratch. Great for my gluten free allergy riddled self. The shop has a varied collection of new, used, and made objects for sale while you wait for your meal to be prepared. Well we worth the stop.

Stopped here while driving through middle afternoon. Family wanted ice cream and I ordered Philly Cheese steak salad. Daughter opted for bread pudding. Everything was delicious. Clean restrooms. Very happy we stopped here. Shanna is a rock star!

Just what we were looking for this Sunday morning. Had a good breakfast. Betsy very hospitable. Not crowded. Lots to look at while waiting for food. Only gave 4 stars because my pancake was slightly burnt. Everything else was quite good.

The ambiance was great, bathrooms clean and the "free" wifi very fast. But the icecream was nasty. Even my grandaugher told me the vanillia tasted weird and had little gross sticky stuff in it (not the stale sprinkles on top of her sundae) I spent $10.00 on freezer burned ice cream that day, just to use the "free" Wi-Fi. The rest of the week we went down the road half a mile and went into the hardware / grocery store for classic Buddy cones for $.99 cents each.

Excellent food, phenomenal broasted chicken and Cole slaw. We stop every time when in Wardensville which means at least every couple of weeks, and even brought some friends from DC for a day trip to enjoy.

Food is amazing, wait staff does a great job on ensuring customer orders are correct, friendly atmosphere but expect it to be extremely busy at times so there may be a wait. Other than the waiting time, would give five star rating.

it's a little misleading because it says Antiques and while they do have a very limited amount of antiques they really more of a restaurant. We didnt try the food so not sure how that would be but I would seriously change my signage to be more accurate

Beautiful historic cafe and antique store. Clean and comfy. Parking is across main street, no parking behind the building. Food is very simple, tasty, and cheap--just like a diner/cafe should be.
