This Sam's club profiles its members when they enter the store. If you are dressed nice, they let you pass without showing your card. If you are dressed in a blue collar outfit, they will card you every time.Aside from their front door prejudice, they also have policies that extend beyond reason and are potentially harmful to the most vulnerable populations.It is common knowledge that an adult will need to produce an ID to show proof of age when purchasing adult beverages. However Sam's Club will not sell to an responsible adult, who has met the requirement of the law, if they are with other adults. Sam's Club requires that all adults in the group to produce an ID at checkout, even if the other adults are not purchasing adult beverages. To make matters worse, Sam's Club finds it acceptable to sell to adults who have children present without any additional checks. TO BE CLEAR. They will not sell to a group of consenting adults without seeing all ID's, but will sell to adults with children. They blatantly assume that the adults traveling with children will conform to the letter of the law, but that consenting adults will not.So be prepared to be a criminal in the eye's of Sam' Club from the moment you enter the store until you show your receipt when you leave.

DO NOT EVER USE GIFT CARDS HERE!They refuse to accept a gift card at the register because I didn't know the exact balance and then got directed to customer service. They told me they can't check the balance I have to call the number on the back of the card.Pretty pathetic customer support. The whole point of a GIFT card is to GIFT it to someone.

I walked into the exit of Sam's, and after I was already in the female employee said I have to go out and back in the entrance. I told her I was only getting a few pretzels at the food counter but she insisted so I left

So my main thing is the samples and that there should always be at least one more of them than the last time I’ve been there honestly I’d like to eventually be overwhelmed by a bastion nice old ladies and 2oz portion cups with a little toothpick poking the food.

Great for in bulk store runs, fabulously stocked deli/bakery, fresh fruits, breads/cakes .. But, bring your own bags/boxes because they don't bag anything there

I love Sams. I stock up on regular supplies. But there is always something that catches your eye. And instantly you know exactly what you need it for. This set of mixing bowls was 1 of those surprises. They are wonderful

Still retains the best pricing on bulk purchases and quality. They always seem to be expanding access to new technology and items to purchase, keeping them fresh and up to date. Hard to find a fault other than trying to stick to your list and ignoring the great deals on items you "want"!!!!

Love the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Jessie, and her staff make you feel valuable and appreciated. They treat you like they really care about your health and you. Highly recommend using their services.I shop here while I wait. I found just what I needed for some last-minute Christmas gifts at reasonable prices.

A guy from the Cars works on the cars help me out I waited over a half an hour to get somebody to put a cat box on my back of my truck and they didn't show up and it was cold outside

Quite decent, my biggest issue is other customers. I don't know why, but most everyone in Sam's is always in a salty mood. Like big-box shopping enrages them! Not Sam's fault at all, but let's tone down the disrespect and entitlement, please.I mainly come here for meats. Best exclusive item is the Member's Mark hotdogs. I don't like most hotdogs, they're foul- but I actually enjoy these. Their frozen chicken breasts are also great- bigger than most and get frostbite less.Be careful though, it's easy to buy more than you'll need before it expires.Add google pay, please

Our cashier’s name was Oliver. What a nice young man! I don’t know his last name but he is a very nice person. Good representative for Sam’s Club. He was very polite and courteous. Very helpful. Give this kid a raise or at least an exceptional job evaluation. Might want to try and keep him, I have been through other checkouts in this store where the clerk could barely grunt an acknowledgment of your presence.

Clean and well kept parking lot and store. Wish the entrance was by the concessions, restroom and pharmacy. The entire layout needs redesigned not for anesthetics but for flow of customer shopping cart traffic.

This place is terrible in their cell phones and electronics departments. They are very disorganized with their so called "Appointments" of you set one at 3:00 PM you won't be serviced until an hour later and then if a minor inconvenience pops up for them on their part they will pass you on and help another person instead of resolving a problem that they can fix. The workers that "Helped" us so much were Austin Phillips their "wireless specialist" and a customer service manager Andrew, just walked around helping other people I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my service overall with the Electronics and Cell phones department at my visit at Sam's Club today. After another half hour of waiting and making phone calls myself to sprint I resolved the problem myself with no help of the "Wireless Specialist" Austin Phillips or Customer Service Manager Andrew and have since then recieved my desired Cell Phone I have came in for.

Vienna WV Sam's Club is my go to shopping place! The employees are friendly & helpful & work hard keeping this store clean and organized. I shop there a LOT! Their store is clean and that's important to me! They sterilize the carts before you come into their store to shop. I'm sure you'll like them as much as I do!! Also, many times in store you'll find clearance items at a great price!

The parking lot is always less than desirable but I never mind parking farther away as to avoid the jumbled mess of cars. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant to work with, getting a membership there was immensely easy. The store itself is usually really clean, well organized.... the inventory has been lacking a little as of late but I imagine they can't help that with the series of world events as they are. Overall, It's a good choice for buying in bulk the area.

Really nice store! Just beware of the curbside pickup! If you order for curbside they pack your order the day you are picking it up and will ONLY notify you by email if they were out of stock of an item you ordered and won’t tell you until they bring it out to you. Drove almost 2 hours here since it’s the closest to me and then didn’t get what we ordered for pickup so it was a wasted trip.

Inside is very good. The gas pumps have multiple units not working, they want to put an exorbitant hold on your card and don't have a cash option. The line itself makes you question if the savings is worth it. The guy that's supposed to be the attendant was sitting by the building instead of helping customers. This is my first one star review, I hope it's my last.

great prices and deals. i either go to the store or order pick up on the app. the only complaint i have is there gas pumps automatically charge your card for $150 so if you don't have more than that on your card at the time you cant get gas. most places i go to for gas will approve whatever balance i have on my card and let me get that amount in gas. they need to set up their pumps to do that or set them up so you type in the ammount of gas you want to get and let you get that amount. overall its a great place to shop especially for groceries and house hold needs.

Lots of good products for sale, but very large quantities bundled together. Good prices as long as you have comparable prices in mind at other stores in smaller quantities. Some needed items were not available on the day I was shopping. Self checkout was easy to use.
