[Thu.11.April.2024 @ 10:30am]Had to install Cedar Split Rail Fencing at corner of our property.Went Lowes since it was a mile away and was told by garden cashier that they do not carry it in stores no longer that need to order from there online and have shipped to our location, but with more rain coming in next day or so i was needing it at time.Decided to head up in Vienna to Home Depot to see if they carried the Cedar Split Rail Fencing sure enough they did each section (1 Corner Post, 2 End Post, 4 Rails) pricing ran at $112.00 plus tax a corner section, which was not to bad of cost.Loaded it all up arrived home, used post hole digger and dug below frost line and installed all posts secured all posts in place and bolted each rail to each post for more stability.Once done it turned out Great which will do the job of marking boundary.

The employees at this Home Depot are by far the friendliest and most courteous people you will find in a retail setting. They definitely go the extra mile to help you. This will be my go to store now instead of the other one I was buying from! Buy your paint at Home Depot. The employees in this department are phenomenal and you don't have to hunt them down to get service.

If you’re a driver delivering to this store, you will be here forever. They have no ambition to get you unloaded. Arrived at 7:45am for a 8am delivery appointment, still waiting 2 hours later. I’m usually very patient with a lot of these places but my day gets longer the longer they take to unload me.

Always have a manned check out. Prices are very competitive. The staff here is the best. Quick to help with loading and very friendly. Special order items are usually available in just a few days.

Eric Fields did my vinyl plank installation. He did AMAZING. Completely exceeded my expectations! Paid attention to detail, made sure everything was precise, and asked me to be sure what he was doing is what I wanted. I think the employees at Home Depot are trained to be helpful. They always seem to be able to find the answers to my questions, even if they don't know themselves. So nice to be greeted and to know that help is always nearby.

After a bad experience trying to buy a lawn mower from Lowes .... Finally made my purchase from home Depot and the whole experience was easy and had it delivered and the delivery guy (chip) was fantastic and made sure my new mower was correct and it ran like it should.... Home Depot has won my business for my larger purchases for now on ...thank you for your outstanding customer service.

Today, 4/8/2023, I purchased a new gas cook stove. My sales person was Jon Smith, Appliance Specialist, he was very interested in my needs, and and went out of his way to find the exact product I was asking for. He checked availability of the stove and said it could be delivered in a week. That is a "good" salesperson. Thanks, Jon

Service was friendly and helpful; however, when we got home, we realized that one bag of items we purchased was never placed in our cart after checkout. I verified that the missing items were listed on receipt and called the store. I was told that the cashier never reported the "forgotten" items but I was welcome to come in and speak with a manager. Not really helpful or apologetic.

Tried to handle purchase and cc app in store. This would be one star but cust service in Atlanta was helpful and I made the purchase on line. Customer service in store was subpar at best. Very unknowledgeable and in need of coaching. I have increased this to 3 stars as the delivery rep went above and beyond in helping me get my new riding mower in my building. Thank you!!!

Bought a brand new customer made French door. Went with Home Depot because Lowes ruined the last order. Here’s my wallet this is what I want done. They shipped a door with dings in it, marks, and looking glued together by a 7 year old. Garbage value for what I paid.

We stop here a lot. Customer service is hit or miss. A few times lately big miss.We had gotten something a few days earlier needed a second and couldn’t remember what isle location. Ask an employee who gets rude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about they’ve never sold that there. So ended up getting it from a competitor.Then a few days later. Went to get stone for landscaping and we were told we needed to literally push a cart from inside to outside for multiple trips that they wouldn’t open the loading area doors.Maybe your understaffed but to expect me to hand load a pallet worth of bags of rock that way was a bit much. Like how many times do you want to lift what a 50lb bag of rocks? Off the palette onto a cart, push the cart through the hole store then unload again in the truck. You can only stead the flat carts with so much on them to begin with.No offer to even help load at all. While countless employees are literally standing and chatting with each other. Not even an offer to say hey we can’t right now but could we schedule some time later or tomorrow to pickup.Call me a Karen if you want, I took my business elsewhere for all the rock I needed. It was a lot.Needs some serious customer service retraining. It’s not hard to make a customer feel like they had a decent experience even when something they need can’t be done.Continuing with local competition because my times just as valuable as anyone else’s and I’m not wasting a day hand loading 300 bags or more of anything when theirs staff available that’s just not willing to help.

Ordered a new Samsung dryer, had it delivered which took a week. The guys show up with a dented dryer with the top part coming off. Refused the order, and still fighting with them for my refund days later. Almost $1000s not refunded still. Ridiculous!

Had what we needed, but the service was horrible. Had several bags of gravel that were very heavy. We got absolutely no help. 3 workers watched us and never bothered to even ask if we needed help. Several of the bags busted, due to what ever cheap material those bags are made out of.
